I'll start with the Good: During special occasions+Holidays - i like to go around to fast food places and ask if they have any toys/collectibles either for sale or that come with a meal. (I love collecting that stuff during Halloween, Christmas, Movie crossovers, etc) - and this place always goes beyond to help out. I order food anyway to support and also buy a few toys/collectibles (last time was Halloween Scooby Doo toys) they even gave me a new flat bag to add to my collection (had halloween cute designs on it) - I don't remember if the food was good or bad - but the way the employee was happy to help me and threw in that free little paper bag made my day. Maybe i'm just easy to please with simple things LOL I don't remember having any bad food experiences from this place other than their breakfast tots not being fresh at all. It seemed like they sat a while - but I figured that happens if its slow for business at that time or something. That being said, I have started to order from them using Doordash a handful of times in the last few months - and every time choosing last minute to get Taco Bell instead. I do prefer Taco Bell to any other place so I wouldn't necessarily say that's BK's fault. I was definitely a BK kid growing up - while most kids shouted 'McDonalds!" from the back seat of a car, I made up a song about burger king. "Booder Keen Booder Keen, on our way to booder king" (I said words dumb, I know.) so maybe my review is based on nostalgia of the brand in general - and not the food from this specific store. I do know the employee that day made me even more happy about halloween season because of her helpfulness. Take that for what its worth, I guess! read more

The food is good and fresh to order fast service and knowledgeable people are very helpful with your order

This place still hasn't gotten any better. I have no idea how they are still open when they don't make food correctly, they serve old/dried out nuggets, you get service with a HUGE bad attitude, and their customer service is just as useless. read more

had decent luck on my orders for near a year, but it seems that they are back on the "cant get food orders right" train again. ordered 2 whopper jr no onion or pickle add cheese. Got home found 2 whopper jr, lukewarm at best with ONLY pickles. are you purposely making the orders wrong so people stop asking for anything specific? sure seems like it to me. service was fine, but GD they couldn't have gotten my order more opposite than what i got if they tried to. get your act together. read more

I've really tried to defend the workers at Burger King but I have received the wrong order for the 4th time in a row. I'm done. I don't ask for off the wall food requests, I just get whoppers and kids meals and they can never get it right. I'm not getting food here anymore. It's not worth it when they can't give me what I ask and pay for, and when I check to see if I have everything I bought at the window they get agitated or tell you to pull up. I wouldn't have to do this if you give me the correct food in the first place! read more

I like the food. I love the playland. The staff are for the most part nice. But one woman got to me. She was demeaning and rude to a man who had clearly had hearing loss. Right in front of my eyes. I couldn't stand it. I wanted to cry. read more

Went today and none of the staff wearing a mask. I said to the manager, "No Masks?" She replied with a smirk on her face and in a snotty tone, "Nope!" I was advised by a co-worker to say "off the broiler" so the food is fresh otherwise it's horrible, I did. I returned to my office, ice cold hamburger that tasted like the meat was tainted. Hope I don't get sick. I will never eat here again. First and last time. I like BK, it's normally the hamburger place I like. Hope the Franchise owner reads this and pulls it together for other customers since I won't be returning. read more

Went through drive up at lunch. . Ordered a bacon chicken ranch sandwich. Got back to my shop and I was given 2 little cheeseburgers and fries. I called and very rudely was told that I could come tomorrow and get my sandwich - and this was after 3 attempted phone calls . I said just mail me my money back or credit and she yelled at me and told me they were busy, I told her I WAS her customer at the moment.... Guess I won't be back here again - I am in business, and if I treated customers like this I wouldn't be in business. McDonalds and Taco Bell will now get my quick lunch business from now on. Shame on this store HORRIBLE way to treat anyone. By the way, your little cheeseburgers suck big time, probably did some one a favor getting their cheaper order. read more

I have lived here in Streator for over 10 years. That being said I have had my fair share of meals from Burger King. I travel often for work and have had meals from other Burger King restaurants. But I regretfully have to say that this location is by far the worst I have ever been served at. I have never received the correct order in the drive thru, not one time. I have children that enjoy their food so I visit quite frequently. So my suggestion to fellow patrons is if your going through the drive thru check your order before pulling away from the window. Secondly it doesn't matter how loud, how slow, or how many times you repeat your order into the speaker. IT WILL BE WRONG!! EVERY TIME! read more

Food is always cold, or barely luke warm! Always afraid of getting sick! Employees, and Management need to start putting a little passion into their work, and not just be there for a pay check! First, There's only about two staff members there with the right attitude to work with the public. Next, They often are about an hour late opening and close early. More than a dozen times I've had to go back from receiving old food or missing food. I desperately want to give positive feedback because of the very few employees there doing a good job, but the negative at this point far out weighs the good. read more

Just got a Whopper there and the bun had to be a month old. It was so hard it was Inedible. This seems to happen there often.

Rarely eat here anymore. As the other review stated extremely slow drive thru. They usually have you pull forward even if you are the only vehicle. Most of my sandwiches from there I usually special order and its hit or miss on them. Enjoy the Burger king franchise but this place you will find yourself disappointed with the food. read more
