Today, she was an inch from my face, screaming at me because I turned a table fan. The meds I take for epilepsy have a wretched side effect; they stop you from sweating. If I don't physically cool myself down, I will have heat stroke. The fact that I can't turn a small fan to cool off is ridiculous. She also told me that I can't go there then when it's hot. This violates the Americans with disabilities act . I videoed her in my face and sent it to my lawyer. This place is done for. You cannot harass your patrons because they're disabled.

I went in to see it and they had pieces of my dress stuffed into a small plasic bag and stapled shut. There was a rip in the dress, and a button and flowers all hanging by threads. The dress is still dirty and they told me they thought maybe they could make it cleaner but more of the dress would fall apart. They refuse to pay to repair the dress AND THEY ARE STILL CHARGING ME FOR THE CLEANING!!!!
