Food was okay, drive thru was long I get it. Maybe train your staff a thing or two of racism. I pulled up after work didn't eat lunch and I drive an hour everyday. Gave this big guy my card, I'm minding my own business waiting for my food and out of nowhere I hear him shout out "ni hao ma" twice to me. I turned around like "EXCUSE ME?" He said it again I shout back "I'm not Chinese." Did he apologized? Nope. He gave my food, drink, and card and I dipped right away. Mind you I'm a first generation Vietnamese American born and raised in the states my entire life. Burger King please train your employees. If I could give this zero stars I would. My kids love Burger King. Unfortunately, the only restaurant that Door Dash and the like will use is the Norwich CT location. Every single time we have used mobile app our order arrives incorrect either missing items altogether or the items prepared incorrectly. If you do order please use door dash they are generally good about issuing you a refund when the restaurant makes a mistake. If you use the mobile app through 3rd party like Walmart plus to claim a discount the only thing you can do is complain via the chat bot. Then they will issue you a partial refund as a credit that can only be used at Burger King. This is unacceptable because no one is held accountable for the mistakes and they continue to happen. Our last order was terrible, it took over an hour for them to fill the order. When it arrived two items were missing, three drinks were replaced with a similar item which costs less money and we were not issued a partial refund and the burgers we received were not prepared correctly. They have never given us the extra cheese that I paid for. They do not make the plain burgers plain. The don't leave off the mayo. They add ketchup and pickles. At this point I feel that perhaps the staff is disgruntled or spitefully preparing the orders. A mistake Once is an oversight and I would not complain. More than three times is worth mentioning. Every single time is inexcusable. I'm about to ask a friend to drive me over to the Restaurant to speak to the manager. If it's the same person that I have spoken to in the past she was downright rude. i actually witnessed her pour a beverage over her teenage staff and fire her because the young lady told her to stop swearing and yelling at her in front of patrons. She throws things and yells at staff I have witnessed this on more than one occasion. she even called my mother a bitch for telling her that her order was missing items. While my mom was going through chemotherapy and clearly appeared unwell. She just had zero empathy. This is not how you manage staff or treat customers. I'm currently trying to locate the contact information of this particular restaurants owner. So they can be made aware of the situation and hopefully do their part to correct it. In the meantime please leave reviews and file complaints if enough of us do maybe they will take action. To be clear all I want is the staff and customers to be treated with dignity and respect and to receive the exact items that they paid for. I've been to this Burger King 3 times usually between 10&11 pm. I ordered on line all 3 times to pick up at the window. The first time the meal was ice cold, the second time I was given the wrong order and the third time items were missing from the bag. I had to go back to the window 2 times to get the order right. I come here about once a week on my way to meetings. This particular location is always fantastic. I've never had them mess up an order. The staff is really polite and the woman who takes my order often is incredibly considerate about my allergies (which I know can be a pain in the rear in general, but especially for a fast food restaurant). This Burger King is terrible Went there today and while I usually don't go to Burger King, decided because I had a coupon that I would go after a long day of work. I handed the drive thru employee my coupon and debit card, to have him return my card and no receipt. He then handed me my food and immediately slammed the window in my face. Filthy tables and floors. Service sucks the girl was just leaning over the counter talking to another employee for 5 minutes. Then I finally order and she runs back around to my side of the counter and stands in front of the soda machine acting like she's restocking the straws and tops because her manager came back. I had to push past her and she told me to get some patience. Uhhh its a fast food place and it's already taken me 15 minutes just to place my order, get the cup for soda and I'm still waiting for food. Also, seems to be a hot spot for junky heroin addicts. Strictly about the hot dog. Hot dog is about 6 in long and about 1/2 in diameter and fit perfectly on the standard hot dog bun (non-New England style). The texture is a problem for me, along with the bun. I find non-New England buns to be too much bread and this one was real wide. More than normal. Once I ripped off the sides of the bun the flavors finally came out. Flavor of the dog is pretty good. Even with condiments on it, you can taste the hot dog. Which is the #1 thing I look for. Being able to taste everything together. However, the texture of the dog was chewy with no snap (not a fan of snap anyway). It's the chewiness that got me. It was strange because it was still juicy but my brain kept thinking it had been on the grill forever because of the texture. I got these 2 hot dogs right after the lunch rush.
