But the Onion Rings Were straight out of the fryer Fire, with extra on the bottom of the Bag. Ordered on their kiosk. On the order everything was correct, however when I go back to work (lunch) the order was wrong. I had to walk back to get it corrected. I am not sure what else one can do to get the order right. For certain, check your order before you leave or the delivery entity leaves. read more

So many problems in this city with people who dont understand english or the culture or how to read a menu. I order a combo, which comes with fries and a drink, but becuasr I add mozzarella sticks, my drink and fries get canceled. After pointin this out and a small argument, i get the drink. But they refused to give me my fries. So ignorant they dont understand what a combo is. How can they work here? Horrible manager and worst Burger King I've ever been to. read more

Yikes. You'd think one of the original BK's would be run well. I tried to redeem an order from the app and the girl said they don't do that here. Why would it pop up on the app for this location if the location doesn't accept it? Could have just been the specific employee. She didn't seem to be in much of a hurry for anything either. Also, there's literally signs outside and inside the restaurant advertising the mobile app. They advertise beer here too but do not actually sell beer. I asked if maybe it was only available during happy hour but she shook her head no. So none at all even though it's on the menu board. Very confusing way to run a business that is part of a chain. 2 stars because 2 of my chicken nuggets were stuck together and they counted it as 1 nugget lol. read more

Feb 18, 2023: I'm visiting from Canada. My friend Dave (visiting from DC) and I were walking around South Beach and I was hungry and was excited to see a Burger King, because I didn't want to spend too much money. I'm visiting from Canada. I noticed this Burger King didn't have a Whopper Junior, or anything smaller than a Whopper. I was tempted by a double whopper. But I got the stacked burger with 4 patties. I was excited to see the cooler beverage options, which were more interesting than the usual Coke, Diet Coke and Sprite you see everywhere. I got the Powerade, because I was really thirsty. The service was fast. When I went outside, Dave was talking to a security guard and I learned that he's the security guard for the Burger King. My friend Susan drove by to say hi and told me that this particular Burger King needs security because it gets a little rowdy at night with homeless people. This place was crowded only because it's probably the cheapest restaurant on the block. LOL! If you don't mind people arguing inside, staff almost in tears because they are being overworked, and shelterless people sitting at the tables outside, come here and grab a snack. My guilty pleasure after a long beach day is French fries so that's why I ended up here. I only got French fries but was entertained with the chaos. read more

We have the awful experience ever.. One of the guys on the cashier was super unprofessional, because we was on the phone, and we what to buy some soda and burger for a guy. That do not have to eat. We was take picture of us, and he was laughed of us, because we ordered for some one that doesn't have to eat, and the cashier was said: I don't need this jobs, do where ever you want.. he give us the attitude with a lot of costumer around, and he was taking picture of us.. with is ilegal.. the worst experience with one of the staff.. and we was there, because we want to leave experience in want of the Burger King with alcohol, and we have this kind of experience With this guy with had a phone call while he was taking our order!!! While picking up food for lunch at the Burger King in Miami Beach on 1101 Washington Blvd today February 9, 2022, an army of police cars and officers arrived and arrested several people (locals) who were hanging about in the outdoor seating areas adjacent to the restaurant. Most of these were large men of young, middle to senior ages. The crimes or disturbances that resulted in this disruption are symptoms of a larger problem with the unfortunately unhoused men who wander south beach and often find refuge in the area. While Burger King is not at fault for this situation, this location is culpable for allowing it to impact their business, their customers and their neighbors negatively. It is impossible to find seating and enjoy a meal outside at this BK, because every table is occupied by non-paying customers and their belongings. This is particularly troubling for tourists passing by in hopes of enjoying a COVID free BK dining experience outdoors. The tourists and locals alike feel frightened by this situation and tend to hurry away without making any follow up purchases. After business hours, your location becomes an even more frightening scene, as it becomes a place for many to party (alcohol and illegal drugs) and/or sleep on your property. What should you do to help your customers and neighbors feel more safe to utilize and sit down outside at this BK location? Well a few things would help tremendously: 1. Post no trespassing and no loitering signs in the outdoor seating area. 2. Establish a one hour seating limit outdoors and indoors for paying customers and have your staff enforce that policy. 3. Erect wrought iron fencing and gates in the Washington Blvd facing portion of your property. The gate should be an exit only (no access from the street), that is only accessible from inside the restaurant. 4. Install wrought iron fencing on the 11th Street side of your property which should be locked at all times and accessible only to your staff. 5. There should be bright motion activated lighting and loud classical music in the outside areas after hours to discourage trespassers from entering and occupying your property. 6. You should partner with the hard working MBPD across the street to do more community policing and keep your property safe and clear of crime. Many thanks! read more

Just ordered delivery from Grubhub and ordered wasn't complete . Paid for cheese and bacon double whoppers and there was none . Asked for sauces to deep my onion rings/ fries and chicken nuggets and nothing . Not even napkins or a straw for my drink . Delivery took more than an hour and everything was cold . Delivery guy blamed it on the restaurant by saying u store is always a mess and try to order next time from the other location on 5th street but that location shows on Yelp that is closed . I know this is a fast food rest and I'm not expecting a fancy food delivered but at least check ur orders before u send them out . Specially when someone is paying $40 for 2 burgers one soda and some nuggets . I don't know how to complaint to grubhub cause the delay was on them. read more

I was standing in line and this guy clearly had homophobia and was demanding me to step away from him when I did nothing wrong but just stand inline with my two girl friends the guy stated he hat I was to close but I said I was just in line when I told him I won't move the Securty guard agreed with him and told to back away because if I get punch in the face then it would be worth then what it is ... I clearly said I wasn't doing nothing wrong and he said I was. Rolled up to grab some food and all the employees were outside smoking weed. It got worse from there. Believe me.

The worst one I have been to! I ordered on the mobile app and I order a single bk stacker with onion rings and small coke. I also order a small fries. First time I got my order I got a whopper with cheese which I didn't order I return it to the counter and told the worker. The worker turns around and tells me that they don't sell the bottle stacker at this location I go but why was I able to order the meal then? She say sorry can't help. So I want over to the register and as for the manager she come and tells me sorry and asked me what was my order. I told her first no onion rings available at the mobile but don't have in store and I order a Bk stacker which ya don't got. She attempted to correct my Burger for the right one that I want to but unfortunately what I received was a 2 double whopper meat platter with cheese and also had honey mustard on it. Not sure why that but that since it's the wrong sauce. I would say avoid ordering on at this location. I wouldn't order there again.
