I got a 2 whoppers with cheese and I really dont like all the toppings so I have them remove it from one sandwich and they helped out so much I was trying to do my order on kiosk but couldn't figure it out all the way so a young lady said " if your having issues I can take your order right here" and she did and it helped so much im glad the manager hired such sweet caring people. Food was hot and great no complaints. And coworker the gentleman came up and asked if I had everything for my order. Young lady's name was bre on her badge and then the young man with her helped bagged my food and she made she I had everything I needed before I left. It was so sweet. Thank you completely Burger King for all you do. read more

Burger King - Burgers Near Me - Lexington, South Carolina

Ordered through DoorDash and was really disappointed. The burgers were dry, the food tasted old and rubbery, and our jalapeño poppers were missing. Definitely not the quality we expected. read more

What's the point in being open if you can't take one order? they asked for my order got half way through & just stopped, i waited 15 mins & nobody said anything sorriest restaurant i've ever been to read more

literally terrible. 2 cars in front of me - took 25min to get our order. Order we received was wrong and all the packaging was soaked in grease. went in to correct order, waited another 10min for it to still be wrong. I gave up. cokes were out of syrup - tasted like straight carbonation. slow, incompetent. DO NOT GO! read more

I ate food from here because I hadn't eaten from Burger King for probably about a year or more. I forget how bad the food is and give it a go again... it used to taste amazing to me when I had pregnancy cravings for whoppers but with very little belly space would opt for juniors. Holy crap the size has become more like a slammer. Three meals with 3 Hershey pies apparently is almost $40 now?! Fries are saltless, whatever, but I can't get past the tiny baby burgers! Burgers that are dry and obviously had been sitting out... never again. Won't forget this experience. read more

Stopped at drive thru at 5pm. Friendly guy came on and ask for my order.... As I was talking another guy came on and yelled "we ain't taking any orders". I asked why and he again yelled so I left. The owner should know about this read more

Not sure why this BK hasn't changed hands - whoever is running it couldn't be making any money. Good location and terrible food and especially service! Could be a money maker for the right person! read more

I would not recommend going to this location if you don't want rude service. Went to order two different things but was rudely told they do not carry them even though they were advertised on signs and on the menu. When we received our order of cheesy bites they were not fully cooked and tasted freezer burnt. This is the second time I have been here and had bad service and food. Oh by the way when my wife grabbed the food from the lady she was rudely handed the food and was called a sir when you can clearly tell she is a woman. This location needs work! read more

Sucks booty cheeks. Tastes like doo doo. Can never get the order's right. not very fast

i use to go there often but hit tired of calling BK headquarters. it did no good. each time they say they will handle but when you go back, it's still horrible attitudes, horrible food. the one on augusta highway is much better near barr rd but we quit going to BK and deleted the app once we found out what their $1,000,000 "gay" campaign was. read more

Yo how you not gonna tell me yall dont have sausage and put hamburger patties on my crosiants instead? Shit taste like ass

They deserve NEGATIVE stars, but that isn't possible. Sign clearly says drive thru is open, but I was told sorry for the inconvenience, but have to come inside to order. Signs on side of building and on entrance door say drive thru is open. But I go inside as instructed to be told I can't order inside without a mask. So she won't allow me to order via drive thru from my car AND won't allow me to order from the inside, while she's wearing a mask and standing behind a sneeze guard. Lost my business!!! read more

Walked in around 1:50 ish. The restaurant was a little busy. A guy came in roughly 10 minutes after me & got his food the SAME TIME as I did. The cashier had no professionalism at ALL. I came up and she said loudly "what do you want?" I explained that there was a code for it that she could put it because I know if I said the name of it, she would've said they didn't have it. I show her the code on my phone & she STILL asks me what the code is. The food took much longer than necessary. Even though there are mostly adults working there, it functions like it's ran by elementary schoolers. The food was good. However, the employees lack kindness & professionalism necessary to make you want to come back. Won't be back. Avoid this location! Especially if you're hungry and want food FAST! read more

The food was amazing and all the young workers had EXCELLENT customer service. The playroom smelt like kids, but that's what it's meant for lol.. overall great experience and 10/10 recommend!! read more

No masks or gloves in violations of state orders. Stale food. Fries were great. The place next door is immensely cleaner.

Service was fast and friendly but food was dreadful. Chicken fries so old and stale there was zero moisture within them, they may have been refuted several times or just sitting out for hours I am not sure but the chicken dried out so much that they were hollow. They replaced them with less burnt ones. read more

hands down worst customer service around. I was told that I had to come inside to get my mobile order one time and then the next time they tell me I have to go thru the drive thru. Then when I ask why I get no answer and they close the door in my face. read more

The fries were raw not cooked. Person taking water not friendly move onto the next place

Worst BK I have ever seen.. 1. Staff seemed unhappy. 2. Broiler was down, so only the deep fryer was working. 3. The 100+ drink machine was short quite a few. No Sprite among others that were out. 4. The counters by the drink machine was poorly stocked. Missing drink tops, others were low. Several empty bins. 5. Spilled food and drink on the counter as well 6. 4/6 tables in kids area were dirty. 7. Floors dirty Guess that was why the place was almost empty Never coming back here!!! read more

Burger King in the Lexington/Columbia/Irmo/Northeast area consistently show the worst customer service of any fast food chain. it's clear that the franchise owner just doesn't care about customers. But of all the trashy, disrespectful Burger King staff in the area, this one takes the cake. They aren't just rude, they are aggressively rude, and if you are willing to wait the 20-30 minutes it takes for them to make your order, be prepared for it to be wrong, AND poorly assembled. It simply does not get worse than this. I'm trying to find a way to give them zero stars, which is what they earned, but yelp wont let me. read more

Food is cold, the lady at the window today was not very pleasant at all. There was not hello how are you? It was just Burger King; also my order wasn't completely right. Hopefully they will turn around read more

The woman working drive through this morning was just right out rude... the biscuit was hard and the tots were cold and stale... But the customer service is aweful. They need to shut this place down or find people that actually want to work and have better attitudes. Just rude and the food was nasty. I Just threw it away like my money read more

BAD SERVICE! Cashier lady has a very bad attitude. Sweet tea is old and sour . Burgers are messed up, I prefer going to McDonalds

Wish I could give 0 stars. I have visited this Burger King several times including pre-Covid so that is not their excuse. Not sure why I keep giving them another chance but they are always incredibly slow and definitely not friendly whatsoever. There was no one in the drive-through so I thought I would give them one more chance today. With no other cars around I still had to pull up and wait on my order which was simply a whopper with fries and a sweet tea. Stay away from this one! read more

Avoided this Burger King and all costs. The managers are some of the worst of any restaurants in Lexington. I ordered coffee on their electronica menu and when I went to pick it up if the manager told me that I should have told the staff that I wanted coffee so they could make The coffee. When I explained to the manager that I ordered on the electronic menu she seemed perturbed. Additionally she told me that she was shorthanded as she was the manager that was her issue if this were my franchise and clean house and hiring new staff but it appears that no one cares about the store.. read more

Everytime we go the employees seen angry. The last time I went they didn't eleven put my kids burger in her bag( seemed like one lady was working and she was actually pretty sweet). This time I go and my milkshake was like chocolate milk..when I said something to the teenage boy he looked at me as if he didn't know what to do so I just paid and left since I was in the Carline and didn't want to hold up the line. Will not go back. read more

Terrible service. I ordered an impossible burger with cheese and a Coke Zero. Received a frozen morning star patty that was burnt to black on the edges and cold in the middle with no cheese as requested and paid for. Also received sprite instead of Coke Zero I ordered. Employees were wearing gloves but had their masks on chin. Will not stop here again on when on the road. Very disappointing. read more

y'all need to FIRE the lady who works in the morning today , she is a horrible cashier or whatever she wants to be called , it was bad service all around . I didn't even get my food this morning that's how bad it was , she wasn't at the window , it took her 20 minutes to get back to the front and STILL didn't take my order and was taking her sweet time . she must been miserable and shouldnt work there if that's the case. not only did I didn't get my food but there were 3 other cars behind me who didn't get there's . Something needs to be done read more

I'm sorry but right now I avoid this bk. My last few visits we're bad -- long waits and poor customer service. I hope they can get things straightened out. read more

Burger King - empty tables and chairs in a restaurant - Burgers Near Me - Lexington, South Carolina

Have been here numerous times with bad experiences also. But today was the last straw. Never talked to us on the intercom so after waiting 15 mins we pulled up to the window. Made us pull-up after taking the order. Then got the order wrong. We arrived with plenty of time but one of us was still late for an appointment because service took over 45 mins. Will not be returning, do not deserve our time or money. read more

This is my favorite BK in the Lexington area. It is much faster than the one in town. But they always hand me a cup covered in cola. I worked for Burger King when I was in college and my manager would have had a fit if we had handed a customer, especially in drive-thru, a cup that messy. It has happened everytime I go there. If you have extra napkins or baby wipes, get them handy when you go to this place! read more

This was the worst experience I have ever had. They were slow and unorganized and very rude. We got the new tacos and it was the worst thing ever. They tasted 5 days old. 3 tiny pieces of wilted lettuce and I didn't even see any cheese. I will never visit this Burger King and they need to stick to burgers if this is going to be there standard. I bought 4 and we only took a bite out of 1. I hate when a business advertises one thing and it doesn't even come close. I am a foodie and I like to try new things and give restaurants the benefit of the doubt. Maybe if they were made to order and not sitting there going stale but honestly I don't think that would have even saved it! It wasn't just $4 that was wasted but the time I stood there to wait for these stale tacos I will never get back. I am anxious to see if the stray animals will even eat them out of my front woods. read more

Had to wait 5 minutes on chicken fries in the drive thru, their ice cream was down & they didn't give me the sauce I asked for. The sweet tea was watered down. Food was overall good, but service was not. read more

So my coworker went here to order food in the drive thru and standing at the drive thru window was a truck driver trying to get food. My coworker pulled up so they could get the notification someone is there. They answer and ask to order. So she says well there's a truck driver here who was first he can order them I will. The lady says sorry we don't accept walk through orders... ok so she asks what he wants and orders for the both of them. Pulls around and when she gets to the window the manager comes up and says they refuse to serve anyone walk in orders. Seriously... my coworker was furious and states well I'm in a car I'm paying for both meals what's your deal. The manager continues to argue and say that cooperate says they're not allowed to give anyone without a vehicle food apparently....what the hell people these truck drivers need to eat and their trucks can't fit in your drive thru. They bring your damn supply yet you refuse to serve them!!!! read more

Tried to stop in and get a bite after being on the lake for the afternoon-lights off, but this is a 24-hour location, so no worries, right? WRONG! No reason given, but we were told at the drive thru that they were closed for the night, well before 10 pm. I've emailed Bob Brandi, but have not received a response-at least two weeks ago. No excuses, no response. I won't be supporting any Bob Brandi enterprise. So much for the local guy if he's not looking out for the local consumer. read more

For a Burger King it's a nice and clean location but I don't go to any BK that often. I miss the real flame broiled burgers and whoppers from the old days. Everything has to be faster and shortcuts took nowadays. I also cannot stand batter dipped fries which is all anybody seems to serve these days and I think the gross and not authentic French fries. But out of all the BK locations this is a good one with friendly employees and I've never had any trouble at it. read more

Awful service. Only one car in drivethru and still waited nearly 10 minutes. Food was cold when I got it finally got it.

Place is terrible. 1st you can't use the drive thru bc truck loading ramp is in the way. When u make it inside, it's 10:32 a.m. so no breakfast being serving. This bk sucks. Not worth 1 star rating but it is mandatory. read more

verry bad service, i came to order my food through the drive thru and the one taking my order was hesitating thru the microphone and i could hear him clearly and was having an attitude while taking my order just because they where about to close & the one giving me my order was giving me this frappe and i was teling her nicely that wasnt part of my order and she simply just said " i know that wasnt for you " so i dont recommend yall coming to this place at all for sure not coming back to this burger king read more
