Once the dog arrived at my table, I added, mustard and ketchup. Yes, I like ketchup on my hot dogs. The dog came with a side of crispy fries and the portion was just the right size of a serving. My server was the same one I have had numerous times for burgers. He has always been friendly and attentive. Being a single diner, he gave me the same attention that he was giving to his tables of 2 and 4. If you're a game of chance person, they've got several video gaming machines for you to play. Beat. Yes, we are sure. Then the server comes around and greets us with something like, "So are we gonna have 20 different cards here? Or what?" Beat. Beat. People exchange glances. He says he's kidding, but of course he's only kidding about 20 cards as there are only 6 of us. I get it. You're busy. Restaurant work is fast-paced and stressful. Gal that was behind the register said she couldn't make it and went to get bartender who made and served me. Asked about the burgers and placed my order with first gal behind register. Finished drink while waiting, no food. Bartender came back a few times to cash out tables to my empty glass, no drink. Told her I know you're busy, will take another one. 20 minutes later, no burger and still no drink. Was about to leave cash and walk out when she came back, I pointed at my empty glass and she made a fresh drink. A few minutes later, bartender asked if I wanted to order. Told her I ordered with the other girl 25 minutes ago. Guess what?, the other gal said she told the bartender to put it in because it wasn't her area. Original gal then put order in and immediately gave me total and wanted payment at register. Told her to leave it open in case I got another drink with my food. 10 minutes later food came out in a to go box tied up in a bag.... Told her I ordered for there and not to go, and the response was "$29.38". Was frustrated and hungry at this point so I paid and went back to hotel to eat. The entire time I was waiting there was an older gentleman who looked like manager giving directions and walking back and forth behind bar. No assistance was offered at all. Burger was mediocre,, not spicy at all and roll was stale. If I wanted a lukewarm burger with soggy fries I would have ordered room service or gone to McDonald's. Over an hour to get 2 small light pour drinks and a take out burger. BTW, they also add a surcharge for credit cards. Cannot recommend.

My husband and I each ordered a burger and fries. His burger was fully dressed with fresh tomato, lettuce, and the usual goodies. I had a single with cheese and onion straws. I ordered a side of cheese sauce and it was not bad. The Edwardsville location was clean, good parking, and relatively comfortable. There is interesting, brightly colored decor/murals. The service was good. The food takes a little while (20 minutes for us) and it is expensive- 2 burgers, 2fries, 2 sodas for $45. But, the quality is very good.
