He likes extra pickles, moi like extra jalapeños etc., They take a little longer but we don't mind. As this location has a very cool "ramen bar" tiny seating area by the window lol. Yep, there is a tiny "Ramen bar" seating area for 2 by the window that faces the wall. Very Romantic. Especially when it's raining a Florida monsoon out OuiOui. They always bring us our order in the "Ramen bar corner" along with a tray of condiments. We thinks the service here is the Bomb. OuiOui. Anyhoo, we have never been thru the drive-thru, we always go inside, as we have usually been in the car for a while by the time we arrive. Every stop, the bathrooms have always been clean, service kind & friendly, food hot & fresh, served to us in our fave Tiny "Ramen bar booth" facing the wall haha. All three times I've been made to park in a numbered parking spot for upwards of ten to 15 minutes after spending 5 min in line. The whole idea of the drive through is in and out service and not burning up all of your lunch time waiting. It's sad when there are only three cars ahead of you and they can't get it together better than this. When I've been inside it's nasty! The tables, floors, restrooms, and attitudes are horrible. I've never had a truly negative experience until today which is why Chick-Fil-A is one of my favorite restaurants since I was a kid but this is by far the worst restaurant in the entire franchise. Did dine in and the service was unbelievably slow. The cashiers working the counter had 0 sense of urgency or desire to please "as is their slogan." Extremely poor work ethic and attitude. Additionally, at most Chick-Fil-As there is exceptional service where the food is brought directly to your table with a smile and a "my pleasure." Not here. Dine ins are forced to crowd next to the counter waiting for their order to be called. On top of that, when amy order finally was fulfilled it was missing the main entrees. When this was finally fixed and the sandwich was found it was very clear that the sandwich had been sitting on the heating rack for quite some time because all the lettuce and tomatoes were boiled with the heat making them in-edible and the chicken was dry. DO NOT STOP at this location if on a road trip. Just wait for either the Crestview or Marianna locations down the road.
