I always order the El Parce burger, and OMG, it's seriously one of the best burgers ever! My husband's favorite is the Chino Taino burger, which he absolutely loves. We haven't tried the desserts yet, so I can't comment on those, but if you're craving an amazing burger, this place is a must-try!!

Although I was tempted by many items on this menu, I went with the mofongo chicken habanero and…read morearroz con gandules. Ladling the bone broth over each bite of mofongo created very comforting mouthfuls. I would've preferred pork belly instead of chicken, but we already had it as an appetizer so I opted for chicken habanero. I feel the breading on the chicken was a little too filling for this dish and the pork would've added some needed sweetness. Overall a substantial meal with exotic flavors. I appreciate the changing menu, and look forward to seeing what's next! Comparing older photos of the menu, there's no longer a time restriction for burgers and sandwiches (all available after 3 PM). There's a standard 15% gratuity added to each bill. Dining area felt small, and a little too close to everything. This place might benefit from an upgraded space.

I'd pass right by this food truck a few times on my way in and out of Town and Country plaza, but…read moreone day it was peak lunch hour, the food truck was right around the corner from where I was, so I decided to order. And since that initial order, I've gone to them about 3-4 times! They are a "smash burger" concept. I ordered their "Bricked Single", a single patty hamburger with american cheese, satueed onions, and their signature sauce. When you first sink your teeth on that burger, you get the taste of everything! The melted american cheese, the crispiness of the edges of the smashed patty, the juiciness of the center, their delicious bun, it might be a potato bun. I am a definite fan. It is a great patty, simple, but great! It really tastes like a fresh homemade burger. You don't get that slumped feeling afterwards. I also got an order of their french fries; they taste similar to a McDonalds fry but with a different cut, and to me, that is a compliment because I love them! Sometimes you just want a little McDonald's salty french fry moment with a non-ultra processed delicious smashed burger. You can now get that combo at Bricked Burgers (lol). I will say on some occasions their French fries were over-fried and had an old oil taste, I hope they've since fixed that problem. Nonetheless, if you want a good smash burger in the Kendall area, try them out!

Just tried Bricked Burger food truck across from Kohls in Kendall…read more We're talking a smashed-to-perfection patty with those yummy crisp edges and great wait staff ready to answer any questions I got the single "as is," which in this case means pickles, onions, house sauce and cheese. The burger also came with a Lightly toasted bun to hold up to the burger and toppings. The house sauce just ties the whole thing together. It's creamy and a little tangy. We also got an order of fries and the chicken sandwich. These thick-cut fries are a total throwback. Soft on the inside crispy exterior. The chicken sandwich is high up there as one of the best I've had!!! Nice and crispy with a juicy interior! This unpretentious food truck is definitely worth a try!! (Too busy enjoying the burger and chicken sandwich to take a pic. But here's a pic of the fries... :))

MOOYAH might just be my fav burger spot!…read more Came here for a quick dinner while in the area and my partner talks about MOOYAH whenever he wants a burger by him so I had to try it! So glad we came because it really hit the spot. They had a great variety of burgers to choose from and even had the option of having the bun replaced with greens, which they call an "iceburger"- so cute. When we walked in, the staff greeted us right away and were super helpful navigating the menu. Typically when a place is slow, the staff waits around for you to make an order but I like how here, we felt no pressure and they told us to let them know when we're ready as they handled other tasks. I ended up getting the mushroom swiss burger, iceburger style, of course. This came with a single beef patty, swiss cheese, mushrooms, fried onions, and mayo. I love how they have the calorie count on the menu as well and they even have "lifestyle" burgers that fit certain dietary restrictions such as paleo, keto, and a low cal diet. My burger really hit the spot and I loved how much lettuce they gave you wrapped around the bun. It was basically a salad but not deconstructed, haha. The place was clean and it was enjoyable eating our burgers there. We even got to share our fries which complimented the burgers so well! Overall, such a great spot to grab a burger in the Kendall area. I'm not a burger gal typically but this spot easily makes me crave one!
