Genuinely one of the best experiences I've ever had at any Burger King. Me and my wife normally get the family bundle when we go to burger king which comes with a total of 6 burgers. We get 3 of them modified to be plain with only mayo and if applicable lettuce, and the other 3 standard. My wife doesn't like alot of ingredients so if we get food incorrect to what we ordered we have to take it back for them to remake it. I'm not sure what it is about fast food places, but I feel like the workers think they know what you REALLY want instead of what you literally ordered and almost always they will add ketchup, pickles, you name it to my wife's burgers. I explained to the cashier what we needed as I always do but was actually surprised with how nonchalantly she acknowledged my requests. It seemed too easy for her, and I was impressed. When we got our food (which was all served with smiles) it was made exactly right! I know this seems minor but if anyone reading this has tried to get food modified at a bk, wendys, mcdonalds etc then you know the struggle I'm describing. The burgers were delicious and the fries were salted to heaven. Most places are scared to put too much salt, not this bk, they understand what good fries taste like. Stopped by for a quick snack of mozz sticks, cheddar jalapeño bites and chicken nuggets. The manager took our order and was very polite. Food was fine and came fast. The reason we knocked 2 stars was due to not being asked what size we wanted. We were automatically charged for the larger portions when we thought we were getting the smaller 4 pieces. It was fine we ate the extra but would of been nice to been asked. Ordered an impossible whopper at the drive through by the time I got 2 miles down and opened the bag it was some kinda hot hamburger with a red bun, couldn't eat it. The fries with it were stone cold. Didn't make sense to go back at that point. Worst run national burger place ever. read more

Stood in line for 15 minutes while cashier took her good old time & the manager standing in the back did nothing to help with the quickly growing line, until I gave her a look that is. One of the double cheeseburgers had meat that had been sitting around so long it was thisclose to being jerky and the nuggets weren't much better. Got breakfast there and had only $20 bill's from the ATM so wanted to break them down and not use a credit card. I got $3 back and some change and put it on the car seat as I was trying to understand that the drive thru girl wanted me to pull to the front of the store and they would bring the food out. Anyway that distracted me and I didn't notice I was short changed until I parked in front. The store manager said she would count the bin. Then she came out to my car and said the cash bin balanced and she wouldn't give my $10 What an idiot......you just lost a repeat customer. Terrible place to eat! Got cold old food. Paid $30 for trash. Never going to eat here nor do I recommend. Went late but never expected to get old cold burgers. Went to take back inedible food they refused because I didn't have receipt but did have my bank one, They refused to refund or give me a fresh order. That's why these places are not good. read more

Not only is the place filthy, they never get your order correct the food is always cold, the manager is very rude and unprofessional, he feels you should not voice your complaint if your food is not done correctly. I wish we would have checked Yelp before stopping at this terrible BK. We were on our way home from JFK, starving and needed gas. This was off the exit, so we thought it would be a quick, easy stop. Don't make the same mistake. DO NOT STOP. This place is anything but "fast food." The customer service staff are some of the slowest I have ever seen. Maybe they are all new? Maybe they were all being trained? They were sure not moving at even a moderate pace. We waited about 20 minutes for chicken nuggets, fries and a whopper which were all subpar and gave us the squirts. Didn't even eat more than 1 chicken nugget because they tasted so terrible. Needed something easy and quick waited in line for 5 minutes while one person argued at the counter with one employee and the other person at the counter talked with a friend about her boy friend problems. IS THERE A NEGATIVE STAR RATING. This place doesn't even deserve one star. Stopped at this Burger King this morning to pick up breakfast for my wife and myself. Ordered 2 LARGE sausage, egg, & cheese Croissan'Wich meals with coffee and iced tea. When I got back to our hotel (4 miles away), what we found in the bag was 2 sausage, egg, & cheese sandwiches (not Croissan'Wich) on moldy hamburger buns, 2 SMALL orders of soggy hash browns, and lukewarm coffee. I guess the mistaken small order hash browns turned out to be a blessing in disguise given their undercooked, oil-saturated state. BUT SERIOUSLY, serving a meal on the wrong bread is one thing, but on moldy bread is nothing less than shameful. I'm sure this is not the standard of quality Burger King intended. Obviously from my experience and other reviews I've read, the staff at this establishment is untrained on how to serve the public and what is acceptable food quality. I'm certain that no one at this establishment would have served to their families what I received this morning. My recommendation is bypass this place and go anywhere else. read more

lol I ordered over $30 of food for my family and got 3 of the new chicken sandwiches, the manager gave my wife a major attitude about using a coupon and had to wait for 15-20 mins for the food to come out, got home to eat it and the chicken was stale tasting no way was it fresh and the fries were only half full and ice cold I use this establishment all the time this is the first time I have had a problem but I will not be going back. read more

We were passing through town on our way back from nyc and stopped here. While I understand being short staffed and things being slower, I don't understand blatantly bad customer service. They mistakenly put bacon on my double cheeseburgers and then she tried to put them in the bag without my noticing but I was standing right there. She said it was just because we had been waiting but if I had wanted that, I would gave ordered it. Then as we were standing there a woman came in from the drive through who had been waiting for her correct order and asked what the problem was and the manager proceeded to argue with her. I realize at this mt pocono location they are trying to survive with the virus issues we are all going thru. All drive thru food businesses have long lines and it will probably continue to be that way for months. My problem with this location is that after waiting for a hot blk coffee, the window hands me my large coffee and I can feel by the temperature of the cup it is not hot. I have handed it back after removing the lid and tested it and found it to be luke warm. Yesterday I was there again and asked is this hot blk coffee and got the response it was yes indeed. My mistake for not checking it myself. About 200 yds away there is a traffic lite at which time it was red so I checked the coffee. IT WAS LUKEWARM. I didn't have time to rejoin the line for takeout since it surrounded the building and continued out to the roadway. Instead I called the location about my coffee explained my repeat situation and got " WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO ABOUT IT" . Then I asked for a manager and she replied she was the manager. I feel she could at least checked their coffee storage containers for the temperature since I am sure with others adding 3 or 4 creamers they are drinking cold coffee. She could have asked me to park near their entrance door and swap my coffee with a hot one. I know all food places are over worked and understaffed but what happened to customer service and managers caring about the reputation of the stores? There are two other drive thru places to get coffee within minutes of their burger King so I will never recommend them or be a customer there again. read more

Ok, so I love Burger King and their franchise, but things have been going downhill lately. The food is delicious and I have no problem with that, but the pace!!! It's supposed to be fast food, not wait 20 minutes to order at the drive thru food! Let's start off with today, I got to the drive thru and there was one car in front of me. I'm guessing they said to wait a minute (eternity) for them to get ready, which is fine. But they were taking so long that 5 cars ended up waiting behind me! When I saw his order, it was small and simple, so what's taking so long? Plus, there wasn't many cars there, so it's not the people. I'm not asking for Burger King to take one second to give me my food, I just want them to go back to how they were, fast and efficient. Otherwise I have no other complaints. read more

I've been to this Burger King many times for the years. I am ashamed to say it is the worst Burger King I've ever been to. First off, the manager is a whack job who has no idea how to run the place. There were a number of occasions where I questioned her sanity. Second, the employees hardly ever wear gloves, and touch the food with their bare hands. Third, the food most of the time is not fresh. Many times I have ordered a cheeseburger, and you can tell it was sitting out all day. Bread was stale, cheesy was crusty patty was rubbery. Numerous times I have gotten stomach problems from eating here. I only go back because I live so close, but not anymore. If you want fast food, go to Taco Bell or Wendy's down the street.
