Asked for no mayonnaise on the only vaguely vegetarian item on the menu more than once, and this was what they gave us. $12 for food that was thrown away. Unbelievably terrible service, eat anywhere else. read more

Burger King - This is the Impossible Whopper they give you when you ask for no mayonnaise two different times. $12 for food that was thrown away. - Burgers Near Me - Gouldsboro, Pennsylvania

Everything at this place was terrible. I wanted for 15 minutes with no line inside or outside in the drive thru. After I received my food it was completely cold. I ordered a 12 piece chicken fry, and I did not even receive it. I am extremely dissatisfied. read more

This Burger King is conveniently connected to a deli, which is great for grabbing a quick bite. However, this particular Burger King is pretty small, and the staff are SO disorganized. The last time I came, the orders took a while, and I was sooooo scared that it wouldn't come in time before our bus left. The stress was real! On another visit, they accidentally gave us two of our orders, which meant we got double the food. More food for us! (I guess sometimes disorganization has its perks.) If you're looking for a quick bite and don't mind a bit of chaos, this place will do the trick. Plus, you might get lucky with more than some extra fries! read more

Food was terrible . I ordered 2 cheeseburgers, small fries and a small sprite from #17002 . I was so pissed that I threw the receipt in the garbage together with the food . The bun was cold , the cheese was cold and the meat looked like it had been cooked from the night before . The fries were half cooked . My sprite was good . Everything the workers touched was not up to standard . The food was disgustingly gross . Workers please have pride in what you do . And owner you should be ashamed, your place has gross food and appearance gets an F. I gave you $10.00 dollars I got garbage . You won read more

This was chosen as a food stop by my trailways bus. We had 20 minutes. The welcome announcement was: we are short handed, your order might not be finished in time. We have no internet , you cannot use your card for more than 25 bucks, we are warning you you might not get your food. Ok, why don't you close the joint!? You clearly don't know how to run it! read more

Disgusting. I ordered a spicy chicken and it came with equal parts mayo to oil to chicken... absolutely messy and disgusting to even consider eating. Threw it away. Buns were sopping with oil. read more

EW! The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting and without TP. The service was horribly slow, and disorganized. The staff didn't seem to know what they were doing. The prices were $3-4 more than that of other Burger Kings. We clearly ordered a spicy ch-king sandwich. The receipt said spicy. The sandwich wrapper said spicy. The sandwich received was a regular ch-king. Find another stop on your trip. read more

If there was a way to put zero stars that would be the rating. The service here is absolute unacceptable and unorganized. There are young adults who are rude and disrespectful to both customers and staff members. There is a blonde girl there which always curses and tells customers "its not her problem " if a customer changes their mind. Is that would good customer service is? I mean come on now. She also likes to use racial slurs and threats towards other staff members, which the labor board is now aware of. Do not eat here! They are unsanitary, unprofessional, and unorganized. And the head manager yells at employees with unreasonable cause. read more

epic!!!! infinite smurf toy!!!! also mega awesome crown!!!! better than crappy mcdonalds!!!!

On a tour bus and the driver stopped here to let people grab a quick bite and go to the bathroom. Most disgusting place I have walked into in years. Toilets filled with toilet paper and out of order. Toilet paper on the floor and dirty everywhere in bathroom and dining area. The customers are that out of control on a Sunday night? The workers cannot keep anything clean? Would never stop here again. Everyone on the bus was grossed out. read more

Stopped by here on the way to Syracuse to grab a quick bite. The staff mostly seemed like they were done with this job but were decently quick to pump out orders. The washroom, on the other hand, was horribly messy and had a really foul smell. I came in right after a janitor left and it was still in this state of chaos. I ordered a large fries, cheeseburger, and 20 piece spicy nuggets. The food tasted fine, but I was given 10 piece nuggets instead of 20--I only realized after we left. The staff even looked in the bag to confirm what was inside before calling out my full order to give it to me, so I'm not sure how this was missed. read more

my husband went through the drive in. we were charged full price and didn't realize my grandson did not get his burger until we were on the highway. I immediately called for a refund and was told their system doesn't do refunds. called the following day and the manager said they can't process refunds but she would mail me vouchers to replace the food we had paid for and not received. several weeks and we still have no vouchers. i don't believe the manager can't issue a credit back on our card. she was given the opportunity to make it right before this was posted, however her promises meant nothing. read more

We stopped in for a guick bite on the way home.Big mistake-the counters, Tables, and floors where filthy. Went to the restroom. That was even worse. Complained to the person in charge who said they were too busy to clean. After leaving BK I stopped at gastation to use their restroom This restroom was spotless. I eat at a BK in Toms River NJ and I must say it is always spotless WAKE UP BERGERKING read more

PROS-Very convenient location off of Route 380. CONS- Filthiest and nastiest restroom facilities I've ever been in. The urine smell was so strong it made me gag. Obviously the management team is clueless about how to properly maintain the cleanliness of a facility. I stopped to order food but if the cleanliness of their restrooms are any indication of they clean their food prep areas, I decided to go further down the road. Stick to the On the Run convenience area, much cleaner!!!! read more

I was here when my Greyhound bus broke down. There was an employee working there. He was mid-size, looked Hispanic, straightish hair parted to a side, Fair skin. Broad shoulders and his name started with an A along the lines of Anthony. We were about to exchange socials before the other bus came and I had to go. If anyone could possibly tell me if he still works there or connect us somehow through social media or write a review to reply to this, you would make a wish come true. The overall service was okay. The place was a little smaller but it is what it is read more

I really like this 24-Hour BK and that it is part of a 24-hour Exxon mini-mart and gas. I noticed some dislikes for the dining room but I always use the drive-thru so I don't know about the inside. I do know they get buses every hour, sometimes 2 buses at a time. I think they do the best they can since it seems to be busy constantly. Personally, I always get quick service. They have always gotten my order correct. Their fries are fresh and their apple pie is really good. This BK is the only one within many miles open 24 hours a day and I travel home very late sometimes. I know their hours listed on this site say 7-12. But it is 24 Hours. Warning though: their breakfast menu starts at 3AM,a bit early for my tastes. read more

This is bar none the absolute worst fast food establishment I've ever stepped foot in. Food is consistently cold and poorly assembled. They move at a glaciers pace. Each employee has perfected the art of looking busy without actually doing anything productive. I spent close to 20 minutes waiting on a meal that was never made. I then waited an additional 10 minutes after requesting a refund. Worst. Place. Ever. read more

Most disgusting BK I've ever been to. Very dirty... Slow and tables were piled with garbage. We left and went somewhere else.

I have to say that i have never been in a more disgusting Burger King in my whole life. I work in the Industry and was appalled by the sheer disregard for cleanliness there was by all the 6 employees that were working- or not working! I made sure to watch as they were making my food- the girl did wear her gloves thank goodness. i will be sending my pictures to upper management in a formal complaint. i wish i could post them here. read more

The worst Burger King I've have been too. The burger was cold. It was a loss of money and they don't care. They figure they have you hostage, because they are only rest on highway 380. The tables are dirty. The staff is young and inexperienced. And again there is no sign they care about reviews or service. They are the only game in town. Run, don't walk, as fast as you can from this place. We stopped in because frankly there was no other place on our route and we were starving. We pulled in and saw 2 greyhound busses and shady people were hanging around the front of the Burger King. We walked in only to find a royal mess. The floors were covered in food including pickles, burger pieces, fries etc. there was mustard and ketchup on the walls. It was so disgusting we couldn't even think of eating here. We ran out as fast as we could. Save yourself the stop. read more

Burger King employee Says "GET OUT" in front of Manager and Customers I was driving from Buffalo to NYC last night (8/18/2014) around and I stopped at the burger king at 17th Main Street, Gouldsboro, PA 18424. There were around 3 employees in the restaurant and none of them were at the counter. I walked in looking to get some coffee to help in the drive back to NYC. I saw an employee mopping the floor, his name is "Stan" according to the Manager. I wasnt sure the restaurant was open so just asked him "Are you open?", I was shocked by the response I got from him. He was standing a few feet away and started yelling at me for absolutely no reason saying "YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT, WE ARE JUST THREE WORKING HERE AND CANT LEAVE EVERYTHING FOR YOU, SO JUST WAIT THERE. CAN'T YOU SEE WE ARE BUSY HERE". I couldnt believe what I heard and responded with "I was just asking if you are open" Again to this he responded by yelling "YOU WILL NEED TO WAIT". After this another employee came over to the counter and asked me what I needed, to which I responded with 2 coffee and paid the money. When I was making coffee the same employee who shouted at me came outside and told me "YOU BUSTED OUR BALLS JUST FOR COFFEE, GET IT FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE". I was so pissed at this but tried to calm down, went back to the car and dropped off the coffee. I couldn't have ignored this and came back to ask name of the employee and wanted to speak to the manager. When I told the manager what happened she said she will put the coffee on the house but all I wanted was some respect and not treated like this. When I said I don't want the free coffee another employee shouted "GET OUT" in front of the whole store with customers , my family and kids with me, I couldn't believe my ears!!! I just left the store completely appalled and shocked with my kids asking me about the insult and arguments. I have never felt so insulted in all my life. We are not eating for free, and are paying customers, how can you treat us like this. This can happen to anyone. I want to know from Burger King is this how you treat another person? How can you say "GET OUT" to someone who comes to your Restaurant and pays for your jobs! This is inhuman treatment on part of the employees and the Manager and they deserve to be punished or at least apologize. I have a feeling this is linked to my being Asian. This is the last time I will ever go to a !@##$'ed place like this. I hope you can cover this and spread the racist behaviour of Burge King employees. read more

I moved to Gouldsboro about two years ago and live down the road from this "place". I thought at first this would be nice, to be out in the rural area, and be able to get a decent sandwich from time to time. Much to my dismay, this "place" is a HUGE disappointment! The "place" is filthy, the staff are awful, and the food????, well I think if you eat the wrappers you may be more satisfied. I hate to be so critical but I am actually being nice here. I can't believe that Burger King would allow whoever owns this place to let this happen. I have eaten at many Burger Kings around the country and this one is by far the worst! I think the only reason this place survives is because of the bus traffic it gets. I am sure it can not rely on repeat business. This is truly a ONE-STOP joint. There is absolutely nothing about it that would make you want to enter it again. For the locals like myself at least there is a convenient type store called "On the Run" connected to it. You can get drinks and sandwiches there and it is open 24 hrs. If you do happen to stop there and you are on a bus, use the bus bathroom no matter how bad it may be, because I can assure you it will be much cleaner than you will find inside. I used to travel quite a bit years ago and had to stop at some places to look for something to eat and use the restroom. I can't think of any place that I have been in that is as bad as this hole. When I first moved near it, I thought well maybe I just hit it on some bad times and it really isn't usually like this. WRONG!!!! I gave it PLENTY of chances and it actually seemed to get worse each time I went in. It really is a shame because it is an ideal location and could be a real asset to the community if it were taken care of. read more

Had to listen to them manager carry on how she wasn't going to make something someone order cause it was going to make her gag!!
