The job ended up a few hundred more than the original quote by the other person but hey, it is done and done well .

I called two other companies that came up first in google & they were either unavailable or tried to charge me an emergency fee (which was absurd and exorbitant)... Anyway, I ended up calling Chris and he not only squeezed us into his schedule today, fixed our problem after trial and error with a very archaic, odd door frame handle, but was very fair on the price. Chris is a genuine good guy and endured my blabbering as he fixed the emergency. Had I known earlier what I know now, Chris will always be our first call. Thank you Sir!!!!!
