I'm sorry Daniel below had a bad experience, because I've been here maybe a dozen times and haven't had a single problem with the food when I got it (see below). My German skills were sufficient to order all my food and drinks, but some friends were able to use English just fine with the friendly waitstaff. When they first opened they were closed on Sundays, which is a drag, but they have since changed their hours. One time I was disappointed when they informed us they were completely out of buns... it was more than an hour before closing and they were still open without a fundamental ingredient. That was a silly problem, but it didn't turn me off of the place. I don't like huge, ridiculous burgers, so I was pleased to note their portions aren't enormous. If you want 2000 calories on one plate, I'm sure McDonald's will help you out.
