My buddy and I ordered a bunch of food (burger and chicken), my burger was cold and not what I wanted, his and I's chicken was so unbelievably old and burnt I wouldn't have given it to my neighbors dog. Things I would rather do instead of eating here: -sleep with a pillow that is hot on both sides -ingest a box of laxatives and lock myself in a porta potty -let Jeffrey Dahmer make me a sandwich -sleep in wet jeans -slam the car door on my hand In all - the service was awful (no one seemed interested in making food or providing a good service for customers), the food was somehow worse than that, and the prices were SOMEHOW worse than the food. I have never eaten at any Burger Kings so today was a first! As a vegetarian I didn't have high hopes I'd find anything to eat except perhaps an order if fries, but I was really impressed they offer a vegetarian burger, the Impossible Whopper. I skipped the fries and just ordered a veggie Whopper, no sauce, and it was pretty good. This is the Burger King located inside the rest stop as you drive East from Toledo towards Chicago. The two workers were very pleasant and the clerk asked me about the college on my hoodie and wished me a good day. The lady cleaning in back also gave me a hello. Very nice workers. The Whopper was ready in less than 5 minutes, really fast, maybe even 3 minutes. Nice job, everyone! Oh, if you visit, please wear your mask and leave a tip. These folks are working hard! read more

What an abysmal Burger King. Heading from Cleveland to Chicago on business and came to this place obviously hungry. The Staff here was treating the customers in front of us terribly. There was people in line that have been in line waiting for food for the past 20 minutes. The Staff was treating the food terribly as well as in throwing in fries and throwing things around in the kitchen. No thank you, you don't have my service. read more

I don't really like BK much but this rest stop was really nice ! No line at all but we were here at 730 at night ! There was a good amount of people working so we did not have to wait at all for our food. The drink machine was fun of ice and soda! I thought Natasha was very and super helpful . Constantly understaffed in the kitchen... 25 minutes for a Jr Whopper... Didn't even order fries because it's clear they made three dozen orders an hour back and they were sitting, which turned out to be true... no new fries came out for the time I was there. Give me a break . Hmshost should be embarrassed that this is the level of customer service they provide. Atmosphere - Out dated service plaza, but hey they get the food out. Food Drinks - A coke, self-service machine. Nothing to fancy. Appetizer - none My Main Course - Buffalo style chicken fingers. Chicken fingers sound like a good item to eat while driving. The picture on the wall looked like they were dry. I should have asked. They were not sloppy wet like wings are but went enough to make a mess. I guess I will ask next time. This place is a complete disaster. Stopped here for lunch. Employees don't seem to care that their broiler is broken and all other businesses are taking their sales. no one seems to care!!!
