This is the Burger King on Ward road in Patterson , California. The restaurant is clean and edgy. I ordered on phone application to get the $5 deal on a breakfast biscuit with sausage & egg , cheese and a harsh brown , small coffee. Lady staff was friendly and helpful. She greeted me and the other customers a warm goodbye when we left . Food is made well and efficient. Lots of free parking at the front . Interior looks old fashioned like the 1989 . It was kept clean and organized. There were some free Spotify premium programs with purchase . Also a poster to round up the changes to support the education. I think Burger has the best breakfast deal if you use the phone apps. It was better than McDonald and Starbucks . Their egg , sausage and croissants taste a lot better too . Scummy service. Started going there regularly for original chicken sandwiches with cheese. They shorted the cheese twice on me at different visits. I pointed it out today and said please put the cheese you didnt on my sandwiches today. "No. That will be an up-charge ok?" Wtflyingf?? You steal from the customer?? "You rule"? Nah I guess not huh? How do you put only a slab of chicken when I wanted the Honey Mustard Royal Crispy Wrap. Where's my lettuce & honey mustard? Burger King in Patters has definitely upgraded their game. In the last 4-5 months, I have ordered from there, the food is always exceptionally nice and hot and the customer service is excellent especially James has amazing customer service. I disagree with the one star average review. I stopped at the electrify America charging station across the street and came over here to grab some quick food. Service was fast and very friendly. My impossible Burger and large fries were fresh and tasty. The dining room was clean and even the bathroom was clean. The soda machine was missing a couple of different choices, but all in all this was a very good experience. read more

Zero stars. Terrible customer service. Always out of product on my latest visit they were out of milkshakes and impossible patties, and bottled water. The onion rings were missing the onions. I have been visiting this Burger King for around 10 months... I commute to San Francisco for my work and have found this to be a convenient location to grab a quick breakfast... I have had nothing but positive experiences at this Burger King... food is always fresh, hot and delicious... more importantly the staff has been nothing short of terrific each time I stop... yes, I have seen some of the negative reviews about this location... however, my experiences have been just the opposite... This Burger King used to be really good early on after they opened it a few years ago, especially the service ce in the morning, but those days are long gone. I've had so many bad experiences that I won't go there anymore. As many people have mentioned in other reviews, they are often out of stock of different products, and have to make supstitutions, sometimes without them telling you. The service is atrociously slow, as I have waited as long as 40 min in the drive thru with only 6 cars ahead of me. I've walked inside to order and had employees not greet or say a single thing like, "I'll be right with you." Sometimes they just walk up and stare at you, apparently too lazy to even ask what you want to order. All the good/friendly employees that used to work there are gone, probably to better jobs, so what's left is bitter people who aren't good enough to move on to higher paying jobs because of their terrible attitudes and work ethic. Another negative is when you pick up a mobile order, they always have the bag staples shut. One or two staples would suffice, but they usually put 6 to 7 on the bag, so you have to tear it open to check if your order is right. I got signed up with BK Perks about a week ago through Walmart.com and when i tried to order the online ordering did not work three times kept saying that the advertised deals on the perks did not work. That THIS location did not honor the program even though it was the local Walmart i signed up with. Today I got a Wednesday 3.99 Whopper deal sent to my inbox and again tried to order it and the order would not go through with pick up. SO my wife went down to pick up up 3 Whoppers one for her , one for me, and one for my son. They would not honor it because we did not order online. So just to be clear ...your promotion trying to get new customers absolutely worked and got us there but we could not get anything to work. Please the Whopper is NOT a 8.00 burger. Complete rip cost her 28 instead of the 14.00 she was thinking because of technicalities and a clunky website. So No worries we will not be back. This Burger King is a joke and deserves NO STARS! Everytime i go there, they always have some type of problem going on, and this has happened in more than one occasion, oh sorry we don't have lettuce and tomatoes, or we don't have cheese, or we only have these items available but the one that takes the cake of it all is when I pulled up around 330pm to the drive thru, waited like five minutes, no one there so i drive up to window, two guys were there and informed me that they apologize but their staff did not show up to work for that shift so they have to close for the day haha! I'm not even sure why it's still open. One of the staff members told me on one of my visits there that the reason they didn't have any produce is because the manager didn't order anymore because if she stays within the alotted budget, she will get a bonus so in the meantime the staff has to deal with angry customers and their complaints. This burger kind is absolutely horrible! The staff is unmotivated unkind and unintelligent. I keep trying to give them a chance but I simply cannot anymore. They take forever they are ALWAYS out of something, and they always mess the order up. How can a place that just opened up be so dirty inside with only two people sitting at a table while all the rest were empty but they were all dirty. We had to clean our own table since we were dining in. There trash was overflowing. Two hours we were in there talking and eating and no one emptied the trash or wiped the dirty tables or swept the trash on the ground. There were no other people in there but us so it was not busy at all. I sent an email to burger king but unfortunately i never heard from them. Avoid this BK!! READ THE REVIEWS, DO NOT GO HERE. Honestly it made me so depressed. I went to this Burger King driving from LA to SF today specifically because BK is one of the few fast food joints that consistently has a vegetarian burger option, the Impossible Whopper. It was a 5 min. drive off the 5 so I went a little out of my way, but no big deal.  It was pretty slow, we were the only customers inside, and 2 young people were working. I ordered an Impossible Whopper and onion rings. They were out of onion rings...something BK is known for! OK fine. So I get the Impossible Burger only. Employee is out of $1's for change so pays me with a handful of quarters. Another couple walked in, ordered a chicken sandwich. "We're out of chicken." They have signs all over their windows advertising chicken sandwiches and they are out OF ALL CHICKEN. What?! So the couple orders burgers, a soda, and a shake. As they're waiting for their order, the employee tells them "we're out of shake mix".  The couple was so pissed. I felt bad for the employees because they are surely not ordering inventory. Whoever is managing this place is doing a super shitty job, and they are probably not being paid enough to do it. So Burger King franchise owner...do your part to make sure there are enough workers and they are getting paid enough to do their job, which is make sure your restaurant is not out of onion rings, chicken sandwiches, shakes, and one dollar bills! The drive through is the worst I've ever been in. The order window is 4 feet from the pick up window instead of being 40 feet back where the drive through starts. The farther it is away from the window the more time they would have to prepare the order while the next person orders.
