I did notice a hair product that I saw earlier at another location was cheaper than here & in a smaller quantity. The manager stated although same chain, some inventory & prices do fluctuate per location. At the end of the day, a wide variety of brand products less expensive than at the normal retail stores & generic products even cheaper.

Finally gave up and called the customer service number (which starts out with a recording that ironically suggests that you use their online chat feature instead). Ended up talking to a VERY NICE lady (a live human being!!!) in Wisconsin who was able to answer my question. IMHO, companies that rely primarily on AI for their misnamed "customer service" deserve to be put out of business.

The prices are on the higher end but they carry quality brands. They have a good selection of fashion jewelry with many of the items being on sale. The women's shoe department is huge, with a good inventory of clearance shoes. They have a good selection of vintage designer handbags like Louis Vuitton and Gucci. All sales are final. I noticed a few associates but none of them acknowledged me--bummer.

A pickleball racket for $6 seems like a great deal, the Chuckie plush was $7, and we found very fluffy lounge pants $7 per. Other than these items the store doesn't offer much quality merchandise unless it is much more like $35 for a medium size Nutcracker. Most of the items on isles are $7, the stores name needs to literally be changed to 7 and Below. You have to look hard to find anything priced at $5. The location of this business is a nightmare to leave parking lot during high traffic days. There are only two exits in lot in form of C shape back onto Harbison so the car lines get long and slow to exit lot. Better quality than Dollar Tree but not than Dollar General.
