I had an order put in for catering, usually it would be ready I pay, load the car and leave. I walk in, 2 min. later a manager comes to the front and asks what she can get me. I said I have an order to pick up. She turned around and walked away. Never said a word! I'm standing there a good 5 min. and a young girl comes to the front and rings me up and I pay. Still no communication. 2-3 min. go by I grab my racks of buns and put them in the car and then the young girl is packing up my sides. Still no word. I'm there 15 min. the girl has to take an order outside never looks at me so I ask the girl "Is it not ready?" she does not say a word and goes straight to the back and in a snotty voice repeats what I said. STILL NO Communication. It was OBVIOUS they forgot. The manager Ostrowski could have easily mentioned it was not ready yet or it may be a little bit ...Or even apologize. I was very patient and polite even though they ignored me pretty much the whole time I was there. I did not get a Thank you either. OSTROWSKI and her young helper need to work on their manners and communication. I am very dissatisfied and will never go back to that location until they get a New Manager. FYI Arby's employees - Customers by the register can hear what you are saying about them in the back!!!

It's a place I'll happily hit up again out that a ways The hot Peppercorn Steak Wrap was excellent. Would be hard pressed not to order it again instead of trying something different. The Sweet Potato Fries though managed to be burned AND soggy and limp "Herb-garlic tortilla, shredded steak, tomato, red onion, cilantro, spinach, provolone, parm-peppercorn dressing" Sonoma Chicken Panini "Grilled chicken breast, provolone, basil, mushroom, red onion, sun-dried tomato pesto, balsamic glaze" Their Loaded Potato Salad is intense. Five or six bites will do you. "Diced roasted red potatoes mixed with bacon bits, cheddar cheese, chives, sour cream" Chicken & Wild Rice Soup was the opposite. Rich and creamy, but a bit babyfood-ish: not much texture to the veg and scant chicken, and lacking in wild rice

Cons: * The lettuce is iceberg, not green leaf. * The caramelized onions are diced, not rings. * The buns are hard and flat, not light and fluffy. * Fries are brown, limp, and taste like peanuts.
