Super disappointed this morning with the croissant sandwich I ordered. The bacon was barely present and the egg was literally paper thin! It was crushed at the bottom of my order. One of the worst experiences just now 2/20/25 with everything worker. Went through drive thru and asked if they still had the $5 value meal they said no but we can make an exception and do it. They told me to drive to the 2nd window to pay, I get there and they say our register isn't working can you back up to the 1st window... okay?? Can't you just take my card and swipe it or tap it?? Why make me back up?? I did anyways. I asked why don't you have the $5 value meal? They said that's Mcdonalds...umm no. You guys had it last week. And then I get my drink and food...I look and it's just a burger... no fries or chicken nuggets. I drive and park and ask where's my fries. They start speaking in Spanish scratching their heads and I'm standing there waiting for no joke 10 minutes wondering what's taking so long. The lady talks to the drive thru lady and they start getting mad. I told them what's the problem?? Thru ignore me. Finally another lady comes and says so what's going on? Update on my previous review. I went back the next morning, i missed the manager by like 15 min so i waited and came back. She was back from lunch and i explained my issue. They could not offer me a refund because it was considered the previous day transaction and could not give me a gift card but they did offer to post the receipt in the office for a later IOU to remake the order. I asked if i could just do it now and be done with it and the food was great. Order was hot and made right and i got a few extra goodies for the inconvenience and the commute. Where do I start the most poorly managed? Burger King I've ever encountered. Their ice machine has been out of service for at least six months have a nice refreshing hot soda and top it off. Don't ask for tacos because they're always out and they never turn on their highway sign at night so they look like they're closed. My cousin and I went inside and placed our orders at 12:38pm, by 12:55pm our order was still not called an i finally went to the counter and ask the cashier why it's taking so long to get our orders done. The young cashier lady said they're taking care of drive-thru first before done-ins. I then told her I've been to BK many times and the same order doesn't take more then 5 minutes. She then said that there was no chicken Pattie's.. so why in gods name am I still waiting! I asked for a refund and I'm still pissed. I went through the drive-thru at around 10:57pm on 6/20/22 and I was rushed to place my order and when I made it up to the window to pick up my food, it was just handed to me with no verbal interaction and when I wished him a good evening, I just got the window slammed on my face. The food is always good and the inside is always clean. I literally just watched an employee sprint after an SUV that just left the drive-thru because they forgot to take their ice cream sundae. Well.... let's do a taste test today... On the menu... $1 1/4 Double Cheeseburger (*** $1.00 x 3) I've got to admit... the King is right! There is more Beef... but there's also more American Cheese! The King ought to create a jingle out of the ingredients: two Flame-Broiled Burger Patties of Fresh Beef, Crunchy Dill Pickles, Ketchup, Mustard and two Slices of American Cheese on a Sesame Seed Bun. Large Fries (** 1/2 $2.09) Over-Salted. And... when did Burger King switch how it made it's Fries? The current variety of Fries are like McDonald's old Fries... crispy outside, soft inside. Please... go back to the Old-Style Fries! From a pretty big eater... for $5.00, I can get pretty satisfied from the $1 menu... Another thing BK has changed is the dispensing of Napkins... I went through the drive through on Wednesday 7/6/22 at 6:25pm. I was the 2nd person in the drive thru. I ordered my meal which was a chicken sandwich, fries and a diet coke. I waited in the drive through line for 15 minutes behind the guy who was at the window when I drove in. I then waited at the window once it was my turn for another 15 minutes before getting my order. A total of 30 minutes in the drive through line. The two people behind me who ordered after me both drove away. When I got my food, the fries were cold and did not have any salt on them. The diet coke was only 3/4 of the way filled up and did not have any carbonation. The chicken sandwich was ok, but it was only the outer edges that I ate because the rest had a weird taste. This is the 2nd time I have been through this particular restaurant because its on my way home, and both times I waited for extremely long times when I was the only person there.
