Pretty typical Burger King, better service than the ones in major cities. I am a fan of the Impossible burger, so far this is the only one of the big bad burger fast food chains that has introduced a way for a Buddhist to eat burgers and fries without the bad karma (McDonald's even uses beef byproduct in their fries!). This BK is one of the few eateries directly off the Interstate in this area, so appreciated on a road trip. Reasonably tidy dining area, workers polite and attentive, but the restrooms were not very clean. read more

We went there last year and the manager was very rude and took our money and gave us the wrong food. She said to me immediately to not start with her because she wasn't going to hear anything. She was rude from the get go. We had the police officer get our receipt because she wouldn't give us one. We called the corporate office and they didn't care at all. We lost our money. Great Burger King! Food was fresh and delish! Friendly service and signs posted throughout the store with positive messages! My stomach was full, but so was my heart! Lowbrow places that stand out deserve to be recognized. In this case, the experience last Saturday morning was outstanding for me. Here's why: 1. This BK has the super mixer pop dispenser. So you can get peach, vanilla, etc. infused into your Mello Yellow, Dr. Pepper or whatever else you come up with. Fantastic, worth coming here for just that. 2. They took discount coupons without a hassle- workers on duty were fantastic, the floors were cleaned even though there was a snowstorm outside & people were tracking in the snow. Bathrooms were clean, so were tables. They even gave suggestions on what flavors to mix in with my drink. Sweet. 3. Had the big screen TV tuned to Harlem Globetrotters. A great choice at 11am. 4. Oh, and the food was hot and decent, which is always a bonus. But add it all together and the fast food experience was top notch for both my 9 year old and myself. read more

There was a 2 for $5 deal going on the biscuit-sausage-egg breakfast sandwiches, which were surprisingly good (for a fast food breakfast sandwich at least), and very filling. The French toast sticks were average as they tasted like the batch had been made a while ago. I was able to order on their app, walk in, and pick up my food rather quickly with no hassle. However, they did forget a side of hashbrowns I ordered (I should have checked the bag before I left but I was in a hurry), but that's a common occurrence for me and fast food places. I was not too worried as I felt I got a worthwhile deal on the two sandwiches to make up for the couple dollars lost on the hashbrowns. read more

This was the worst eating experience I've ever endured! I walked in the door to a very long line of customers, understandable so I wait in line for 10 minutes waiting for my turn in line. It finally gets to me, so I order and this process goes all fine and well. I take my number and my drink and wait... 20 minutes later 11 other orders have been made and taken... ARE YOU SERIOUS? The person behind me had been skipped as well. We had been orders 60 and 61, we talked to the workers and they were on order 72 by the time they did anything about our food being late. This is the last place to go on oshkosh if you are in a rush and need some food! Not only was it slow, but unsanitary!!! They were not wearing gloves when preparing our food and threw leftover food on the floor In front of customers!
