I don't question them, I'm just happy that I'm able to buy stuff that's only $6.50 for a 30 pound bag instead of the spendy stuff that is three or four times that much. But it's ONLY available at Walmart and as we all know, Walmart has issues with keeping some things in stock. Fortunately, they had a few bags and I bought all but one. Loaded onto the cart and then I was back on my way. I also checked out a few things that we'd otherwise be getting from other stores and found that a few of them were not in stock. Expected. The store is set up for social distancing with one way aisles (that nearby everyone is ignoring, of course) and taped squares to keep people in an organized queue for the registers. They've also closed every other self checkout to keep people distanced. Disappointing but it's what I've come to expect from Walmart stores that are not in the Northwest Arkansas vicinity where Walmart is based. [Review 13385 overall, 703 of 2020.]

We looked at many areas and I made a purchase for some cake pans and chips. The lines were long but because of the double registers, some folks were just sitting at the back register instead of moving up! Bad for them but good for us, lol! Target always has great products. I will come here more often.

I ended up purchasing more than I had planned, but shopping at Target it is impossible to grab just 1 or 2 items. I was very pleased with the items I found. Even some of the staff were helpful while guiding me to some of their new products. Overall, I had an amazing time shopping and chatting with customers along with some of the staff. It was a great experience and the prices were affordable! I will be shopping there again soon.

The prices were on the higher end and well above what I typically pay for retail items. But overall, it was an enjoyable shopping experience. All the store displays were neat and visually appealing. The products they sold were trendy and high quality--tons of designer brands. The employees were friendly and helped when needed. The only complaint was the price point, but other than that, and it was a nice store to shop at.

Macy's at Columbia mall off Two Notch Rd is still operating despite the most of other stores…read moreclosed. This department store is very large inside and bustling unlike the mall it resides within. There is a Toys R Us operating within Macy's which is great to see. Two level store luggage, home goods down, clothing up. There are two entry's into interior of mall as is two levels throughout. Large selection for clothing, perfume, not very large for purses, shoes. The only store keeping this mall alive, still going strong.

Not sure how they can keep this location open. So anytime is a great time to visit. Customer service is attentive and the store is tidy. The store seemed empty the day I went looking for a formal dress. I did notice they dont packed the aisles to where you cant even walk and browse. They had a good selection, just nothing I liked enough to purchase. During the holidays they have great sales most of the time. Im a member and volunteer of Historic Columbia, go to their website for all the deets. Ive done a good review of Historic Columbia. They perserve the history of Columbia SC amongst other things in the city. Being a member has allowed me to attend behind the scenes of new projects and keep up with the new preservations of the city. The event " Columbia Down Under" was well planned and open only to members. We met up at the restored Arcade Mall in the DT area in the city. Parking can be a task since DT has become more popular with all the happenings in town. Once we met up inside the Arcade Mall we were gven tickets for light snack food and two beverage ticket. There history slides on a projector explaining the past life under ground. We were given the low down of the evening from the guide, then we went downstairs for the beginning of the tour. They had 3 groups, thankfully I was in the first to go under ground. The steps were a little steep, not to bad though. If you have any respiratory issues I would advice taking a mask with you. Its unfinished in its original state, untouched. For now they have no plans on restoring the "Under Ground". I actually learned quite a bit during this tour. The guide works for Historic Columbia and was very knowledgeable, he welcomed any questions for all us history buffs. This was my first visit to The Arcade but not my last, the buildings architecture is absolutely gorgeous. Plenty of shops and spaces to add a business. Its worth a visit if your DT Columbia!

Santee is kind of an oasis in I-95 area of SC. There are some decent places for dining, and some cheap places to spend the night. What caught my eye (as we were getting off the highway to go to Clarks restaurant (see my reviews), I saw a sign for Russell Stover Outlet, and it was right among the signs for "SANTEE OUTLET MALL". i thought, "WOW! lil ole Santee has hit the big time now, they even have an outlet mall? Amazing!" Not that we wanted to shop, but I was thinking it was good for the locals and weary people who want something to do. We were on a quest for ice cream only.... I drove toward the outlet mall (after we had our nice lil lunch) to get us a couple of ice creams before we resumed our long drive. We drove down a road that was more leading to the gallows than leading toward a bustling center of a shopping mecca for the masses. Well, we couldn't believe this place, it was downright sorrowful, and I so feel for the people who live around there, to think this is probably the best thing they have within hundreds of miles. The few Name brand places that are still there MUST be using the location as a tax write-off, no way they could make ANY money here! It can be best described as a "co-shop" space... there are a few different shops offering a variety of ideas from vinyls, art pieces, apparel, to herbs/wellness. Not only do they sell items but they tend to have workshops on Fridays, and Saturdays that vary from sewing, journal making, herbal mock tails and more. (You can find what's going on through their Instagram). We loved Errapel located here as we were able to pick herbs out that would help with certain wellness issues like anxiety, insomnia, concentration and more. The owner of Errapel took her time to explain them to us, guide us and was a delight just speaking to her. I would say it's worth stopping by and seeing if any of the events or shops interest you.
