The food was FRESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSH! The customer service was superb I was treated as if I belong there and I was comfortable there as well. EVERYONE greeted me n my family immediately w smiles. The staff were on their toes the whole time I sat and ate. I ofc observed. The drive thru was ah booming. I saw everyone contribute n work like a real team. I see the respect the staff have for each other. The way they listened n didn't hesitate to give us the latest deals Rob n Marco were on point. It's like p&j they go together as a team. I am a GM myself n would def want a team like this working by my side. Nobody was taking breaks. The food had ZERO mistakes. The whooper looks like how it should n thats the way I like it. We just did the drive thru after waiting a half an hour at McDonald's and finally just leaving. Burger King took our order, prepared our food, and got it out to us on a timely manner. My mom's chicken sandwich was a bit dry but it was about ten at night so I'm not really surprised. My son's burgers were just fine. The parking lot was clean. The building was well lit and there seemed to be a number of cars in the drive thru even for this time of night in a medium sized town. Nothing spectacular, nothing horrible. read more

So we were on a road trip for about a week and a half and we ate at Burger King twice. Both times were great. I'm not sure what's going on with Burger King corporate but it seems like they have stepped up their game. We had a regular whopper, and I'm possible whopper and two shakes. The onion rings rocked. Right behind the store is a pretty good sized grassy area with some tables that we used because we had our dog with us. Absolutely recommend. read more

Way To Go Burger King!!! About 15 mins ago I went thru the drive up window at the BK next door to the GTO car wash. What a Wonderful Surprise!!! The nice fellow with the fantastic voice greeted me with a smile in his voice- a kind patient word or two - was funny and informative on a special they were having on the breakfast sandwich I ordered- So Incredibly Pleasant and Cheerful- it just made my day!! Thank you very much Burger King and a bigger thank you to a guy that "puts it all out on the floor" at his place of work!! You just don't see much of that anymore. Way To Be Man!! read more

Went through the drive through. Ordered three sandwiches and three waters. Was told that the third water would add a charge to the bill. This policy penalizes mostly moms with kids. It bothers me so much because it really works to prevent families from having economical meal choices. It's cheap. And it's enough to keep me from choosing Burger King the next time I need a fast lunch. Also, I had to wait awhile at the drive through window because the food was shoved out the window at me, and the worker immediately left. I needed napkins. I hope the manager sees this and makes changes. Treating your paying customers like mooches is one sure way to prevent paying customers from coming at all. Give them the pickle. read more

I went here late at night and I asked for no onions (I have a weird like phobia thing with them) and I made it home and come to find out all my family's burgers had onions and tomatoes which I asked not to have. By the time we made it home it was to late to go back out and they were closed so a order that was roughly $45 was trashed. No one eats them in my family. Ok so I live really close to this Burger King and I was in the parking lot when it was on fire. This shows you that I am there a lot! It is good food. I went there today for lunch with my friends and we decided to get 100 chicken nuggets! Surprisingly the total was less then twenty bucks. They brought our food out quickly, and gave us as much dipping sauce as we needed.(get the sweet and sour, or bbq because the bbq is smoky and savory!) We had also spilled a drink and they didn't care at all, got the mop, and cleaned it for us. There must be a great manager because this is a better location then most. read more

I am not a huge hamburger fan per se as I make my own cheeseburgers using ground turkey, but occasionally I stop by this location since it is close to where I work. Their Manager Robert is great. He seems to run a pretty tight ship. I have recently been to two local McDonalds because they have a grilled chicken sandwich, which Burger King does not (theirs is breaded... hint hint BK, make a grilled chicken sandwich please!) After those recent awful visits to McDonalds (incorrect orders, burnt bread, indifferent untrained employees etc.) I will only go to BK from now on if I'm in the mood for a good burger and fries. This location seems to value their employees and it shows with good service. read more

My husband and I went to this location last Tuesday while we were headed to Sunnyside for a meeting. We had received coupons in the mail the friday before. The coupon we wanted to use were 2 chicken sandwhiches and 2 small frys for $6.99. The lady running the drive through said I don't have that coupon I cannot do it. She was very rude about it when all I asked was why they came in our mail? What??? I live in Yakima same town as this store. I receive coupons in the mail with the local mail box merchants that go out to everyones mail box. And the coupons no good? I entered this establishment almost two hours ago, just as I have done many times before. Typically, in fast food places, employees are high school kids trying to save up or older people who needed a job, and in neither scenario is that bad. It's fast food, we're meant to get our food fast and be on our way. But this experience was different today in which the employees were fantastic. There were two male employees, in particular, who stood out the most: they were not there to get hours for their next paycheck, they were there to work. They really put the "service" in "Customer Service". I didn't get either of their names but one was wearing a gray tie and both of them had facial hair. I'm going to remember how animated they were in their work today. They treated every customer as if they were their cousins, and the employees were wonderful hosts. It felt like I was in a castle with the best service there was. Their supervisors should be proud of who they hired. Thank you. read more
