Other menu options include Pizza's and a selection of Mexican based buritos,wraps and fajitas. The staff are great and friendly and the locals a bit wacky but very welcoming.

I really do appreciate the fact that a staff member told us not to have a particular item as it would leave us dissapointed, but the fact that they would have such little faith in it so as to call it 'cheap'. That is a fair enough point, though, when they cost £17+! For dessert, I had a Cookie dough Sundae, which again, was rather lacklustre. The whipped cream to top it, tasted rather sour, and then rather than have a number of cookie dough balls scattered throughout the entire sundae, it was just two massive... globs [for lack of a better word], placed under layers of tasteless ice cream. The food itself wasn't awful, it was brought incredibly quickly and was served with a smile at all times, but I think that just about sums up this place to be honest. Friendly staff with the best of intentions, who still have a fair way to go to get to where they should be. Were this a small family run restaurant I might return at a later date to see if they had improved. But as it is just a small link in a large franchise, I can't see head office being too bothered if this link closed down as a result of being unable to make the required changes. There are several places in the vacinity where you would probably be better off, though it wouldn't be fair of me to name them. The food is generally good although I have found that they could do with developing their burger bun as it dissolves very quickly with one of their burgers in it. The burgers are nice although not the best I have ever tasted. Price wise they are at a good mid way point although you need to take into account that the sides are not included so this will add to your bill if you weren't expecting it. They do have a selection of bottles beers and spirits but it doesn't have the feel of a place you would go for a beer. There is limited seating at the front, it isn't the most comfortable but is more than enough to escape the British weather and enjoy your food.

They do a good range of non-alcoholic cocktails which I would recommend. The menu is quite large although there are disappointingly few vegetarian options. I usually opt for the mushroom calzone which is delicious and my wife often has the vegetable loaf which is nearly as good. They do a good range of side orders but the portion sizes are quite big so if you have sides you might not have room for puddings. They offer a giant pudding to share which is a good option although it is likely to make you feel sick before you reach the end of it. I really enjoy the music, a mix of 1950s and 60s classic tunes, although it can be annoying when they stop the music and turn off the lights and start a terrible rendition of Happy Birthday. Unfortunately this happens two or three times in every visit as it is a popular destination for birthday parties. The staff are friendly enough but not very observant, so sometimes it takes a while to get your bill. Other times they are exactly the opposite and you will be asked about 20 times if you are enjoying you meal (yes, thanks, although I'd be enjoying it a lot more if you would just leave me in peace!).

I ordered a Millionaire's Latte via the ordering app, there was some confusion with my order as it appeared to come up as ready on the big-screen before they had even finished it, the espresso quality was really watery and it was tasteless, to make matters worse it wasn't even that hot, other than a blob of squashed chocolate-scented cream, it just tasted like hot water. The staff also seemed rushed, even though the store wasn't too busy and they had maybe 3 or 4 other orders at the same time, which shouldn't be a problem for a large store with more staff members working than that (If it had to be done, each staff member could have done an order each with ease).
