I do not recommend this location. Multiple times I've ordered and I get the wrong persons food (ordered two sandwiches and ended up with eight when we checked the bag at home). On two occasions they have charged my card for my order and someone else's, yesterday it happened again...in store is no help, and you to have to file a complaint with your bank. Oh my word! They are slow as molasses. I placed a mobile order and it still was not ready when I pulled up. I placed a mobile DT order and I waited 5 mins and no one greeted me at the speaker. Just for me to come in, and the order still wasn't ready. And my issue is, they just reopened and the service is less than. Go inside and still had to wait 20+ minutes for my food. Burger King is what it is, so I never put much stock beyond it. It's cheap, fast food. The service was fine, though. The staff were very helpful for the extra stuff we asked for (ketchup, napkins, ketchup) and the food tastes like what you should expect fast food to taste like. The atmosphere is the same, too. Focused on people getting their food and going, with most of their tables being relatively clean so no complaints. There was some other foreign food on my husband's chicken fry (just 1 of them) so he didn't want to eat it, but it just looked like egg or something to be honest. read more

Sometimes after working Midnights I don't feel like cooking breakfast when I get off work, This was one of those days. I had a coupon for two croissants, a coffee and a hash brown. I decided to substitute the coffee for orange juice, just did not feel like staying up all day long. The croissants were hot and fresh thank goodness, I ordered a croissant with sausage egg and cheese. Today the hashbrowns were surprisingly fresh and crispy. The hot buttery and flaky croissant just melted right in my mouth. Today must've been a good day because the drive-through line ran very efficient today. I went there yesterday around 1 pm. I order a 5 dollar whopper meal with fries. They where rude, very rude and racist. The last time I went their the same. They only gave me two ketchup packets!!!! I got mad and demanded two more. The rude black manager claimed theirs a good shortage going on blah, blah, blah. Saying they only get two boxes. They cared more about their food then customers it seems. She said I can't come back but I will. You cannot deny someone service over ketchup packets. This place reminds me of the new Geico commercial..people that love pouring hot coffee on themselves, people that love walking into glass doors. Just god awful service. 1 person to take 6 in line orders and then goes back and makes those 6 in line orders. Your number gets passed 3 times. You ask 2 times for someone to give you a refund and then they tell you they called your number already. I guess sound doesnt carry that 2 feet over the counter and there are no extra orders laying to the side. I went through the drive through the other day to get something to take to work. I asked for onion rings instead of French fries because I can't have potatoes. I got to work and opened my bag for my onion rings and found French fries. I had to throw them away and find something else at work to eat. I called burger king and told them about the mix up. I was told to come back the next night and I would get a free large onion rings for my problem. I went back to burger king last night and I told them what was told to me. I ordered another meal, but I wanted my large onion ring as well. I was told No. I was running late for work and didn't have time to sit there and argue with them, but the person that took my order the night before was the same person so she could remember that I was there the night before and called the restaurant less than fifteen minutes later. the food was good, but the service left a bad taste in my mouth. read more
