So happy they brought back the grilled chicken sandwiches! Please keep this on the menu. My sandwich was delicious!

The service was fine, staff friendly. 4 for lunch. Fries were very good. However, the chicken crowns they served instead of chicken tenders were awful. They were so bad that even our 3 dogs refused to eat them. Worst since BK tried their awful rib meat sandwich. We are done with BK. read more

Burger King - Rude employee - Fast Food Near Me - Lockeford, California

I stopped by this Burger King because I never see anyone there when I pass by thought I would help a local business out. Instead the guy helping me wanted me to back up to go to the first window I was the only one there. He was not friendly and should not work a morning shift if he is going to be rude. read more

Ordered 2 fish sandwiches. They have reduced the size of serving of fish to about half what it used to be. Dry, dry and dry. The birds had plenty of the over abundance of chewy bread. Certainly wasn't worth the $14+ bill for only to garbage sandwiches read more

I was in the Valley on Business and it was Lunch time!!!! So I saw this Burger King and rolled in and Parked my Whip right in front and rolled in . I had the Place to myself lol. My Food was delivered to me 5 minutes. It was Hot and Fresh'!!!! Soda Fountain needed calibration it was inconsistent with its pours!!!! Double Whopper is a Great Value still. This Burger King is fairly Clean and inviting!!! This is a Baller On A Budget Approved Establishment!!!! read more

My order was wrong again! This has happened before and I writing this review to let management know I'll never visit your store again. I always order the same burger, double whopper cheese no ketchup no pickle extra Mayo! What I got today was ....double whopper cheese bacon, pickle, jalapeño, mustard, ketchup. Ps: it wasn't even hot. If I had been closer I would have returned, but I was over 5 miles away before I started eating, read more

Burger King in Lockeford sucks! No wonder they don't get business. Went online, ordered peach and granola sundae! Nope!!! Rude, like I put them out of their way. Gave me vanilla ice cream. Charged me for a peach and granola yogurt! Come on guys we can do better than that! read more

Super disappointed this morning with the croissant sandwich I ordered. The bacon was barely present and the egg was literally paper thin! It was crushed at the bottom of my order. Just a joke of a sandwich. I would be embarrassed to serve something like this to anyone. And I paid over $4 for this! AND I was asked if I wanted 2 for $6! Almost feel like I should have being that the one sandwich was barely a sandwich. However, I feel like I shouldn't have to pay $6 for a decent sandwich from the combination of 2 sandwiches. Hash browns were cold too. Very disappointed. read more

Place was nice and clean. Their were some messes but their are children which is understandable but they right away cleaned them right up. Food was very good and warm definitely coming back for it. Over all place was great one of the best burger kings around here and everything was calm and nice not too many loud people and even when their was they all knew to be nice and quite and respectful around themselves. Definitely coming back with more often thanks. read more

Update on my previous review. I went back the next morning, i missed the manager by like 15 min so i waited and came back. She was back from lunch and i explained my issue. They could not offer me a refund because it was considered the previous day transaction and could not give me a gift card but they did offer to post the receipt in the office for a later IOU to remake the order. I asked if i could just do it now and be done with it and the food was great. Order was hot and made right and i got a few extra goodies for the inconvenience and the commute. I was really happy with the outcome. It all worked out read more

One of the worst experiences just now 2/20/25 with everything worker. Went through drive thru and asked if they still had the $5 value meal they said no but we can make an exception and do it. They told me to drive to the 2nd window to pay, I get there and they say our register isn't working can you back up to the 1st window... okay?? Can't you just take my card and swipe it or tap it?? Why make me back up?? I did anyways. I asked why don't you have the $5 value meal? They said that's Mcdonalds...umm no. You guys had it last week. And then I get my drink and food...I look and it's just a burger... no fries or chicken nuggets. I drive and park and ask where's my fries. They start speaking in Spanish scratching their heads and I'm standing there waiting for no joke 10 minutes wondering what's taking so long. The lady talks to the drive thru lady and they start getting mad. I told them what's the problem?? Thru ignore me. Finally another lady comes and says so what's going on? I said I didn't get my fries. She said the duo only comes with two items...I said wait.. the lady said she'd make an exception and so the $5 meal for me. The lady started yelling at the drive thru lady and the manager comes I'm guessing and says I have to pay $2.69 for small fry... what?? I'm like why? She said the lady didn't understand what you wanted. Omg.. at this point my blood is boiling. I said okay screw it, I'll pay for the fries. So all in all I paid close to 10 dollars for what they said was gonna be a $5 meal for me but didn't? I legit paid double lol... like wtf?? I'll dispute it with my card company and go from there. Please hire people that actually know what they're doing and can understand English. This was ridiculous. read more

Where do I start the most poorly managed? Burger King I've ever encountered. Their ice machine has been out of service for at least six months have a nice refreshing hot soda and top it off. Don't ask for tacos because they're always out and they never turn on their highway sign at night so they look like they're closed. I mean you've gotta be an idiot to fail out of business on a busy highway and they're missing the mark they probably , have expired food if they can't even fix the refrigeration read more

No matter how often we hope for change, they can't get a thing right. It's useless. Fries are hours old and cold and they constantly forget items or something is broke. We're done donating to the owners pockets. read more

The team working there today SUCKS, the manager was no help also. Went there today (11/12/23) it wasn't that busy inside. Outside there was a steady flow at the drive-through.. My cousin and I went inside and placed our orders at 12:38pm, by 12:55pm our order was still not called an i finally went to the counter and ask the cashier why it's taking so long to get our orders done. The young cashier lady said they're taking care of drive-thru first before done-ins. I then told her I've been to BK many times and the same order doesn't take more then 5 minutes. She then said that there was no chicken Pattie's.. so why in gods name am I still waiting! I asked for a refund and I'm still pissed. Corporate need to fire this team of Hispanic ladies just chit chatting and yelling all over the work place. Never going back to that location. If there was NEGATIVE STARS, this one definitely deserves it. These employees at this location DO NOT deserve $20 an hour.. read more

This place is gross. The girl that was putting the sandwich together kept touching her hoodie on her head. She was wearing gloves but kept touching her head and then putting the sandwiches together. It was just gross to watch! When you're handling food please don't touch anything else but food! She did it like twenty time when I was there. I'm not even sure why she had her hoodie over her head while working. Very unsanitary.. never going to this Burger King again. read more

Worst customer service ever!!! Multiple times have I received attitude from employees at this location. They gave me a chicken sandwich that was as hard as a rock looked like it had been sitting there for 3 hours, when my husband drove back to show them and get another one the employee was laughing about the situation. I don't think it's funny at all. After reading all the other reviews management must not care how their customers are being treated!! read more

The food was good, but the young man providing service was not of the friendly type. I went through the drive-thru at around 10:57pm on 6/20/22 and I was rushed to place my order and when I made it up to the window to pick up my food, it was just handed to me with no verbal interaction and when I wished him a good evening, I just got the window slammed on my face. I'm only giving two stars because the food was decent but the service really lacked in good customer service. Then again, I chose Burger King as opposed to the other options available for the food, not their customer service. Nor did I receive a receipt for my order. read more

Horrible, don't bother stopping. Drive through took forever. No customer service at all.

Very helpful lady at the front fast food and clean bathrooms. Has a table at the door for a wheelchair

This Burger King is the worst one around. Horrible service and always out of something always.

The food is always good and the inside is always clean. I literally just watched an employee sprint after an SUV that just left the drive-thru because they forgot to take their ice cream sundae. You don't find dedication to customer service like that very often anymore. I see all these reviews on here complaining about the service or getting orders wrong. I've been coming here for over 5 years and not once have I've ever received bad service, bad food, or an incorrect order. read more

On my Bike Ride to Lockeford today, I recollected after watching the NCAA Basketball Championships those Burger King ads promoting the $1 1/4lb Double Cheeseburger.... especially the part where the ad states "More Beef" than a McDonald's Double Cheeseburger or the Wendy's Double Stack. Well.... let's do a taste test today... On the menu... $1 1/4 Double Cheeseburger (*** $1.00 x 3) I've got to admit... the King is right! There is more Beef... but there's also more American Cheese! A lot more! The King ought to create a jingle out of the ingredients: two Flame-Broiled Burger Patties of Fresh Beef, Crunchy Dill Pickles, Ketchup, Mustard and two Slices of American Cheese on a Sesame Seed Bun. Large Fries (** 1/2 $2.09) Over-Salted. And... when did Burger King switch how it made it's Fries? The current variety of Fries are like McDonald's old Fries... crispy outside, soft inside. Please... go back to the Old-Style Fries! From a pretty big eater... for $5.00, I can get pretty satisfied from the $1 menu... Another thing BK has changed is the dispensing of Napkins... Other than the Napkins you'll get with your meal, there aren't any other Napkins to be found anywhere in the restaurant... unless you go back up to the counter. I guess, this saves BK a lot of money... Puzzling... Whenever I ride through Lockeford, the KFC / Taco Bell down the road ALWAYS has at least twice as many customers as does Burger King! Why? Taco Bell does not, nor does KFC, have a $1 menu... that I know of... read more
