Wow. I pulled up and went inside because the drive thru was kinda filled. It took a good 15 minutes to have my order taken. And then after the order was placed 36 minutes to get the order. I wasn't the only one waiting. The store was clean. I'll give it that. And I love the jalapeño cheddar bites, which is why I stop on the way home every time I'm in Nassau County. Every time a new customer came in, it took them 10-15 minutes to be helped. Even though there was someone up front and looked at the people. The idea is to get the people in and out... bag orders in between getting the customer's orders in. Don't make the customers wait. Especially when you have multiple people on the line that can bag and take orders. I'll keep coming back, but if this becomes a thing... I just wanna get home which is over an hour drive, I might have to skip this stop if the timing becomes an issue. read more

This is the 2rd time I have visited this Burger king to get breakfast at 10am or 10:20am and finally at 10:35am. Each time the "Mix and Match" Breakfast sandwiches were not really Mix and Match because there were NO biscuits available. Twice they "ran out" of biscuits and today, my 3rd visit, they told me the bisciuts were "really hard". Plus, when I ordered one crossantwich and one biscuit, I was charged $5.10 instead of $5.00. Why?? Because if you ask for A BISCUIT, there is an "upcharge" of 10 cents!! Even though their menu board says MIX and Match and clearly lists biscuits as a choice......they try and gouge you for an extra 10 cents. This is the absolute worst BK that I've ever had the misfortune of visiting. I placed a mobile order and was told that I had to come inside the restaurant. This defeated the point of me placing a mobile order! So I proceeded to enter the restaurant and immediately witnessed a man sleeping in the lobby and most of the tables covered in liquid. Patrons were entering and exiting without masks and social distancing was unheard of. Orders were backed up and the manager was literally trying to take orders, make burgers, bag the food, etc. It's a lot easier to train employees to do this work. I have had some of the worst service at this Burger King location. However, tonight was a different story. The young man working the drive thru and front cash register was the absolute best human I've ever come in contact with at any fast food restaurant! He even got my whole (kinda difficult) order completely correct!! I can't say the food was amazing, but knowing that this gentleman went above and beyond made the food better. I didn't get his name, but clearly he is a big fan of AC/DC so if the manager is reading this, I hope that helps identify your top notch employee!! read more

I use their mobile app because of the awesome deals, easier to custom build your sandwiches and it doesn't allow a franchisee to pick and choose what coupon they will honor..... that being said the person taking the order wasn't familiar with the mobile ordering on his end it took a min to sort out. Drive through isn't the quickest option, it took awhile to get my food after sorting everything out. The upside to the whole transaction is my food was actually fresh and hot. read more

If I could give this Burger King zero stars I would. When pulling up to order we sat for a long time before being help but regardless we waited. There was a sigh saying that there was a "drink shortage" this we could work with but the last thing I expected to see was them pouring our drinks out of two liters. These drinks were flat but I'm not sure what we expect. We were still very patient because we understand that everywhere is short staffed right now. There were only two workers and one of them just observed the young man doing all the work. We were never given our straw or our mozzarella sticks. Third time I've been to this one, and my last. I know working fast food is a pain, so I try to be forgiving. But this is the second time I've gotten cold fries. This time around, I ordered the stuffed cheddar bacon burger which was good, tho the bun seemed stale. And even though I was the only person in the place (it was about 4p), it took them a long time to make.
