We came here years ago when I first opened and oh my god it was amazing! We literally craved this burger! I actually thought about a franchise, because we are current restaurant owners. Just ate it again and where do I even begin. Simple things like mayo and ketchup dispensers out. Order was brought to the table wrong. Burgers are terrible! Not even appetizing. More stars for you, BurgerFi!] I was a BURGERFI virgin until today. After my visit, I have decided to remain burger celibate. What a genuine disappointment. I ordered online at 5:33, indicating a pick-up time of 6:30. When I drove to the location at about 6:20 and found no parking, I called and asked if someone would be able to run my burger out to me. The woman who answered the phone was very friendly and accommodating (definitely a positive moment in the experience). When I told her my order wouldn't be ready until 6:30 she told me, "Oh, it's actually ready now." She ran the order out to me and, as I pulled away, I opened the bag to grab a french fry. Cold. It was clear they had made my order at 5:33 and it had been sitting for an hour growing cold. I thought about going back, but because parking is an issue, I decided to just deal with it. When I got home I microwaved the fries but not the burger, since I had opted for the lettuce "bun". If I'm being honest, I was shocked at how small this 11-dollar hamburger was. It did not look anything like the photos online. The bottom line is that my expectation that BurgerFi would be an excellent, worth-the-money experience was not even close to being met by the actual experience. In retrospect, I wish I had returned immediately, dropped money for parking and asked for a refund. My $17.45 bill (plus five dollar tip for curbside delivery) was at least ten dollars more than the experience was realistically worth. I don't anticipate a response or a refund, but at least BF would redeem some level of respect if that happened. read more

Well I ordered bacon on my burger and didn't get it. The burger wasn't that great. Way over priced for what you get. The custard was good. The fries were a bit soggy and needed salt. I was told no. 10 minutes later I checked again, and they handed me one of the bags that was there when I walked in. No parking for customers, not even to pick up Togo food. This is a beach location and there is never any parking so don't waste your time. If you do find parking you will have to pay for parking because you are right at the beach. BurgerFi closed their lighthouse point location last week and stated the location has moved here. The location didn't move it closed down. This location has already been open for awhile now. So disappointing because now the only burger fis are by the beach like this with no parking for customers. read more

Stopped going a few months ago after a terrible experience. I used to work next door and almost nightly ordered food from here. It always took awhile but I would always patiently wait and sometimes tip. However, the last time I went there I was extremely disrespected for no reason. This is right across from the beach and the perfect location for Pompano. The restaurant is clean, the staff is very nice and knowledgeable and the food is GREAT! They also serve beer, wine, custard and shakes which is PERFECT for hot summer days on the beach!! The manager (I'm the worst with names) and Lovemika are so attentive and checked on us several times throughout our visit! Most customers were eating in the large wrap-around covered patio area, seemingly not bothered by the birds. We got our meal to go. The chicken sandwich was covered in a fried bland batter that slips off easily. Other than being "cafe free", as it is advertised it has no other positive attributes - it's tasteless, even with their honey mustard bbq sauce. Buns are thin and flimsy. Onion rings are greasy and bland. Fries are flaccid and mushy. Burgers are quite pricey for what you get, but $6.99 gets you a small order of fries and a drink. The one positive thing I'll have to say is that I never knew Diet Coke comes in so many different flavors - their retro-style soda machine offers 7 flavors, in addition to regular, including raspberry-flavored Diet Coke and ginger-lemon Diet Coke. She Took our Orders, then she also brought it to us, she also came and checked on the table multiple times and when we need anything she brought it to us, and as we was done eating she asked us if we would like it if she take it for us so we can enjoy ourselves inside.
