Husband and I got Burger King coupons in the mail and decided to use one. It was a good deal, two whopper meals for 14.99. We were there around 6:30, several customers inside eating, the young woman taking the inside orders was very pleasant and I think she was the afternoon manager. Drive through busy, we placed our order and had to wait 10 minutes for her to call out our number. Place was clean and organized, tables cleaned off. First time back since the remodel. Nice contemporary design style with square tables with two different kinds of chairs - one wooden and one metal. Booths along walls throughout restaurant. Dining Room looked clean but when we sat at our table it was sticky to touch. Employee at register was not friendly and abrupt with our group. My husband couldn't hear what she was saying so he asked politely what she said and her reply was " I am talking to my register!" Hubby said she needs further training in customer service. Her demeanor was like this with all customers after us. Food was warm and decent tasting although my Whopper was sloppily made. I had two thin, limp looking tomatoes on my sandwich which made me sad - my husband who isn't a tomato lover had two big beautiful slices on his sandwich so he switched one with me. Highlight of the meal were their Mozzarella Sticks. Cheese filled completely inside breading a nice portion of 8 served with a marinara dipping sauce. A great value for the meal because we used a coupon for a family bundle - 3 Whoppers, 3 Cheeseburgers, 3 medium sized fries for $17.99. All we had to add was drinks - 3 kid's drinks, 2 Senior drinks and 1 Large drink along with the extra Mozzarella Sticks. All in all a decent meal for fast food. read more

Last time I complained about my impossible whopper. And then the last time I ordered the same sandwich which was on July 5th 2023 it was made fresh and neatly. Besides the food consistently being bad at this location, I was shocked today to hear the lady running the Drive through line come to the inside ordering counter and tell the entire line of people at 10:30 am sharp that They are no longer serving breakfast and they have to make lunch orders. At 10:30am!!!!! Half the line walked out and rightfully so. This Burger King location sucks!!! read more

We stopped here late afternoon to grab a cup of coffee after a great day of scalloping. When I say we stopped we went through the drive thru. The coffee was surprisingly good, both of us ordered an iced coffee and it was tasty, seemed fresh, and the price was right. Oh yeah, and it had caffeine in it as well. I am NOT a big fast food fan, however I do not discriminate when I need a cup of coffee. This Burger King absolutely delivered by providing coffee when we needed it most at a reasonable price, and the service at the drive thru was pleasant. AWFUL service. it was dead so we were expecting fast and friendly service, but when we went through the drive-thru, whoever was on drive was UNBELIEVABLY RUDE. we couldn't find the drinks on the menu so we asked what options they had and she listed them off very quickly and sounded very agitated, i couldn't make out what she was really saying so i asked if she had any sort of juice because i wasn't sure what my boyfriend might want and without letting me finish, she rudely replied "nope" and listed all of the drinks over again. i've worked fast food and you've got to be more patient then this or you aren't cut out for the job. on top of the awful service, we were asked to pull around to the doors and sat for 20 minutes with no explanation considering we only had a few burgers. we won't be going back. read more

This particular Burger king stinks. They have all these people working in the back and yet cant get anything done. one day went in there and waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order. I walked out and it was like I was never there. some days they do good but for the most part back to training for all of you. very disorganized. read more

Last night while eating dinner the staff in a very bad decision made the choice to have pizza delivered directly to the store.. How bad does that make the food look if they are ordering delivery? And while we were sitting all the way across the dining room we could hear them discussing that the walk in cooler was broken and that they were leaving the freezer door open to cool it off.. doesn't take a genius to realize they are about to lose an entire freezer of stock once it all defrosts and goes bad. The bathrooms always have the strangest smell and you never see the same employee twice so no one ever knows what they are doing. Sorry Jan King but you've really let this one go read more
