For this visit it was my first time using the mobile app to order and I did so because they now have a points system and I was given a 25% off coupon for signing up. I'm used to using mobile ordering so it was very easy for me. I ordered the chicken tender basket with fries and a drink and because of the coupon it came to $6.50. It took maybe about five minutes to get my order which was great. I also had a custard coupon from a previous visit so I used that to get custard. Once again, had a great experience. I purchased a two piece fish dinner around 5 o'clock on Thursday. At least six french fries were refrigerator. Cold in the middle and one of the fish pieces was refrigerator cold in the center. This two-piece dinner cost $15 with a senior citizens discount and if I hadn't been very hungry, I think I may have taken it back to them. I will not be going back for this again. Whenever this place gets something wrong after you've already made it home with your order, the manager will lie and say they will send you a coupon by mail to cover your meal. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM! Dear Management, you are seriously FAILING at putting out consistent, fresh and ACCURATE food that has been ordered. There is no excuses to not have HOT FOOD when you just placed the order. Today AGAIN- the same disappointing food "quality." This is the 3rd time now that I've ordered the Beef pot roast sandwich on 3 separate occasions. I have specifically asked for GRILLED ONIONS, but what your cooks here have managed to give me are NO ONIONS, despite the reciept saying grilled onions, and 2 times they have given me RAW RED ONIONS, despite my reciept saying GRILLED. Red raw onions SUCK on a pot roast sandwich. So does DRY MEAT & BARELY WARM FOOD. I have had enough already! I am now going to start photographing, reviewing across the web & posting on YouTube my food every single time your Rothschild location gets it wrong. Why the extreme? Well it's not really extreme because your past history in dealing with unsatisfied customers like myself. I'm staying at the hotel right near here so it's really convenient to come here. I grew up around Chicago and have spent a lot of time around Madison for training and knew what to expect coming here. I was not disappointed. First off, the burgers are always really good and hot when you get them. They have crinkle cut fries which, along with waffle fries, are my favorite so there's another win in the books. Lastly, if you're not from around the Midwest, you may not know about cheese curds. They're like mozzarella sticks except smaller, more bite-sized pieces. They're very good and I recommend them to anyone who stops by here! The drive through line won't be as quick as McDonald's just due to them making their food more fresh and not having it sit under a heat lamp. The wait is worth it though. read more

Exceptional service and their food is among the best for fast food. Can you name another fast food place that serves cheese curds and a huge selection of ice cream? The service is above and beyond as well, one time they got my order wrong in the drive thru, and when I called and complained, management actually remade my order and DROVE 15 MILES TO MY HOUSE TO DELIVER IT FOR FREE. For what it's worth, the dine in part of this Culver's is closed. The drive thru was busy. The employees inside were masked and gloved. The employee bringing food out to cars were masked and gloved.
