He was talking about my husband and our order, and I assume or hope, that he didn't realize we could hear him. Who's to blame? Ordered meals from Burger King using the BK app for delivery. I am disabled and am not driving. I put in my order and found they use Door Dash and it was over $7. Plus $1 for a service charge. I added a 20% tip. My Dasher called to say he was outside. We said 'thank you' as he gave us two bags and a drink tray. I noted when he called and my daughter at the door our driver didn't speak English well. We started distributing our food and found 2 orders of chicken fries were missing. I went to the app. They use AI. It will be 24 to 48 hours before someone will call. I called the BK on Long Hill Road in Groton. Spoke to a worker who said "use the app". I asked to speak to manager and got Raymond. He had same answer. The reason for no chicken fries? They didn't have any. They told the driver to tell me. They must have realized he didn't speak English well. The driver did not tell us about these missing items. They were listed on the print out stapled to the bag. There was no notes on this that the chicken fries were not available. Pick any place other than this location. And definitely don't come here late nights. I came on three separate occasions, about a month apart. The third time was definitely the last time for me at this location. Experiencing the same issues. They're mixing old, cold fries with fresh fries. I was buying some chicken nuggets, and made some joking comments with one of their staff about their 20 piece chicken nuggets being 1$ more than McDonalds next door. The cashier insisted that it was almost ready, hold on, it'll be hot and fresh, you'll be glad you waited yada yada yada.. Okay so after holding me up another 4 minutes my food came.... (A 15 minute wait for ONE whopper meal) There was no receipt in the bag.. I had to ask for my receipt (with the intention of using the survey code to go online and write to HQ that this location is horrible. So I had to eat the burger while I was driving back to work without being able to enjoy it, and 20 minutes into returning to work I had a massive and super disgusting case of diarrhea. It was AWFUL. I felt like I was even going to vomit, my stomach was burning and I thought I might need to go to the hospital for food poisoning.. So after about a half hour on the toilet at work, I finally was able to get back to work.. I felt miserable the rest of the day. Ledge light health district ought to close this place down if you ask me. This place is a risk to public health! Will never be returning to this location unless it's replaced entirely with new management and a team of competent employees. FYI - This stuff isn't rocket science - there's no quantum physics involved in making cheese burgers and frying french fries. I can't believe I'm writing this - but fast food finally got decent! Intrigued by the new menu we stopped by to try out new highlighted items like the bacon sundae, sweet potato fries and the memphis BBQ pulled pork sandwich. All were surprisingly tasty, full of flavor and didn't seem like anything I would have picked up going through a drive-thru. Yet, there I was sitting in my car with food that was actually better than a number of restaurants that I've frequented lately. In addition, Burger King is very informative on the gluten free menu front - their website has a very helpful menu and they are happy to make any burger without a bun and package it in a nice container with fork and knife included. The carolina BBQ bacon burger was my choice for this bun-free experience and I was coo-ing with every bite. The bacon sundae didn't disappoint - it just proves the theory that bacon makes everything better. read more

Wow...went for breakfast and was quite surprised...no breakfast burgers, no syrup, drink machine was empty...and then when asked about drink machine...they got snotty. Also, the manager was sitting in the front of the store with a group of the workers sitting and chatting. My family stopped at this location while on our way to Boston. One of us purchased food and the rest of us went to the restroom. My sister and I were waiting in line outside the single stall "ladies room" which was occupied when a man exited. I said "seriously?" He stood in the doorway, holding the door open and said to me "you see this uniform? I am working here! I was cleaning the bathroom. I'm working here!" He was very rude and aggressive. I entered the restroom and locked the door. While I was in there, I heard him talking to my sister the same way and trying to justify his actions. It's pretty bad when a fast food place is so terrible it has to advertise itself as being under new management, especially when the new management is as bad as the old one. Service is terrible and with an attitude. When ordering, the girl at the counter actually rolled her eyes and snapped, "Is that it?" like we were annoying her by ordering... as for the food- Hash browns tasted like old bacon - disgusting! My breakfast sandwich was COLD as was my husband's. The least they could have done was pop it in a microwave for a few seconds, but you could tell this croissant had just been defrosted and never heated. I told the person that I would like two bacon egg and cheese sandwiches and a medium cherry slushy. The person at the window cashed me out while telling me the price of $8 something. She literally told me that it was my fault that I did not tell them before hand that I wanted the price advertised on their sign and she would not give it to me for any less. I had a terrible experience. I went inside near closing. The young man behind the register was not rude but really busy so he made me wait a bit. I was fine with that. I used my card and my coworker money to make two different transactions. When I asked the women for the receipt that shows what I actually got charge to told me there wasn't one but to keep an eye out for my credit. thought that was weird. When the food was ready the young man was like it's all there. I started to ask questions but he just said it's all there. and I felt like I was walked out when the locked the door behind me. which I understood cuz they wanted to lock up.
