I have been coming to this BK for years and I always get good service yesterday I went through the drive through like I always do and asked for a impossible whopper plain in the microwave with the combo, with zesty sauce, not only did I wait over 30 minutes for my order to be handed out to me when there were literally no cars behind us, but I also got the order all wrong with no zesty sauce, it was not plain like I had asked and they also grilled the meat and did not put it in the microwave, I told the woman to heated up in the microwave because I am a vegetarian and I did not want my veggie patty to touch the greasy grill because I get sick, so we drove back around and honked a couple of times trying to get this lady's attention but she kept acting like she couldn't hear us so we had to go inside and tell her she had gotten the order wrong in the nicest way possible in a reasonable tone of voice when she completely lost it and said that she did see us from the window and that we were being rude because we were honking at her and that she was taking orders with her mic and that she was ignoring us for being rude we explained to her that we were just trying to get her attention because our order was wrong when she got even more mad and kicked the person I was with out of the store and threatened her with calling the cops, I tried to be as patient as I could and not get angry at her and I told the person I was with to go back to the car and that I would handle it, I told this woman how she had gotten the order wrong and that we were not being rude to her we just wanted our food the way we asked and that my meat was grilled she said it wasn't grilled which is a lie because I have been going here for a long time now and I can tell, when the patty is burnt it means they put it in the grill, in the end she had me standing there for almost 40 minutes and kept taking new orders not only that she also ended up giving me the same burnt patty just in a different bun by that time my fries were already cold, I told her that as a manager she had no patience whatsoever and that it was never our intention to be rude that we just wanted our food I told her how we always go through here and how theres been times when the line is all the way around the corner and that the other girl who used to work here always got my orders right she blamed it on the mic which is no excuse you're supposed to be able to multitask and the costumer is always right shes inexperienced and rude and there was no need for her to pick up the phone and try dialing the cops as we were not being aggressive towards her imagine if every order she got wrong shed call the cops she would have the cops there all day very disappointed she could have told us to wait through the drive through window when we were honking at her instead she chose to ignore us and threaten the person I was with with the cops for her own mistake she made it's just baffling to me how a crew member can take so many orders at once and multitask and take real shxt from costumers and still smile and this so called manager cannot I honestly do not think she will last here she obviously does not have what it takes,
Her costumer service is beyond terrible and I do not think I willl be going back here again read more
