After signing over the $20,000 insurance check to Future Contracting and Estimators the chase was on! Ralph's crew came out and started to replace the roof, and they left the mess for us to clean up , the roof started leaking!!! We called Future Contracting and Estimators over 100 different times with the promise they will come and repair it. Guess what here we are several years later and they never showed up. We finally had to hire another company to come and repair the roof of a cost of over $5000! My advise do your research and find a insurance adjuster that is actually licensed in Rhode Island and not just a General Contractor posing as a Insurance Adjuster! Do your homework on this company!

Zero for FUBAR…read more FUBAR contractors still will not return the money they obtained fraudulently and did not do the work for. It took Wreck-it Ralph 8 months to start work, didn't do emergency repairs in interim, put a hack roof on that's violating code per building inspector and stole 40, 000 insurance funds. Still hAs our money and we have not been able to get any repairs done in 3 years because of wreck-it RAlph and FUBAR contractors. He is not supposed to call in insurance claims , don't let him call yours on and steL the money like he did to us. He will turn around and sue you if you complain to the DBR and contractor board . Do yourself a favor and hire a licensed Public Adjuster who legally follows ethical and fiduciary codes regulated by the DBR. Ralph and Fubar are currently under review by DBR on my case as well as highlights resurfacing from FUBARS warnings and notices of prior complaints against them Do Not Trust! FUBAR - they are shameful, no integrity or soul . Who does this knowing children live in the home ? . Disgraceful Post your opinion Take a look at the close op of my finished roof that FUBAR took 40k for. And suing me for another 40k. Nails must be made out of gold. Does it look like a roof you'd want to pay FUBAR to do on your house Look up his court cases and call the DBR for pending hearing info. See for yourself. Don't get scammed.

They came out, took photos, and had a crew removing damaged portions of my ceiling within days. They cleaned up after themselves and provided a dehumidifier to draw out any residual moisture. They cleaned up after themselves and even covered the hole. They dealt with the insurance company and besides having to meet them both for an on site meeting, it was hassle free. The new amount my insurance company is willing to pay now actually covers the cost of the repairs! There is a fee I will be paying but the difference in action that this company was able to spur is well worth the money!

Performance Adjusting could not have made it easier for us. Within an hour of contacting them, they were at the home beginning the cleanup and stabilizing the home. By the next day, they had begun the process of contacting the insurance company. Their experience was invaluable in helping us through the insurance claim process and there is no doubt we would have received much less as a settlement without their assistance. The reconstruction team was fantastic. They were in constant contact with us regarding the design and status of the project. The work was finished much quicker than anticipated, and the quality has been evident as we move back in to the home. Definitely a 5-star experience -- I would absolutely recommend Performance Adjusting!

The communication was challenging. It was difficult to narrow down specific times for them to get the work done and they were never proactive about reaching out for updates on the progress of the project. It took over 3 months to actually complete the project, with constant confusion over who was the correct contact person. I thought they did a good job initially, however within 1 month, the door had already cracked in three places. After spending close to $3000 for their work, I am fairly disappointed in the final product and the overall process.

These guys presented a complete estimate indicating just what needed to be done and why. I decided on using them and they did a professional job and provided detailed pictures of the work being done so I would have visual evidence for my insurance company. I recommend them. They do accept credit cards but pass on the four percent charge to customers. And they take checks. One thing you also need to understand, all of this was done basically by remote control. I left for FL to have an operation and these guys kept me updated. You might think there is better but I doubt it. So pleased. Added a few photographs of work being completed. You can see the job being done. My insurance adjuster was surprised that a company provided their client ongoing photographic proof of the job being done. And just had them back and their estimate to do additional work on garage beat the competition. (June 2015)
