Good service! I ordered a family bundle meal, but I changed two French fries for two onion rings. But I think they didn't get it, they got me all onion rings. When the food delivered to me, I asked him , the young man ( Robot?) He runs back to get me a box of fresh fries. Then I ask some sauce, he was very friendly saying yes! And runs back grabbing some sauce to me. Food is very good! Service is very nice. Robot? Good job! Thank you! read more

What's the point of driving ordering your food being asked to drive upfront and wait for your food while you have three different cars past you and then you have to get out of your own car see why your taking so you get excuse? That's what you ordered. What I ordered ordered shouldn't be a problem. It shouldn't be on the drive-through menu board if it's gonna cause a problem it takes so long. read more

It's a Burger King, meaning predictably mediocre food for a relatively average price. One complaint: no matter how large your order may be (in our case, $25.00), they'll still charge you .55 for a cup if you want ice water. Yes, really. Half a buck for water with your order. read more

11/27/18 7:45am. I ordered 2 for 4 breakfast sandwich. The bacon was not cooked but maybe a minute. I tried to fix the sandwich at work, but it was so greasy and I was worried I'd get sick. I tried to call but the phone was busy. I will go into the talk to them on my lunch hour. Not just the food. The person at the drive through window. Dark hair lady. Was complaining that 2 people called out and talking to an employee about her tastiness is an issue. They both said that the owner can just deal with it. read more

Service was slow as we heard the staff debate about our order and where various parts of it were. May also have received unhealthy food. It's a good location and a nice building. But whoever owns it is not tending to the store. read more

Pro's: I didn't get sick and the "food" filled me up. Con's: They upsold me on adding bacon/cheese to a Whopper "value" meal. They added the cheese but left off the bacon. They also tried to have me round up to some BS charity (complete scam) but hey, at least only my wife got diarrhea. Seriously, I cannot stress this last point enough - I will NEVER eat at this garbage restaurant again. I remember when BK used to sell decent "food"... read more

The service is terrible. Came here on a Sunday evening there were 2 cars ahead of us in the drive through sat in the drive through for 25 minutes. Would have left but there was no way to get out of the drive through line. The food was good. The bread on the burger was good usually it's stale on whopper jrs. and the fries were okay. Everytime we come here the food is pretty tasty but the service... BURGER KING.... You gotta step up your drive through game it's getting as bad as McDs. read more

I really wanted the Addam's family themed meal to be great.First bad sign was the shake machine was down. I thought I was safe, lol only McDonald's has the broken machine lol. Second sign, my delivery was sent to my neighbors..ugh Third sign onions rings tasted like they were fried in old oil,the zesty sauce couldn't save them. The burger was ok, especially with the churro fries, and to make up for the shake machine being down, the did send 2 Hershey's pies, which was cool. read more

Ordered large fry paid $4.42 for ice cold french fries I attempted to call but the number they have listed doesn't work very disappointed.

Fantastic location right across the street from Walmart and in the parking lot of Fred Meyer. Highly recommended to get the whopper. Only moderate diarrhea. Will be returning. read more

My order #32. Ordered 2 whopper Jr large fries and large coke. 3 pieces of ice in coke, onion rings were cold and the whoppers were so so. I tossed it all back in the bag & will consider it a lesson learned. It's fast food so it can't be very hard right? $14 bucks for sub par meal...last time I go there. My wife is making a pizza when I get home so I will eat that. Thanks. read more

I would leave a negative review if I could for what one of their managers has taken upon herself to do to the other local food establishments, along with the treatment of the staff at this location. Not only is she disrespectful to the employees at her location but she goes to other places and goes out of her way to belittle their staff and then criticize their food. It is one thing to be a secret shopper and find ways of improving your business or team. It's another to continually harass other eateries trying to get them closed down or a loss of revenue. If you read local reviews of other places in the area, I'm sure you will see who it is!! Sadly this location used to be very good, they cared about their crew and customers on top of putting out quality food, that was prior to this "BK" person being more worried about loosing their crown, that they lost it all on their own. read more

It has been several years since I have purchased food at Burger King. On this occasion I went through the drive-through and ordered a double cheeseburger and a small Diet Coke. How disappointing. It was cold. It didn't have the great char boil taste that Burger King used to be noted for. The bun was cold, and stale. Finally, the attendant at the window had an ugly black mask on.You could not understand what he said, and he said hardly anything at all. Finally, there was no napkin in the bag. This will be my last trip to Burger King. PS, the Diet Coke was good. read more

Haven't been to a Burger King in over 5 years, but after a 12 hour work day and grocery pick up, Burger King seemed like a good idea... and it was right there next to Fred Meyer's. It was a bad idea - I ordered 2 value bacon burgers, onion rings, and Fish sandwich meal with fries. EVERY SINGLE ITEM, except the fries, was essentially cold and inedible. The burgers were not only cold, but tasted like they had been produced for the lunch crowd and had been sitting under lights for hours until they gave them to me at 7pm. It seems to me, in a fast food restaurant that only has drive through service, it shouldn't be that difficult to serve burgers that are cooked at least a little closer to the time they're ordered. Don't bother to try this place. Go home and heat up that burger that's sitting in your freezer. read more

I'm sitting in a sit down restaurant right at the moment and I got my food faster than the other day going to a fast food restaurant called Burger King and I didn't have to listen to a employee screaming at me all the way across the lobby that they are busy they have two Burger lines and only have one open at lunch time I spent 10 dollars on a burger I didn't have time to eat on my lunch way to go burger King read more

Mary and the crew are great. Fast and friendly service. food was made correct. cant ask for much more.

Every single time I go to any Burger King, I say "NO CONDIMENTS, NO MAYO, NO KETCHUP, NO MUSTARD, NO BBQ SAUCE. NOTHING BUT MEAT OR MEAT AND CHEESE" I order this because mayo is gross unless cold and Burger King always makes their food tasteless by adding too many condiments. Every time, they cannot get my order right. Every time, there is some mayonnaise or ketchup. Every time they cannot get one order right. Glad I don't have allergies read more

I have been here many times... 2 stars is about where it averages out. What keeps them from 3 is just getting 3 basic things correct. Those three things are decent wait times, friendly and helpful staff, and order made correctly. Occasionally, they will get these things right... not stellar, but just correct. These folks are decent most of the time getting you meals out quickly, both inside and at the drive thru. There have been times where the wait has been excessive, but mostly they get the food to you quickly. Customer service is sketchy at best. It really feels like you are just rolling the dice with the staff. I have experienced interactions ranging from surreal to surly... I don't need my order read back after every item I order and I don't think asking for ketchup packets at the drive thru should be met with contempt. But this is not uncommon. Food Quality/Order Correctness is perhaps the worst area... normally I like consistency. But this BK consistently gets your orders wrong... and we aren't talking they forgot to leave the ketchup off... I'm talking about completely different sandwiches... forgotten items... and this is very common for over 8 years. FWIW - I have even tried multiple times to contact the ownership group to no avail. And I have never felt compelled to contact "corporate" for any food spot. With all the unfavorable above I will note this, there are occasional spots of sunshine. The inside facility is exceptionally nice, and the managers appear to be very competent with customer service and knowledge. I wish I could say it was better, but it consistently isn't. read more

I understand that this is not a fun job, a glamorous job, or even an easy job. I get that. But when you see (and smell) an employee with Seahawks colored hair smoking pot outside the main entrance on a break before heading back in to make food it really doesn't give the best impression. read more

I've eaten here about 5 times and the food at this particular Burger King is the best Burger King food in the United States in my opinion. #1. And I've tried ALOT on both sides of the Mississippi. Everything cooked with care & expertise every single time. Consistently perfect! Great deals also. 3 for $3 is great, along with 8 chicken nuggets for $1. The crispy chicken sandwich is especially FANTASTIC. Highly recommended. Great staff too. Drive-thru stressed because inside is closed due to the CoVid plandemic/scamdemic. I walk thru with a bunch of cars in front of and behind me, so it takes awhile but well worth it. The delay is not Burger King's fault which goes to communist government dictator Inslee. ONE = 1 = A single alleged death due to CoVid in six+ months in a county of 60,000+, and that one man was in his 70s and didn't even die in the county. Nevertheless, everything is STILL shut down here & delayed with a mask mandate. What a pathetic joke. Beware the New World Order. Nevertheless, this BK has risen above the evil CoVid hoax, and produces GREAT food every single time without fail. Ignore the negative reviews. 5 out of 5. read more

Big Change I am so surprised by the change in the food since my last visit maybe a year ago. I bought 2 of the Sour Dough Kings. Wow those are really good. The onion rings are to die for. The Whoppers are just like they look on TV. Usually what you see isn't what you get. Not this time. Everything was great and the service was right on par. Good work Burger King I'll be back real soon. Shirley read more

Please change hours on Windows and in Google. I tried twice to get a burger dine in about 9pm and the doors were locked!

Waited over 20 minutes for food and the onion rings that the cashier asked to be put down come out cold. People were walking out. The nastiness that came from the staff was sad. Even after calling and talking to manager nothing was done. The food should have been remade after sitting for 20 minutes. read more

I like the location, but the service needs help. I ordered an original chicken sandwich add mustard and tomato. The person who took my order was very polite. After waiting in the drive thru for almost 10 minutes, I finally received my Original chicken sandwich which had no tomato with added onion. The sandwich was dry and not what I ordered. I have had this happen several times in the past and I've had to spend more time walking in to get my original order completed correctly. I thought after the remodel, things would change and apparently not. The building looks great, but the service hasn't changed. Taco Bell has quicker service and better accuracy:) read more

It was 10:30am when we went in, and we ordered breakfast. 10 minuets later, we were wondering why our food was taking so long. My dad went up to ask, when they told us breakfast wasn't being served at this time. My dad got VERY upset and raised his voice at the cahsier, and the manager came out, threw the money at my dad, and demanded we left for "being rude to his employee". Not very nice being kicked out, and also not very nice to NOT tell us breakfast wasn't being serve at that time. read more

30 mins for a fast food order??? No possible reason it took this long. Could not leave because i was already in the drive thru line.

EXCELLENT service by the Assistant Manger Kelley. She took extra time and care to make my 4 year old son feel special. She was REALLY, REALLY good.
