I went there Thursday night around 10:30 pm to get a fiery whopper and strawberry soda I pull up at the first window there was a car in front of me. I watched a girl drop a patty on the floor She picked it up and put it in the broiler.I pulled up to the second window and told the cashier what I just witnessed The girl just gave me a smile..I went there the next morning the general manager Vivian was not there They didn't have a corporate number I been calling for days the line is constantly busy.Thino I will just give the better business bureau a call. Ordered through DoorDash today and I was missing a 10 piece spicy chicken nugget along with the sweet and sour sauces. Also the lettuce on our sandwiches were old and brown. I came here a couple days ago for breakfast and got French toast sticks.. they didn't give me syrup so I drove back to the window and asked for syrup and she told me they did not have any.. I would not have bought French toast if I knew they didn't have syrup.. my advice is they should inform people that they don't have syrup if they are ordering food that commonly goes good with it.. Went here for breakfast. Ordered a breakfast sandwich and hashbrowns. For one the breakfast sandwich was cold. Then they had the nerve to put a cold piece of cheese with cold bacon. I hate leaving negative reviews, but today I just can't overlook this. I ordered from this location through bk.com for delivery. I ordered 2 drinks as well as some food, neither drink showed up. They told the delivery driver they were out of 1, but didn't say anything about the other. They never called me to tell me this or ask if I wanted something else, they couldn't even be bothered to give me an actual receipt so I could see that the one they were out of was taken off. I called them up to try and get things sorted, and they refused to answer. I even had my wife call, they picked up and immediately hung up on her. The food at this place is probably the worst you could buy in the area. The hamburgers look like it is thrown together without even trying to get anything on the bun, the fries are always cold. If you get more than 3 item's you should check your order because there is a good chance something will be missing. I will never be back to this store. Awful food and very slow filling orders. This place is a disgrace I ordered a whopper with cheese meal got back to work and when I opened my burger my bun was all broken up like the bun was old and my they just slapped on old weltered lettuce with way too much mayo and ketchup and to make matters worse the burger meat itself was all falling apart and was cold. It was not even rush hour and the restaurant was empty so there is no excuse that my burger should have be given to me in this condition. I called and ask to speak to the manager and all she gave me was an excuse that their machine must be broken. NO REFUND, NO APOLOGIES, JUST EXCUSES. As Burger Kings go this is one of the better stores. They are clean and the food didn't look like a slapped together mess which I usually see at other BK's. The staff is friendly. The restroom were CLEAN. Amazing for Fast Food place. This tells me that they take great pride in their work. I don't usually eat at Fast Food burger joints but I'd make an exception for these guys. read more

Really good food, clean and courteous staff but I could build an airplane faster than getting served there. At any given time, there are only one or two people working. They always apologize that it took 10 minutes to give me a cheeseburger and I feel bad because I know they are working hard. I cant tell you how many times I have been in the drive thru line and have been subjected to some foulmouthed lunatic behind me screaming profanities(LOUD) because it is just taking way too long. When I get up to the window i feel the need to tell them it wasn't me so I wont get a "surprise " in my burger.
