Went through the drive thru for dinner. Atmosphere: it was easy to get in and out of this parking lot. The exterior was clean and everything appeared pretty new. Staff: the staff were professional, polite, and smiling. It makes it very nice to encounter friendly workers when going through the windows. My order was correct when I checked it. I waited over 10 minutes in the drive though when there was one car in front of me. Before I then waited another 5 minutes to simply tell them I had a mobile order. Once I got to the window I was under the impression my food would be ready because I had placed my online order over 30 minutes ago at this point. They told me to park in the over crowded parking lot beside 5 other cars that were waiting. I then waited another 30 minutes before getting my food (which was two items btw) my sause was missing from the bag and the food was burnt and inedible. I do not recommend coming to this location because most of the time the staff isn't even working there smoking there little dab pens and making you wait on them. It's a minimum wage job it's not terrible hard to do it efficiently. read more

The good was no having a line. Well there was a reason for that. They wouldn't have any whoppers for 45 min. What kind of burger place runs out of whoppers. Also the fact that you have to pull forward when there isn't anyone behind you. I suppose they like to walk. Which tells you about management here. It's a hit or miss. read more

Employees were nice...BUT...I was picking up an order for someone. Cooks and manager were outside. Cooks came in when I did, very friendly. Proceeded to make burger without washing hands and no gloves. One cook is eating toppings on the line, reaching in, eating and going back for more. Manager comes in, asking cooks if they got it...then proceeds to reach down the back of his pants, not too deep, but definitely touching buns and I'm not talking about hamburger buns. The cashier had fries and drink ready. I know the fries were cold. Drive thru closed, manager complaining about why are people still trying to use it when he has cones up. Manager was the (guy) with green box braids.... Anyway, please shut this place down. Parking lot is always empty for a reason. I have not eaten there for 5 years. Geriatrics eat there on Sundays. Honestly not even sure how this place is still running. Every time I come here I've had to sit and wait 10 minutes before anyone even takes my order, and there is no one even there. The parking lot and drive through are empty! They are always so short staffed and the management is terrible. Please close down and put something better! read more

Went to the drive thru at 7AM no ne answered to take my order. Went to the window no one was there. Knocked on the drive up window and none answered. Went to the front doors and they were locked. There was an employee sitting in there eating his breakfast that motioned for me to go to the drive up like that would help me place my order. Honestly the only thing i thought of was how busy the McDonalds was across the street with both their lines full of customers and here it was empty. Now I know why, they should just shut this store down because it is worthless. read more

I like Burger King. I don't have an issue with the place generally, however, I there's something about the one in this town! I placed an order on the app for pickup at the drive thru. I was the first one there so when I got to the speaker I told them I was there for my mobile order and gave them my name. He told me to pull up so I did. I don't mind waiting a little bit when the place is crazy busy with big orders. This one wasn't and honestly, never really is. The car behind me ordered at the speaker and went to the window where he got his order immediately but the woman at the window was yapping with him, so the car behind him was sitting there waiting for about 5 minutes. The second vehicle came, got their stuff but I was still waiting. At this point, I went back around and snapped that I was waiting or 16 minutes for my order and nobody brought it. He told me to pull around AGAIN. By the time I was at the window, I had been waiting for 20 minutes for a pre-order order. They were making the drinks as I came around so he didn't even have my drinks ready. Update: I complained earlier and got a $15 off my next order coupon. I cashed in to feed my kids dinner through mobile order again. There wasn't a long wait but the employee at the window was quite dishonest. She told me they were out of large and medium lids and gave us small, and I could see very clearly through that window, a huge stack of large lids. I was also given the wrong drink. Oh and somehow she didn't remember a whole other meal. I didn't leave until I got everything. Honestly, I don't go here much because you wait forever while the staff is standing around talking or nowhere to be seen at all. When they do bother to greet you, they're usually rude. This is easily the worse of the worse when it comes to BK. From the staff that don't care to the Cheapskate owner who charges his employees for when equipment breaks. Worse the employees can't throw food out or the owner charges them for it. So that cold dry burger that's been sitting in the bin since lunch and its almost closing time will be going on your burger, along with a stale bun, wilted lettuce and half rotten tomatoes. But to cover up the horrible smell and taste the employees drown the burger in mayo and other condiments. Of course thats assuming they actually have what you order. Another problem with the Cheapskate owner is the managers can't order stock properly. So when you order online, and go to get your food you're told they can't fill your order, and they can't give you your money back either. And no, they can't substitute because then they have to pay for it. So you're told to go back online and request a refund for not getting your food. Sounds Easy huh? Wrong the Owner here refuses any refunds. I've put in two online orders never got my food, then went online filled out the refund form only for him to reject it. I won't be going here again, and really hope that one day BK Corporate revokes this places franchise so that someone capable might be able to buy a new BK Franchise and we might get mediocre BK. Yes this place is so bad that mediocre is about ten steps up. read more

We love the burgers but there is a problem with not enough staff. Going through the drive up is impossible. I have been asked to wait more than once at the drive through. That's ok for awhile but the person taking my order could not take my order ... this time....he said he had to get drinks for someone else... last time no explanation...just silence on the speaker. This is not the first problem I have had waiting at the speaker either. It was not busy....1 car in front of me. Also, my burger may not have mayo because according to staff they were out of mayo that day. Really! I was not told before I paid. I found out at home when I opened it up. I just think low staff and lack of management skills to keep stock up would help. read more

Lower star rating than usually due to: order problems and staff professionalism. Pros: short wait, food generally prepared well. Cons: I have personally encountered extraordinarily rude staff and my wife has had routinely incorrect breakfast orders. Drive-thru order screen and speaker seem surely refurbished. No display and you can neither hear or be heard easily. I have had individuals practically shove their distain of tier own employment down my throat for simply being a customer. If you don't enjoy your job, don't work it. But never drag your mood into your work. If you stop here as a BK fan or just because McD's was packed, check your to-go back thoroughly, especially during the A.M. because I think the morning shifters haven't woken up yet. read more

I'm about to write off this Burger King. It used to be fine, but... Back several months ago, I went to the bathroom and the soap dispenser was broken. It looked like it had been broke awhile. I said something to the person at the counter about the employees washing their hands after using the bathroom and he said "well we don't have any female staff working today". Seriously? Same day, I was sitting in the far back corner, and they decided to mop the floor, clear back right beside me (unnecessary). The floor was soppy wet and the disinfectant was so strong I could barely stand to breath it, let alone finish my meal. Went in today and the ketchup was obviously watered down. It looked watery and literally wanted to drip off the fries before you could get them to your mouth. I questioned the meat (burger) as well, as there was something off about the texture which made me wonder if they'd mixed something in with that to stretch it like they did the ketchup. read more

The name says it all ... burgers are king here but don't order the fish sandwich unless you want to try and chew boot leather. The employees need to be trained how to cook fish. I tried their fish 4 times and got the same thing every time. Burgers are great but the fish is awful! read more

This place needs new management! I would rather eat at BK over McDonald's anytime, but the service is non existent. McDonald's has definitely got them beat in this department. The food is ok...but the parking lot is empty for good reason. Most times when you order in the drive through...they act surprised that someone actually showed up...and I have been in the dining area several times and have seen folks walk out in frustration because of the slow or non-existent service. Without the college students August to May...the business would likely dry up and blow away. I wish they would get management that would turn the business around. read more

Went to this Burger King Last night around 10pm and my niece went inside to order. 20 minutes later she came out with just drinks. I asked what was taking so long, because we just ordered 2 fries and 2 drinks. She told me that the cashier not only didn't want to give her the fries but told my niece that she was busy trying to talk to her boyfriend on the phone. Strike 1. I got out of the car and went inside to see just what was going on and the cashier looked at me and when I asked for the fries she handed them to me claiming they were fresh but really they were cold. Strike 2. In no way am I trying to Bash BK but having worked a shift at a BK with only 4 on and a dinner rush, we still maintained a clean kitchen and prompt respectable service. I didn't see either of those last night. The kitchen had large spills by the ice cream machine and a large amount of crumbs over the counter in the back. In fact their were over 5 employees there and only 2 to 3 customers. There was no reason for this kitchen to look like this. read more
