Placed an online order, went through the drive thru. Asked me to pull up, just waiting on my fries. 25 minutes later, after multiple other cars had made it through the drive thru, someone finally brought my lukewarm order to me. Go to eat it and all the chicken is rubbery to the point of being inedible. May as well have gotten some gum from the gas station, would've been quicker. Waste of money read more

I gave this review a one because it doesn't allow negative numbers. I came here and ordered a quick bite to eat. The classic chicken sandwich an onion rings, and unsweetened ice tea. The chicken tasted like it sat in the fryer to long, even though they aren't fried. I got a small fry instead of my onion rings and a regular coke instead of my unsweetened iced tea. The second time I came it was 10pm and hours said they were open until 12. We pulled up a the night girl yelled to us and the two other cars waiting that they were closed. I asked I thought you closed at midnight. She said not tonight, we're slow and we want to go home. I said is that how it works here? She said it does tonight. I actually tried one more time. It was about 9:15ish. We pulled up and sat in the drive through. We kept saying, hello. Are you open? Finally the same lady that wanted to go home early last asked, pull forward please. We did! She looked at us, "I think she remembered our car" she said. I'm sorry we can't serve you. We are changing the oil right now. 3rd time was a charm. I think I'd be better off staying home and having a glass of water. Water tastes better anyways. If I could give them a zero or even negative star for this visit I would. Let me be clear, I have gone here many times and the service and food was wonderful, however today while the food was just okay the lady at the counter was very rude and disrespectful to my 7 year old son. Took our order and the employees where standing around not filling orders.had burgers and fries sitting in the holder getting cold.we got our drinks and waited 20-30 mins and no order so got a refund and left.went to other restaurant and ate within a few minutes.dont go here and eat. read more

I just got whopper and the bread is so tough that it was hard to bite into. I could immediately tell that the bread was hard when i picked the sandwich up. This tells me that whoever made the sandwich also had to know that the bread was not soft, like bread should be. Considering that in today's economy, where we are paying top dollar for everything, including and especially fast food, why can't shouldn't we be getting the best food we've ever gotten? Very rude and slow I waited 10 mins in the drive thru line for the girl to tell me it was going to be awhile they had to count the drawer. I've worked in fast food it doesn't take that long. Took me 20 mins to get my order if my daughter didn't want Burger King so bad I would of left like I have before. Some management needs to be aware and do something with their employees. read more

This fast food restaurant is disgusting. Every table was dirty. There was no sweet tea. I asked the night shift manager for some sweet tea from behind the counter. She stirred a little bit of tea that was in a pitcher and poured some into my cup. It tasted soured. The food was decent but only because we asked them to cook it fresh. However, my chicken sandwich was only lukewarm. The employees act like they're doing you a favor to wait on you and the bathroom was freezing cold. The last 3 times I've come here the food has not been hot at all. Cold cheese, luke warm meat. This morning I ordered 2 croissanwiches & the bun wasn't flaky. It was still cold like they didn't run it through the toaster. My sausage was room temperature & my cheese was ice cold like they had just pulled it out of the cooler. What the actual F! The whopper was good, no complaints. BUT the taco is complete garbage. It looks like it was made days ago and heated up under a light for hours before they served it to me. My son got one and his was the same. Another customer walked by, I asked to see the four he ordered...they were the same. I can't believe an actual business would serve that. And the so called meat looks and tastes like really old potted meat that was fried. Save your money, go to Taco Bell for cheap tacos. read more

The service was very slow. The tables were dirty and the drink station was a mess. I have been here before and it wasn't like this.

The service was very slow and I did not understand this since there was only two other customers in the whole place.
