Walking in feels like stepping into chaos, not a business that cares about its customers. It's obvious that cleaning is not a priority here--if it's a priority at all. The overall atmosphere is unpleasant and frankly unacceptable. It's hard to believe anyone is managing this place with any level of professionalism. There are constant rumors that it's closing down, and honestly, it wouldn't be surprising given the current state of things. Heard that another local business is taking over soon. One already opened in St. Albans and others appear to be opening monthly while recruiting vendors from this establishment. I would bet this is due to a lack of leadership, non-visible management or ownership. Every other establishment is open 7 days per week. This one opens when they feel like it. Whomever owns this establishment should enroll in a leadership program or learn true entrepreneurship.
