I had an order put in for catering, usually it would be ready I pay, load the car and leave. I walk in, 2 min. later a manager comes to the front and asks what she can get me. I said I have an order to pick up. She turned around and walked away. Never said a word! I'm standing there a good 5 min. and a young girl comes to the front and rings me up and I pay. Still no communication. 2-3 min. go by I grab my racks of buns and put them in the car and then the young girl is packing up my sides. Still no word. I'm there 15 min. the girl has to take an order outside never looks at me so I ask the girl "Is it not ready?" she does not say a word and goes straight to the back and in a snotty voice repeats what I said. STILL NO Communication. It was OBVIOUS they forgot. The manager Ostrowski could have easily mentioned it was not ready yet or it may be a little bit ...Or even apologize. I was very patient and polite even though they ignored me pretty much the whole time I was there. I did not get a Thank you either. OSTROWSKI and her young helper need to work on their manners and communication. I am very dissatisfied and will never go back to that location until they get a New Manager. FYI Arby's employees - Customers by the register can hear what you are saying about them in the back!!!

Every time we get it now, we walk around saying; MMM, this is soooo good. Pizza Hut used to be our favorite many years ago, but then the quality started going down hill. You could tell in order to save money, they decided that instead of raising prices, they would skimp on ingredients. We would be lucky if we got four pieces of pepperoni on a pepperoni pizza. They would put virtually nothing on the pizza; sauce, topping or cheese. And so their sales took a nose dive. Their corporate bosses ignored the real reasons and decided thier declining sales were due to the fact that they didnt have a varied enough menu and werent competitive enough and they changed thier menu to more pasta. But Pizza was what we wanted and pizza was now what they were the worst at. So we gave up and so did a lot of other people and a lot of Pizza Huts closed. We thought they would go the way of all other corporations that let their greed keep them from selling a good product at a fair price but they didn't. Pizza Hut is back and their pizza is great! Try them again if you haven't in years.
