Asked for a chicken sandwich combo #8 and it was hot ass chicken patty like it came straight out the microwave with nasty ass lettuce!! Very disappointed! I asked for two impossible whoppers, one regular and one with no cheese and no mayo. They gave me two with no cheese and mayo. I went back and said I would take one the way it was but for them to please make me another one with no mayo. They did it fine except they added cheese to it. Long story short my boyfriend ate both burgers and I just had some fries for a meal. I get it that the employees are severely underpaid and that's why I didn't have them make my burger a third time -apart from the fact that the food that doesn't come out right is thrown away-, but my directions were really not that hard to follow. The place was also dirty, including the bathrooms, and the tray they gave me was greasy all over. Nice store! Clean inside! The staff was very nice and greeted me. Ordered my food and received it fast and correctly! The experience was good. Only reason it wasn't 5 stars I'd because the lite coke ran out in the middle of pouring my drink and a couple of the other drinks were out. read more

Absolutely horrible service. I ordered on the official burger king app when I got in they had no knowledge of my order. I showed the manager in charge the app confirmation, my email confirmation, even my bank showing the debit with the address of this store and he refused to do anything about it. He refused to make my order at all his district manager did the same they refused to serve me at all and kept acting like the official burger king app was fake. We stopped here passing through bc it was the only restaurant that did not have a line. We ordered using a coupon and when we got to the first window, the gentleman was very polite. HE is the ONLY reason I am leaving one star. He took our coupon and politely thanked us. We get the second window and the older woman hands us a bag without saying anything. We looked in the bag and was missing a large fry and 2 honey mustards as well as my water. She asks us " what can I help you with" and I tell her we are missing a large fry, water and 2 honey mustards. She hands us the large fry, I look in the bag and no honey mustard. I proceed to hand her the receipt showing they charged me .20 cents for the honey mustards and the gentlemen from the first window says what can I help you with. We got screwed over by McDonald's and decided to head across the street to Burger King and headed inside because the drive thru line was ridiculously long and showed no signs of moving. Twice in last 2 weeks I have gone through drive through and ordered 2 Double bacon croissanwichs and large hash rounds. First visit order I received was 1 double bacon and 1 regular bacon croissanwich. This was not what I ordered. The General manager took the order at drive through so I guess he was not able to baby sit the preparers. A week later I ordered the same thing 2 Double bacon croissanwichs and lg hash rounds. This time I received 2 regular bacon croissanwichs. While there is a $1 difference from the two that's irrelevant. Employees should be held to pay attention to orders. Its right on a screen for them to see. There should be no excuses. If they were made to pay for their mistakes out of their own pocket maybe they would start paying attention to orders and get them right. From the reviews it doesn't appear that management really cares since they take no effort to make it right and correct the errors. On another visit about a month ago I ordered 2 regular chicken sandwiches (the long ones) with lettuce, cheese and onions. When I got home it had no lettuce, cheese or onions. When I called, managers excuse was they were short on personnel. BS excuse, you work one order at a time get it right and move to the next, period. Service there was EXTREMELY slow, and it has been every time I've been. I could barely understand the young man at the window as he spoke slightly low and with much slang. After telling us to pull around and park in the parking lot (and they have done that each time I've been there ) I waited about 15-20 minutes. A very nice lady came out and apologized for my wait and then proceeded to give me half of my order, apologizing for that to, she gave us a free drink.
