The Monday Burger Special is a standout deal--juicy, flavorful, and always delivered nice and hot with great presentation. The patties are cooked to order and the toppings are fresh. Not a fan of their signature Monger sauce. So, I ask for mustard and mayo instead. read more

Burger Monger is another chain of hamburger joints. They come and go with easy. Stopped into their new one today as you are going into St Pete Beach. Let's just say it is "Fine". The service is good. The price is fair. You get what you pay for. I will admit the sweet potato fries are really good. The chicken sandwich is not bad, and the sauce is fine. Yes. they use Pepsi and not a Coke. That is their partner. As for the burger, I will say it was as hard as a rock. Over cooked/ I had to cut it with their plastic knife. Tasteless. Regarding the lettuce, tomato, onion slice (one) and the pickle slice (2), the only thing good was the topping. Otherwise it was blah. In the end, it is fine if you need to go. I would go another mile and go to Burger King. At least I know what I am getting. It is your choice. read more

Me and my family came in earlier today and I must admit we had a much better experience. We were greeted with smiles and those two young ladies cooking were amazing. We literally got our food in 5 minutes and it was all so delicious and well seasoned. As long as those two are cooking we will always come back. read more

We stopped at burger monger after seeing a show in St Pete, and it being a Friday night we wanted options with our group. Burger Monger has a variety of burgers, hot dogs, salads, sides and milkshakes! This is an order at the counter, they give you a number to place at your table and they'll bring you your food. We each went up from our table to order and service was within 5 minutes of placing! The only issue or concern we had was they had karaoke going on but no signs saying if it was a karaoke night or possibly a holiday party (again no signs on if this was a reoccurring thing or a one time so take that as you will). But the music was so loud we couldn't talk so once we got a few bites we had to step out to continue the night. Overall we'd stop here again but may just take our food to go. read more

Ate here once before and it was decent so tried to go back while waiting for my car to be worked on. Was a weird experience never had anywhere else in that there was one person eating so someone was there, but no workers. It was midday but noone behind the counter, half dark, and super quiet. Waiting for about 5 minutes calling out before the other customer shrugged at me and decided to go elsewhere. read more

Service- 1/5 Food- 3/5 Sauces- 4/5 Price- 1/5 Place is way too expensive for below average food. My meal was simply a plain two patty cheeseburger with fries adding up to $21+. They ended up putting everything they had in the one store on it. There are plenty of better burger places like a minute down the road from this place. Save yourself some time and money. -JR read more

Went to the new location on Pasadena Avenue. They were only open a few days, but I thought everything went fairly smoothly. My friend had to wait for her burger, but they were very apologetic and gave us each a five dollar coupon. I thought the food was delicious so glad it is close to me. I will definitely go back! read more

I had Burger Monger for the first time in St. Pete. I had their beef burger with bacon mixed in the patty. Overall, it was good but not amazing. The patty was also lump sided. I had a side of their sweet potato fries and they were okay. I still prefer some of the other burger chains such as Five Guys or Shake Shack over this chain. The inside of the restaurant was also a bit dated. read more

My friends and I went to the Pasadena Burger Monger over the Memorial Holiday weekend. We celebrated the birthday of a mutual friend on her 84th birthday. We had the Burger Monger (a Monday special) as well as individualized burgers custom ordered. We all enjoyed our burgers and the birthday girl also got a Snickers shake, which she confirmed was fabulous. Katie made sure we all got what we ordered and were enjoying our visit, which added to our great experience! read more

New location Pasadena Ave Pasadena Florida. i understand they are new. But. Waited 20 minutes for burger... they gave me the wrong burger, onion rings were awful. Sent it all back. Lousy follow through and terrible food read more

I recently ate here and it was my first time. I love hot dogs and figured why not? The service was outstanding and employees helpful when I placed my first time order. My hot dog came up hot and delicious with a side of fries. I walked around the corner from when I was seating and noticed a bar! So, that's a perk! All sorts of cocktails available. If you are in town on vacation, spring break or haven't visited I do recommend coming. read more

When this place first opened years ago, it was mind bending how good the burgers were. Idk what happened but they obviously aren't serving the same wagyu they used to. Whole joint is garbage now. read more

This place is expensive. It was over $40 for two of us. I was hoping the food would warrant the price tag. Unfortunately, it did not. While it wasn't as greasy as fast food, it was miniscule. The guy taking our order was hard to understand and didn't help us with the menu at all. The store has construction going on in it, and it just has a weird vibe to it. After we got home, both my friend and I experienced upset stomachs. So it is impossible to recommend this spot. read more

Way overpriced 30 dollars for 2 little burgers and one side of fries no drinks is ridiculous and it's not even that good enough be worth it huge disappointment read more

We came by to have a quick lunch with our son and his beautiful girlfriend- but I wasn't super hungry. I will say everything looked tasty and I only had a salad and fries. The monger sauce on the fries was perfect- bbq flavor! Those that ordered burgers loved them and the milkshake was a big hit. Come hungry and willing to expand your burger taste buds. The staff was nice and delivered the food with utensils- nice touch for a walk up order restaurant. Overall the food was good and the service was as well. The restaurant is located with plenty of parking and easy access. read more

Weird seasoning on everything. If you love lemon pepper, I guess you'll like this. Nobody wants a bitter cheesesteak.

Staff not very helpful to my questions. Also then asked for kid burger with no sides, charged full price of kid meal but received just a bare burger with melted cheese and nothing else. Overpriced everything. Bad service. FOUR pickup parkings - all empty - rest of parking spaces all filled. Remove at least 2 of those. Anyway, not going back. read more

The place doesn't even deserve 1 star! I stop by for a Philly cheese steak with onions, and fries....to go. I see the dude cooking (not going to call him a chef) finish up the order and put it on a plate. I tell the girl at the counter, it's an order to go. So they put the food in a Styrofoam and place it in a bag. I get home and there are no fries. And the cheesesteak I ordered with onions.....has lettuce, tomato & mayo on it. NO ONIONS. Not sure how this place stays in business. It's a joke. I will NEVER go back. Pathetic. I mean seriously, how hard is it to take one order! Everything about this was strewed up. read more

First visit today, most certainly will not be the last! Went in to try the Monday burger special, and we were thrilled with how delicious the burgers were. They were freshly made to our specs, then delivered to our table, along with hot french fries and two incredible hand spun milkshakes! Couldn't have been a more delicious lunch! Service was outstanding - Neil was so polite and professional, and was very helpful is guiding us through the menu. The restaurant was spotlessly clean and comfortable - 5 Stars all the way!! read more

I remember when they first opened at 4th street ( downtown St Pete) their service and food was excellent. But now 2025 food and service has gone down on the rabbit hole. The daytime service crew looks completely unhappy here while night crew what somewhat enthusiastic maybe because this place have a open bar. I have been here few times this month (Dec 2025) their soda machine are nasty. The Soda / ice dispenser are nasty and Unsanitized. I wondered when was this last cleaned. Ice dispenser have molds. I can only imagine the soda dispenser nozzle have molds. This place is always slow, whenever I stopped here there's not much people come here (this used to be packed back in the days) I guess new management? Short staffed? That's Why the kitchen staff / crews are no longer happy? When I got to the counter I said Hi good afternoon how are you? All I got back was a looked of a person who doesn't want to be there. I could tell she wasn't really happy to be there at all lol. I fully understand her she's the only person on the kitchen at that time and no one's helping her. Management needs to do better. I still love their burgers when they are on specials. Other than that price is getting ridiculous the taste of their old burger is no longer there. So it's not worth it buying it if not on special day. Like their 2 for $24 ( 2 burgers, 2 Soda and a fries for 2 person) from Thursday to Sunday. read more

Disappointed. At $18 for The monger burger with cheese, fries, and a soft drink I expected more in terms of quality. The portion was perfect, fries were fresh and hot, as well as the burger but everything was very bland. From the interior, the service, and the food. Everything was just very, meh. I'll come back and try the chicken and other options, but that burger had absolutely zero flavor. read more

second time we didn't receive our complete order but paid for it. I enjoyed the burger but the bogo chicken sandwich they charged for both. Ordered over $30 so we were supposed to get free cheese sticks that we didn't get " but were charged for them. $72 for A Steakburger, Onion Rings and 2 chicken sandwiches. Granted I ordered on Uber eats so I'd say 20% food cost inflation off the bat. Ordered 2 burgers two fries and a shake. $6 fries was less than a McDonald's medium and the fries were limp and soggy. The patties on the burgers were about the size as McDonald's McDoubles, good, but not worth $13-17 (Comparing to McDonald's solely for sizing... other than the fries, McDonald's is 10x better there). My coworkers shake was 3/4 full for $8. She felt bad that she made us get it. read more

Burger monger was considerably understaffed , the food was below par for sure . It seemed like maybe they were even shutting down as there were tables flipped over and construction. read more

Well, I live in the Old NE and thought than rather then a luke warm burger w soggy fries from Uber Eats, I'd take the family to dinner here. We arrive to an empty restaurant with 2 of the 3 employees smoking cigarettes literally in front of the entrance. Needless to say- it smelled awful walking in and I love a good smoke every now and again- just not before a burger w my kids. Uncooked bacon on my wife's sandwich, cold soggy fries, 5 onion rings overcooked and more bun than meat (surprise here as I always think the burgers are a good size) Things have changed at the Monger and I now know it's not Uber eats. Apologies to the ownership but the 65 bucks I spent on dinner for 4 - I just don't feel great about. I hope you read this and right the ship. read more

the greatest burger I've had in a while, the taste was superb and it was cooked to perfection,

First, could not order through the app or the website, half of the food we wanted was just a white square. Had to call the store and at first I got really there is nothing showing up. I have no clue what is wrong. Then he gets the okay from store manager to take order over the phone. I had to repeat everything two to three times. My son gets home and they didn't even put the chicken tenders on the order. He had to go all the way back down there to get. Luckily, they gave them to us for free. My sone and I ordered the cheesy monger melt, what a disgrace. The texas toast ( and I use that word lightly) was soggy and wet. It was like eating raw dough. Couldn't find the monger sauce. There was more bread that meat and it went straight into the trash after two bites. The cheesy fries were a joke. If there was bacon on there, you couldn't tell. The bun for my other son's chicken sandwich crumbled and fell apart. The milkshakes we got were just that milk. They were like water. This store needs some serious work. I will never ever get another monger burger and this was my first and last time. For that amount of money I would have been better off to go to Longhorn steakhouse or better yet McDonalds. At least at McDonalds if the food isn't good, you expect it. Will not ever eat here again. read more

The monger dog and ultimate bacon cheddah was great. Onion rings not so much. Would come back for the burgers though.

Dang good burger but needs to be seasoned! Hate brioche buns! Too sweet, burger needed more sauce, but thanks for roasting the bun!!!

Was craving a burger, but not any burger, an artisanal burger. Decided to search for a spot in St. Pete. and visited Burger Monger. Its location is very centric, has a very wide parking lot which is shared with other shops. It's very spacious with a very nice amount of tables. Heads up... it's not a sit, order and be waited on but choose, order and food will be taken to your table. Burgers are very good! Fries, sweet potatoes are awesome! Tip: one serving of fries could be enough for two people! The only reason why I rated this location a 4, is because I feel that every employee should be dressed properly, speak in a very courteous respectful manner. And maintain their work ethic's at all times. read more

This is one good burger and the review coming from a guy who doesn't crave or eat many burgers. You get to pick all your toppings from a long list. I highly recommend the grilled onions.
