Great service! We arrived 30 mins before they opened but they welcomed us in and had our food out quickly. Food was good; place was nice and clean inside. read more

I got a whopper jr, the top bun kept sliding off due to mayonnaise. The cheese looked like it had curdled. It was full of broken pieces of lettuce. I also got a 4 piece chicken nuggets, so hard I could hardly chew, so gross. read more

Very poor service. Manager is rude. Doors are open but they won't serve you food! Dirty bathrooms, roach in the bathroom. This Burger King needs to be reported to corporate. read more

Let me start this off with the only words I can say to Truly describe this establishment UNEQUIVOCALLY BUSSIN walked in thinking I was gonna get a whopper OH BOY WAS I WRONG, walked in to get a whopper and I left with a slopper chick pulled up in the drive through talking sweet so ya boy had to get down I left with more than a whopper that night took me down a dirt road to a shed out on her family's property I thought I was going to get robbed tbh but I made it out alive and now I make sure that every time I visit St. Paul's I visit the Burger King I love you Burger King, YOU RULE read more

Asked for a chicken sandwich combo #8 and it was hot ass chicken patty like it came straight out the microwave with nasty ass lettuce!! Very disappointed! Went back and asked for a whopper and she didn't even ask what I wanted on it! She had a nasty ass attitude and it wasn't even fresh had tomato's wilted on my dam sandwich!! Very disappointed and I was on my lunch break! Do better and wasn't even packed! And it was the MANAGER!! Fries where good read more

I asked for two impossible whoppers, one regular and one with no cheese and no mayo. They gave me two with no cheese and mayo. I went back and said I would take one the way it was but for them to please make me another one with no mayo. They did it fine except they added cheese to it. Long story short my boyfriend ate both burgers and I just had some fries for a meal. I get it that the employees are severely underpaid and that's why I didn't have them make my burger a third time -apart from the fact that the food that doesn't come out right is thrown away-, but my directions were really not that hard to follow. The place was also dirty, including the bathrooms, and the tray they gave me was greasy all over. This is the worst Burger King I've ever been to and I'm glad I don't live around because I don't want to go back, ever. read more

The service is very poor. Waited over 20 mins for food I was ahead of 3 people and they all got their food before me . Worker was just out of it high as a kite stared at the screen for 10 mins trying to figure out the order . Had to redo the order 3 different times . I asked for my money back and walked out read more

Nice store! Clean inside! The staff was very nice and greeted me. Ordered my food and received it fast and correctly! The experience was good. Only reason it wasn't 5 stars I'd because the lite coke ran out in the middle of pouring my drink and a couple of the other drinks were out. read more

Absolutely horrible service. I ordered on the official burger king app when I got in they had no knowledge of my order. I showed the manager in charge the app confirmation, my email confirmation, even my bank showing the debit with the address of this store and he refused to do anything about it. He refused to make my order at all his district manager did the same they refused to serve me at all and kept acting like the official burger king app was fake. They stole my money and refused to give me the food I ordered. I will never set foot in another burger king why should I bother if I can pay them and still might not get anything just because they don't feel like it read more

Most suckiest fast food restaurant in st.pauls! I literally threw away my food cause it was so disgusting that I couldn't eat it. Plus the wait was horrible! NEVER AGAIN read more

Zero stars not an option. Slowest service EVER. Everyone moves behind the counter like the sloths at the DMV in Zootopia. It could not be more apparent that no one cares about their job here. read more

We stopped here passing through bc it was the only restaurant that did not have a line. We ordered using a coupon and when we got to the first window, the gentleman was very polite. HE is the ONLY reason I am leaving one star. He took our coupon and politely thanked us. We get the second window and the older woman hands us a bag without saying anything. We looked in the bag and was missing a large fry and 2 honey mustards as well as my water. She asks us " what can I help you with" and I tell her we are missing a large fry, water and 2 honey mustards. She hands us the large fry, I look in the bag and no honey mustard. I proceed to hand her the receipt showing they charged me .20 cents for the honey mustards and the gentlemen from the first window says what can I help you with. I tell him they forget my sauces and he apologizes and hands me them. The older woman was taking behind him saying " I don't know why they are still here"... will never come here again! read more

The service is extremely slow went there they pulled me to the front to wait on my food and I looked inside the store seen a employee laying on top of the counter with her feet on the bars that is so disgusting and other employees standing not doing nothing. Burger King. Have it your way. Unless your way is quickly and efficiently. We got screwed over by McDonald's and decided to head across the street to Burger King and headed inside because the drive thru line was ridiculously long and showed no signs of moving. However, the line inside was the same. Upon entry, the people ahead of us in line were NEVER helped. Completely unprofessional. Take your time and money elsewhere. read more

Twice in last 2 weeks I have gone through drive through and ordered 2 Double bacon croissanwichs and large hash rounds. First visit order I received was 1 double bacon and 1 regular bacon croissanwich. This was not what I ordered. The General manager took the order at drive through so I guess he was not able to baby sit the preparers. A week later I ordered the same thing 2 Double bacon croissanwichs and lg hash rounds. This time I received 2 regular bacon croissanwichs. While there is a $1 difference from the two that's irrelevant. Employees should be held to pay attention to orders. Its right on a screen for them to see. There should be no excuses. If they were made to pay for their mistakes out of their own pocket maybe they would start paying attention to orders and get them right. From the reviews it doesn't appear that management really cares since they take no effort to make it right and correct the errors. On another visit about a month ago I ordered 2 regular chicken sandwiches (the long ones) with lettuce, cheese and onions. When I got home it had no lettuce, cheese or onions. When I called, managers excuse was they were short on personnel. BS excuse, you work one order at a time get it right and move to the next, period. These freaking businesses, all they care about is taking your money. read more

Service there was EXTREMELY slow, and it has been every time I've been. I could barely understand the young man at the window as he spoke slightly low and with much slang. After telling us to pull around and park in the parking lot (and they have done that each time I've been there ) I waited about 15-20 minutes. A very nice lady came out and apologized for my wait and then proceeded to give me half of my order, apologizing for that to, she gave us a free drink. Overall this fasts foods restaurant's service definitely needs improvement, but the food is tasty. read more

I went in at 6:45 p.m. on Monday October 31st. When I walked in a young man left the front counter area to answer his cell phone and walked outside to talk on the phone. A young lady was talking on her phone around the corner turned around and peeked at me and then went back to talk on her phone. I waited a total of 4 minutes and no one ever came to the front. Obviously I left at that point. read more

Okay, yes, it is late at night. It's almost midnight. And you are the only food open on this long strip of road. But good customer service is still deserved. Your drive thru intercom sounds like she is in the bathroom. No good evening. No welcome. Just "go ahead with your order", "what else" and "second window". When we got to the window, she repeated our order, took the hubs card and slid it. At no time have we been told exactly how much our order is, nor have we been thanked or greeted. read more

Food is good but management is disorganized. Workers are disgruntled and bathroom is disgusting.

Don't. Ever. Never. Not on the last day of the world ever go there. They are ALWAYS out of fries... You're a fast food chain, how do you run out of fries that much?! And the people there are not friendly and act like try don't care ab you and most of the time you're order is wrong or is taste old. read more
