The employees that work here are incredibly nice and friendly. THIS Burger King's food is very good. It's hot and served in a timely manner. The restaurant itself is always clean. I do drive up and dine in. No fast food chain is perfect and all will have hiccups from time to time, but the Burger King in Mountain Home is great and I highly recommend it read more

I ordered 2 crossaints Ham and Bacon egg cheese, the order taker repeated it and it was correct on my reciept as well. Im told to drive forward and wait after recieving my drinks. After waiting about 5 minutes they bring me my food. I don't check I just drive home, about 5 minutes away. I open the bag nothing is really hot, and nothing is fresh. even 5 minutes the hashbrowns would still be hot if they waited on it for my order, yet ice cold! I got a soggy mess for sandwiches, I threw mine away, it had their sausage (which I do not like) ham, and a 3/4 inch slab of egg, all served on a soggy crossiant. Then I'm told to leave she told me to get my mother effing fat ass out of her parking lot right now go get my drinks at Sonic and I said excuse me can I talk to a manager she said no get your f****** fat ass out of my parking lot right now and go to Sonic so I pulled around to the front window I mean to the front of the store knocked on the door and asked to speak with the manager she came to the door wouldn't get the manager and I was trying to see her name tag and she noticed I was trying to see her name tag she covered her name tag with her jacket so I couldn't see it I asked what her name was and she told me none of my business take my f****** fat ass out of her parking lot and go and go to Sonic she kept calling me a mother f****** fat ass and keep telling me to get the f*** out of her parking lot I did nothing wrong and then when I told her that she was acting like a real rude b**** she yanked her headset off threw it on the ground through the door open and got in my face like she wanted to fight me my wife gets out of the car she tells her that she's about to call the police she runs over to the side of my car and gets in my wife's face and told us to get the f*** out of there all we did is order milkshakes and chicken fingers I contacted that Burger King the very next morning and talk to the manager there about her found out she was the night manager she's setting a real good example for her employees by acting like that as a manager she needs to be fired immediately and nobody has done anything about it nobody needs to be treated that way nobody needs to be ridiculed and embarrassed and called a f****** fat ass when they go there to buy food is that how Burger King treats their customers is that the example that the managers for anybody embarrassing me like that in public calling me names like that in public out on the side in front of the store with other people around I think that's rude it's embarrassing she was screaming it and they did nothing about it they didn't fire her they didn't do anything about it she should have been terminated without pay immediately nothing has been done I was embarrassed I was ridiculed cussed humiliated in front of the other people that were there at the restaurant. I generally like Burger King. Not my favorite fast food burger chain, but certainly the best Mountain Home has to offer. This location though, really needs new management. The staff itself is great. Everyone whom I've talked to there is very friendly, attentive, and apologetic. Why 'apologetic'?, you may ask. Because every other time I've been there, they're out of something. Six months ago, stopped in and was told they were out of chicken, most soda options, tea, and milkshakes. After requesting and being told they were out of several menu items, I finally had to ask; 'What do you have available?' A few months later, stopped in, and was again told they were out of chicken and tea. Last night they had chicken, and were stocked on their drink options, but were out of Whopper patties. How do you run out of the key ingredient for your flagship menu item? Was then told I could get a kids burger. Really? Really? Look,I applaud the staff for trying to offer alternatives, but a kids burger, when I just requested a double Whopper. Not going to cut it. I am thankful they didn't try to insult me by offering me one of the fake tufu burgers. I've been to Burger King from cost to coast and this is the only one I have ever been to that has been out of its staple menu items. Seriously; how do you allow your store to even get low on Whopper patties? I'm assuming this is an individually owned franchise, otherwise, corporate really needs to pay this location a visit, and bring in a new manager who knows how to keep track of, and order stock. I understand that COVID has made things slow but let me tell you about the lack of service this place gave us today. First we waited 7 minutes to even be acknowledged all the while workers walked past in front of us. The manager yelling at the workers basically treating them like children. The manager then proceeds to tell the workers she thinks that a mystery shopper is in the drive thru so make it right. Shouldn't they make it right all the time? Then as we are waiting for our food all you can hear is the manager saying fix the drive thru orders first not the dine in orders. 42 minutes later we get our food and what a disaster! For years I have made Burger King my fast food go to place. With family and friends who can verify the frequency, I have visited at least weekly. Today, I pulled into the drive thru, (covid 19), pulled up to the audio order placement and was told just a moment. Unfortunately there is not an option of zero stars. Five time in this year alone I have left without my food. Three times in the drive through and twice from the lobby. All of which was for extremely excessive waiting. 1. 15min in drive through without making it to the window 2. 5min at the microphone, 10min in line, paid at the window then saw no one for another 10min. 3. 5min waiting to order then after placing my order no one answered and they started taking the order of the other lane 4. waited 15 min after paying, asked about my order, they said they lost it, waited another 15min and left 5. waited 20 min while half the staff stood around, till someone asked the cook if he dropped my chicken in the fryer and he had not read more

I don't know what happened to Burger King over the years I thought they used to have decent food. I no longer go to Burger King because nothing is good there certainly not the burgers not even the french fries, the last time I was there the coffee was undrinkable. The biscuit's and gravy, are by far the sorriest thing I have ever tried to eat. They Should remove it from the menu, or learn how to make it. The biscuit was hard, and the gravy was water. I love Burger King, but this one was very SLOW. My order was not right, when I got home, I was not going to go back to get it right, as my whole order would have been cold. Employees acted like they did not know what to do....Took them 10 minutes to decide what to do with a Burger King gift certificate. The food isn't bad. However, the restaurant doesn't seem clean. They take FOREVER to get you your order. I can be the only person in the drive through and have to wait 10 minutes for a small order. Never fails they screw something up too. I had ordered a whopper with cheese the last time I was there. I brought my whopper back in because they forgot the cheese.
