Every single time I come to this Mcdonalds in Marysville, and attempt to wash my hands, the bathroom is dirty, the sinks are unsanitary, and no soap is available to use. Literally, every single goddam fucking time. Its been over a year now. I have had it. I have emailed the county health department regarding violations of the california health code.
I have looked up prior facility inspection reports, but could not locate any for the marysville location online, however I did find a yuba city mcdonalds report to reference:
https://www.suttercounty.org/FacilityInspection/viewreport/5556/report_2019-04-04.pdf
This report shows that item number 5 and 43, Hands Cleaned and Toilet Facilities; properly constructed, supplied, cleaned, are the violations I am reporting.
Per the California health code: Article 4, page 37:

While dining in, I have witnessed employees use the bathroom, and return to work, knowing that there was no available soap in the bathroom to use. I have attached an image I took this evening, demonstrating a broken empty soap dispenser.
What is so difficult about ensuring a clean restroom with available soap to use? What is so hard? 1 person every 3 hours, clean the goddam bathroom, and restock the soap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
