I have had wonderful experiences in the past with guided meditation/hypnosis and I had been looking…read morefor a local person who could help me finally quit the habit of off and on again smoking. Most of my experiences with guided meditations were at Canyon Ranch, which is great but incredible expensive, impersonal and brief. But Inner Freedom Therapy is completely the opposite. Before you sign up for a session, Dr. Goldhammer sends you information about your visit and what to expect, and asks you questions about what you would like to achieve. You speak with her prior to the visit, and immediately feel comfortable! I was not used to such personalized attention. During the session, we talked for a little bit, then moved into a hypnosis/guided meditation where I was always in control, just in a more relaxed state. It was extremely enjoyable and remarkably enlightening. Hard for me to explain exactly, but the dreamlike journey allowed me to see certain things in different ways that enabled me to free myself from certain negative thoughts and actions (like smoking). Once the session finished, we said goodbye and she said she'd follow up. I did not actually expect her to do so - but not only did she call and ask if we should talk again to see how I felt, she also sent me a recording so I could continue the relaxation work with the accompanying positive words. What a remarkable experience and what a lovely person! She has so much integrity and compassion, and clearly loves what she does. Starting up Inner Freedom Therapy is quite a brave leap for someone who had been a highly successful physician for many years, and I wish her all the very best. I haven't smoked since I had my session, which was the goal, but along with that I gained important insight and a sense of clarity that I am very grateful for. She is terrific!

As a fellow physician, I have had the pleasure to work with Dr. Goldhammer for over 10 years. I…read morehave always respected her knowledge and the care she has provided her patients. I was intrigued when she informed me of her new practice and, before recommending hypnosis to my own patients, I was curious to try it myself. I have had an embarrassing habit of nail biting for as long as I can remember. I did not like the fact that my hands looked unprofessional and was self-conscious of their appearance. Despite many attempts to overcome this habit, I failed. I consider myself very self motivated and was disappointed that I could not control this habit. This is the problem that I asked Dr. Goldhammer to help me solve. I really didn't know what to expect prior to my visit. During my session and for many hours afterwards, I felt very relaxed. There was never a point where I felt I was not in control of myself. I enjoyed the time spent in self reflection. After the visit I thought, if nothing else, it was a very welcome change from my daily routine. However, a curious thing happened. I noticed that the desire to partake in my old habit was no longer there. I don't want to give the impression that there was something magical that happened. It is just that there was a definite shift in my thinking which once and for all, helped me overcome this habit. It is very liberating to be able to keep my hands on the table during meetings and not worry about their appearance while examining patients. I am very grateful to Dr. Goldhammer for her help and am so happy that Chester County has such a thoughtful and talented physician caring for patients here.

I recently meet Diane for a QHHT session and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I first…read morespoke with Diane, I felt very understood and that meeting with her was the right path for me. There is a true passion, a true spark of light in Diane and I felt that from the moment we met. It is hard to explain the level of compassion, empathy and strength that Diane provides during her healing sessions. I am grateful the universe led me to her and looking forward to seeing her again and doing more self-work! My only gripe is that I had a little trouble finding her practice (but then again, I don't drive all that much so I could just be a little rusty directionally!)

I wish that I could give a rating of more than five stars!…read more After speaking with Dan McCrossin prior to my session, I entered into the experience with high expectations~ all of which were completely exceeded. Emanating from Dan is a wisdom and intuitiveness, along with a genuine caring nature which blend with the backdrop of a peaceful sanctuary setting to create the ideal conditions for restorative healing. Highly skilled in his craft, Dan's expertise creates a wonderful opportunity for transformation to occur. He weaves a sense of deep listening and awareness into allowing for what it is that your body truly needs to facilitate a balanced state of wholeness and well-being. My session with Dan completely resolved chronic pain which had persisted for over a decade following an accident. I was amazed to walk away from this experience entirely healed of not only my physical pain, but so much more. Most importantly Dan's guidance created an ability for me to embrace new empowering beliefs which have been life-changing, and are continuing to unfold and express in countless ways. Dan truly is the epitome of a master healer and sacred guide. The way in which he holds space and utilizes his toolbox of therapeutic techniques powerfully supports the client's entire being in the creation of new pathways, resulting in the actualization of the individual's highest state of alignment and potential. Discovering All Embracing Healing has altered the course of my life, and I am forever grateful to have had the opportunity to experience Dan's extraordinary gifts!

Attended an introductory session w/ my husband. He's on the spectrum & asked me there so I could…read morehelp express his difficulties & get questions/concerns about the process addressed. Tony shook my hand at the front door & invited me in (the way a vampire would). It was the last time my presence would be acknowledged. He did not look at me from that point forward. He did not ask if I had anything to add. He did not ask if I had any questions. He did not acknowledge me for the entirety of the discussion. It wasn't just awkward, it was rude, disrespectful, & most importantly, unkind. He had several options if he thought my presence was unwarranted. 1.) He could've simply stated that. 2.) He could've set expectations. i.e. I'm happy to have you be apart of the Q & A, but need you to step out for the treatment. 3.) He could've taken a genuine interest in me & why my husband asked me to be present (perhaps even gaining me as a client). After 30 minutes of zero eye contact/acknowledgement, I finally spoke up for myself & raised the question, "what am I doing here!?" I explained people on the spectrum sometimes need help expressing themselves; I was asked to help w/ this & rearranged my schedule to do so. I didn't just insert myself, I asked if he wanted to hear from me (because I could be at home right now if not). He told me he has no waiting room & if I intend on leaving I need to go sit in the car, which I did in 29 degree weather for nearly an hour. I left that room exercising the greatest amount of self control & dignity I could muster. Here's what it taught me. There are hacks all around us. I view Tony as having the emotional intelligence of a flea. If he thinks he can mistreat a client's life partner of 23 years & ever see that client again, he's stupid. Too stupid to provide the help his services promise. It also helped me to see that while we all long for more fulfilling roles, EVERYONE is unhappy at work. All the crystals, meditation, yoga pants is a crock if something as simple as a "wife" showing up puts you in that posture. I wish I could tell you I did or said something to deserve this, but I never uttered a word. I wish I could say his behavior was appropriate, but I've attended countless therapy sessions, medical appts, & autism evals w/ my husband & never had a clinician act this way. NO ONE has provided more support/help to my husband than me. If Tony thinks his "service" is unmatched, he needs to get in line. My husband came to him asking for help w/ confidence & public speaking- his inability to speak up for me in the moment is a clear expression of this deficit. No man would've tolerated Tony's dismissive treatment of me. I left the room upset & I'm sure my husband had difficulty focusing after that. For these reasons I cannot recommend Tony Longobardi's services. It is my belief he first needs some people skills & communication training of his own.
