The dining room is supposed to be open until 11 pm. It's not even 9 pm yet and they locked the doors. There's an uber or grub hub driver trying to get in to pick up their customer's food and they can't. This is ridiculous. If you're open until a certain time you shouldn't close hours earlier. I was less than happy with this place in the past. It was a bit shabby and slow even producing the most basic menu items. During the bulk of covid they wouldn't let people, even gloved and masked, walk into the lobby requiring you to use the drive through and the drive through was SLOW. Too damn slow to bother with. Something BK has admitted at a corporate level as an overall issue. I was pretty much resolved 'that's it never again.' Then this weekend they announce it was the anniversary of the Whopper and they would be selling at $0.37, their original price, all weekend. OK, I thought, the corporation knows they are losing market share and they're willing to make this really great offer. The world is clawing its way out of the shut down, I'm willing to give them a chance. Maybe it has improved. uh-no. in fact it's worse. Remember BK was advertising $0.37/whopper all weekend. This was just before noon on a Saturday and they were charging full price. when i asked about it the kid behind the counter mumbled something about 'it's not working' and would only repeat that. "What" wasn't working? The cash register? nope they took the money. When i challenged him that it was supposed to run all weekend and they couldn't even make it to noon on a Saturday? "It's not working" and not even a 'sorry.' So the place is still shabby, and slow and NOW they are clearly not willing to honor the deals put out by the chain and lack even the common curtesy to say 'sorry.' I tried to report the incident on Burger King's site but they were having error's with their complaints board. Guess they don't care either. BK as a business is losing market share badly and not only is it no longer challenging McDonald's, they've fallen behind Wendy's. There's a Wendy's right across the street where the staff is perfectly friendly. Let this BK join the rest of its chain and sink out of sight. read more

When I got to the window I could see many 'working' people inside, though just just and hanging out. When I tried to engage in a friendly manner to talk to the person at the drive-through, they refused to talk to me at all, or even recognize me, and only looked past me. After seeing their hours are 6am-12am, I made an order with the app. Showed up at 11:10pm and the drive thru board was dark. Drove around since I could see an employee inside and came up to the window. He told me they were closed. Great... The most racist people I have ever encountered were working here last night when I went in for a meal. The cashier, Muhammed, waited several minutes to acknowledge our presence before taking ONE of our orders and then disappeared for another five minutes before coming back to take the next order. He was completely rude the entire time. Did not smile. Did not talk. Did not treat us like human beings. Just took the orders, glared, and accepted our payment. The food prep, of the same ethnicity as the cashier, also glared at us the entire time we were standing, and did not inform the cashier that we needed assistance. Several minutes after receiving our food, a family of the same ethnic background as the employees came in and was greeted promptly and with open arms. I will never return to this Burger King again, nor do I plan on going to any other Burger Kings for quite some time. read more

If I could give zero I would. I don't eat this food often but just felt like a bacon cheeseburger whopper to go with a beer to end a busy day. What a huge mistake picking this BK location. Lukewarm burger, NO BACON, 5 bits of lettuce and a slice of tomato was the end result and cold, hard fries that could've doubled as a prison shank. Felt much better after giving the manager (a loose terminology I'm sure) some phone feedback after getting home about investing more time in training the staff to provide customers with what they order and PAY for rather than spending time pissing them off. You even have fancy little wrappers that your employees can use to cross off anything that the customer asks you to leave off. For instance, when I ordered a Whopper with no onion, your employees correctly crossed it off. Unfortunately, whoever MADE the Whopper gave me onions, and didn't include the most important part of the fast food burger. I usually don't go to fast food joints much. But, had cravings for burger one night and this was within walking distance from my apt. So, I go in. There were like 7-8 workers in the kitchen - all males of south asian descent - in filthy clothes. Their burger king uniforms that haven't been washed for ages. When I walked in, there was one person infront of me in line. After she orders her stuff, I expected to go up to the counter to order my food. Not so. I had to wait for over 3min (which seemed like an eternity) staring at the folks behind the counter just talking nonsense (they were talking in their native language - which I understood loosely). Anyway, after few minutes of wait, I order my food - couple of whoppers and chicken nuggets. What I saw next just dropped my jaw. The person preparing my food had no gloves on. If he had displayed some cleanliness or positive hygiene, I wouldn't have cared much. But, this was out right disgusting. But, I was seriously craving some burgers (haven't had any for a yr at this point). So, I didn't care. The food was mediocre at best, as expected. They have a new breakfast promotion with a poster in the front window. It is not visible or advertised at the counter so you can't easily confirm what is or isn't involved. So, when I mis-ordered, the manager seemed quite upset. That's why there is a computer - you can instantly change things! After sitting down with my food, I overheard the manager talk to Goldie about the "stupid guy". With all of the noisy kitchen equipment, the workers must shout to each other - what they don't realize is that their voices EASILY carry into the seating area. DO NOT GO HERE! Had a experience a month ago where I ordered a hamburger for my child who can't handle milk. He received a cheeseburger, Waste of money. I emailed Burger King and the manager or owner was willing to give me a free Whopper sandwich for the mix up.
