Wow. I pulled up and went inside because the drive thru was kinda filled. It took a good 15 minutes to have my order taken. And then after the order was placed 36 minutes to get the order. I wasn't the only one waiting. The store was clean. I'll give it that. And I love the jalapeño cheddar bites, which is why I stop on the way home every time I'm in Nassau County. Every time a new customer came in, it took them 10-15 minutes to be helped. Even though there was someone up front and looked at the people. The idea is to get the people in and out... bag orders in between getting the customer's orders in. Don't make the customers wait. Especially when you have multiple people on the line that can bag and take orders. I'll keep coming back, but if this becomes a thing... I just wanna get home which is over an hour drive, I might have to skip this stop if the timing becomes an issue. read more

This is the 2rd time I have visited this Burger king to get breakfast at 10am or 10:20am and finally at 10:35am. Each time the "Mix and Match" Breakfast sandwiches were not really Mix and Match because there were NO biscuits available. Twice they "ran out" of biscuits and today, my 3rd visit, they told me the bisciuts were "really hard". Plus, when I ordered one crossantwich and one biscuit, I was charged $5.10 instead of $5.00. Why?? Because if you ask for A BISCUIT, there is an "upcharge" of 10 cents!! Even though their menu board says MIX and Match and clearly lists biscuits as a choice......they try and gouge you for an extra 10 cents. I really don't care about the 10 cents, but be honest up-front about it.......and if you serve breakfast at 10am or 10:30am have the choices you advertise. I am DONE with Burger King!!! read more

Yulee at 200 and I95. Order wrong and bought 3 large chicken fries. Among other food items. I spent almost $50 and got no sauces although they did ask what kind I wanted. I know they don't like to give them out but to get none is ridiculous! Also shorted large fries. These meals were for kids and they don't accept substitutes very well! Btw, this price included only 1 drink. read more

Burgers were and buns were fresh and tasty. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

This is the absolute worst BK that I've ever had the misfortune of visiting. I placed a mobile order and was told that I had to come inside the restaurant. This defeated the point of me placing a mobile order! So I proceeded to enter the restaurant and immediately witnessed a man sleeping in the lobby and most of the tables covered in liquid. Patrons were entering and exiting without masks and social distancing was unheard of. Orders were backed up and the manager was literally trying to take orders, make burgers, bag the food, etc. It's a lot easier to train employees to do this work. The cashier literally walked off mid-order to go prepare orders, cussing the entire way. There was no soda in the soda fountain. All that it administered was water. The shake machine was broken, too. I asked read more

I have had some of the worst service at this Burger King location. However, tonight was a different story. The young man working the drive thru and front cash register was the absolute best human I've ever come in contact with at any fast food restaurant! He even got my whole (kinda difficult) order completely correct!! I can't say the food was amazing, but knowing that this gentleman went above and beyond made the food better. I didn't get his name, but clearly he is a big fan of AC/DC so if the manager is reading this, I hope that helps identify your top notch employee!! read more

Food was cold and nasty. The girl at the drive in was incredibly rude. After she gave us the food we realized no ketchup. We sat in the truck, still at the drive in window. She knew we were there but wouldn't look at us. Finally, she opened the window and gave us 4 ketchups. Wow, this poor girl needs another job, but not in food service or customer service. Won't be back. read more

Dining room wasn't open but no big deal, so me and my family went through the drive thru. Speaker quality was very hard to hear and was kinda rushed ordering but understandably so because fast food is timed unfairly. Food came out an average time which I didn't mind. The downside that there was only three workers in there and a line was slowly forming so I felt bad that they're understaffed and being under more pressure. Overall, an average experience read more

It's the worst Burger King I've ever been to. The service is terrible. The lady at the drive through had me waiting for five minutes just waiting to order. I had been waiting in line for 20. There were only two people in front of me when I came through so not sure what was taking them so long. read more

Well i go here alot and at this company they worry too much about the labor which causes low staffing I've heard them talking about how high or low it is and how they are gonna have to send people home to avoid write up which is ridiculous at McDonald's someone is literally at the bund the board or table ,the fryer the drive thru both windows and they have other workers bouncing and still their 2 person night shift does a damn good job doing things right honestly i highly recommend you give em chance at night shift they have a dude named dj he is one of the best bk employees i've personally seen he wants to be there which is hard to find and despite the attitude pr whatever you get from thr management it whatever is working with him he will go above and beyond to correct any issue he can he even made a whopper in 7 to 8 seconds consecutively one day when I showed him a tiktok of a dude doing it in 30sec he just said "that fucker ain't seen fast" and instantly started making em I also like that guy that works with him and without Mr Ron I believe is his name he's not the fastest but he gets it right and at a reasonable pace the night lady angel she gets an attitude at times but when you deal with others in these environments day in and day out your bound to get frustrated with it she's been there a very long time and she really is a sweetheart I may seem like a biased writer but I've been coming here for a long time and earlier I seen that dj guy having some issues with keeping meat up and his stuff like cheese and lettuce while getting bombarded with orders from front and drive thru they simply need another kitchen hand for the manager guy dj and the manager lady angel I don't understand why a company would let 2 people do this night after night even if he can keep up its not going anywhere if he doesn't have product and toppings being replenished and for hoe fast they take orders they cannot get them out in even close to the speed he's giving the orders out he was doing extremely well considering its just him by sending out food like he was even when he had to break away and get 2 things 9f cheese 1 tomato refill and 2 lettuce tubs and dropped multiple pans of meat then he had to remove his gl9ves re wash and get into new ones then dropped multiple items in the fryer then back to his table for sandwiches and did all this in get same time she bagged one order give this guy and the black man Mr Ron a raise and promotion please they are not there to fuck around and just get paid and that is hard to find these days at somewhere like a burger king if you cone inside you are more than likely gonna have to be a bit patient b8t any requests will be met with these 2 and get dj guy has his own wild life personality but honestly I thought he was angry the first time I was able to hear him but I have paid heavy attention he's just wise cracking and happens to have a brighter vocabulary he is one to throw his French around but it's just how he talks I believe and Mr Ron is the most polite and easy to talk to person there next to that dj fella and he doesn't use that language to9 loudly FYI I've heard him get a little load but the entire h8ur and some change I sat there he was literally making burgers and the whole gig he entire Tim if someone had me stuffed with orders and I was trapped doing as much as he does I'd quit eventually he told me he does it because he likes it he could make more but what would it be worth if you don't like where you work or what you do i said he's a manager but I am only guessing I seen him teaching a new guy a week or two ago and he has that young man very well trained and he is always telling everyone and the boy thames gonna make him great and he's proud of the boys attention and motivation to get better and do things right honestly I'd love to see a store with that guy in charge if he's not a manager or gm preferably he needs to be because I've heard the definite managers asking him questions about how long things hold or stay or whatever like he has the knowledge and he always has the right way to talk to someone in conversation ... customers he's yessir yes ma'am no ma'am no sir and extremely motivated to get things right with tge employees and his coworkers hes business lots of communication 9n his end and when they ain't stacked with orders the guyvis trying to make rm all smile or laugh its refreshing to see young men with his mindset its unusual these days I saw these reviews and it caught me as kinda not fair to these new additions and maybe give em a chance u know just had to lime thanks for the reason guys read more

I use their mobile app because of the awesome deals, easier to custom build your sandwiches and it doesn't allow a franchisee to pick and choose what coupon they will honor..... that being said the person taking the order wasn't familiar with the mobile ordering on his end it took a min to sort out. Drive through isn't the quickest option, it took awhile to get my food after sorting everything out. The upside to the whole transaction is my food was actually fresh and hot. read more

If I could give this Burger King zero stars I would. When pulling up to order we sat for a long time before being help but regardless we waited. There was a sigh saying that there was a "drink shortage" this we could work with but the last thing I expected to see was them pouring our drinks out of two liters. These drinks were flat but I'm not sure what we expect. We were still very patient because we understand that everywhere is short staffed right now. There were only two workers and one of them just observed the young man doing all the work. We were never given our straw or our mozzarella sticks. We were barely given any fries and to top it all of there was a hair in the fries. Also no health score was shown. Overall I would not recommend going to this location. read more

Third time I've been to this one, and my last. I know working fast food is a pain, so I try to be forgiving. But this is the second time I've gotten cold fries. This time around, I ordered the stuffed cheddar bacon burger which was good, tho the bun seemed stale. And even though I was the only person in the place (it was about 4p), it took them a long time to make. But instead of getting my fries after the burger was ready, they grabbed the fries first and let them sit off to the side while waiting for the sandwich. Seats are uncomfortable, soda machine is always broken, and they Coke still has a funky aftertaste read more

Pathetic. Large caramel sundae ended up as a small chocolate sundae. Large chocolate milkshake looks like a small. Not very chocolate. this is the worst customer service ever. their hours say they are opened until midnight and i came at 10pm. i sat here for 27 minutes saying hello and driving around the building. i saw an employee sitting on a chair in the office on the phone. and another employee cleaning. i called. no answer. i am so dissatisfied and irritated at the rudeness of the woman in the store by just ignoring us. -1/10 never go here they don't care about anything but themselves read more

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. We waiting five minutes to even have someone come up to the registrar even being the only ones here. Then when getting drinks I realized that there was KETCHUP splattered in the coke machine. With seeing this, I began to look for the health inspection report. Maybe it's only a standard in Georgia to have the report posted in visible sight, but it was nowhere to be found. Waited 15 mins for our five meal order and still came out wrong. Just save yourself the trouble/wait/possible food poisoning experience and skip this and the Wendy's across the street where we tried first. Grossness. read more

I wish they gave the option for no stars. Ate here one night and I got so sick afterwards that my mom had to go back up there and ask who was the Cook and when the last time they cleaned the place. It felt almost like I was dying or my insides where twisted up. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy! And I've had my gallbladder removed a few years after my experience at the burger king and I would rather go thru that again 10times then the pain I felt after just eating a burger out of this filthy place. Absolute nastiest fast food restaurant I've ever eaten at and will NEVER eat there again! We waited 15 minutes or longer in the drive through and were the ONLY car there! The lady hands the stuff out the window and my husband said, "thank you" after waiting all that time (which I wouldn't have done) and she didn't say ONE word back! No apology for the waiting time or even a simple "you're welcome"! Got it home and the order wasn't even correct. Globs of mayonnaise on parts of the burgers and then NO sauce on other parts. We took one bite of them and had to throw then away! Horrible food and horrible service! Never again! read more

Ordered food for my family and tried to pay with 100 bill. The cashier stated she needed to get change from the manager in the office. Well, she came back and said the manager went to the bank and they didn't have enough money in the store to make change. It was Sunday afternoon. 2pm. They gave back my money and didn't apologize or even give me the coffees I ordered. This whole exit is a cluster. Keep driving. read more
