Concomitantly, Dominika is legitimately the least professional individual that I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with at a cigar shop. Moreover, their prices are high, their cigars are substandard, and they outright lie about all of their cigars being EMS. By their own admission, many boxes are sourced from other countries/regions despite their website saying that ALL of their cigars have the EMS seal, but, most of all, their customer service is beyond abysmal. The only decent person that I spoke with there was Stefano. But, unfortunately, Stefano doesn't deal with online orders, super rude and petty Dominika does.
