I walked in and the place was so dirty I felt like I needed to get a tetanus shot just for standing in line. And then-my personal favorite-the ceiling. One tile was missing, just straight-up gone, like it packed its bags and left because even it couldn't handle the conditions. Through the opening I could see what looked like mold growing, like some kind of secret rooftop terrarium nobody asked for. Had a day off so went to Burger King in Marysville for breakfast. Placed my order in the drive thru and there three cars in front me. Took fifteen minutes to get to the window, too long, and my order was sitting on the counter. The cashier went somewhere in the store and five minutes later gave me the bag. Order was incorrect and the hash browns, which cost more than $4.00 were cold as ice. The drive thru walls were dirty and had bird poop building up on the flat surfaces. I will not return to this store for a while. read more

Everything needs improvement, I live right by this Burger King unfortunately, every time I have went through the drive-through, it is taken more than 20/25 minutes and then when I get my food, it has never been correct. Not once I asked for no onions and add cheese and for some ungodly reason it never happens. I just went because I have coupons to go get something for lunch. It took 45 minutes on top of the 10 minutes. I waited in line in the drive-through and then I turned around and parked and walked in and it took 45 additional minutes to get my order which again they did not get correct. It doesn't seem like they have good management and the staff could not be slower. The poor guy at the register was nice enough but so timid and so soft spoken it just made for a horrible experience yet again they need to improve. Where do I begin....? The wait in the drive through was ridiculous. We waited over 15 min just get to the window. Once at the window, I asked if I could get a senior discount because, I'm a senior. I was asked to wait while she got the manager. A few minutes later she came back and said she couldn't give me the discount at this time. No explanation as to why. I didn't fuss about it though. She then asked us to pull around front because the chicken nuggets weren't ready, so we did. We waited another 20 minutes before we were brought our order, which was incomplete. Another 6 minutes to wait for the rest of the order. I don't come to this Burger King often because every time I have, there is an issue. FIX THE ISSUES. Do better. I don't know what the heck is wrong with this Burger King. I've gone through the drive through a couple times and it's always SO SLOW! The first few times I thought maybe it was a fluke. Sometimes places are busy or they're training new people. But no, it's been a consistent thing with them. Expect AT LEAST 20-30 minutes in the drive through. Last time I went, the man at the window told me the price before tax so I got charged more than I was told. I didn't get the cookie I ordered either. Mind you my order was very simple- 1 burger, 1 cookie. Save your time and go to the Taco Bell across the street. They're always quick and they get my order right. read more

This location is the worst! The service is horrible. They are consistently out of foods they are offering on the menu board. They "run out" of breakfast a half hour or more ahead of breakfast end time. It's so poorly run and managed. I don't know why I have given multiple chances but today was it. No breakfast foods. I've sat in line for 25 minutes to get a burger without the extra veggies I asked/paid for and they didn't have ketchup. Jamie (short hair and tall) was very nice and helpful when I was struggling with the menu. From what I understand they have a new manager and new personnel.
