I drove 20 mins to get this lunch and I wouldn't have came if I knew it was going to come with attitude from the manager and a sloppy sandwich as a whole. I had on my PT's because it gets hot where I work and I wasn't tracking that if you wear PT's you're not allowed inside the Px. So I left the PX and tried calling this subway asking if I can place an order for pick up. The manager assured me that, that's not something they usually do because one time they did do an order through the phone, someone never showed to get it. I told her I understood but that wasn't going to be the case with me. So she agreed to place my order through the phone for pick up. However she was very rude while taking my order Down. The conversation went similar to this Manager: (Breathes heavy as if she was annoyed) "What do you want?" Me: "may i have turkey and American cheese toasted" Manager: (sucks teeth) Me: "may i also have lettuce, tomato cuc---- (She cuts me off completely) and says "you can't just come inside and do this? Like it's the middle of lunch" Me: "no ma'am i tried but they kicked me out because of my uniform" Manger: ( sucks her teeth again, breathed heavy again as if she was annoyed still) and said "so what else then" and as i was telling her the rest of my order she basically huffed and puffed after every condiment I said. I understand that I caught her during lunch rush hour and that she doesn't usually take orders through the phone however, I feel like you shouldn't agree to do something if you're going to give an attitude about doing it and be rude the whole time and even worst doing it carelessly as if you don't want to do it at all... This is real unfortunate because I ate here often. But there's other subways on this post that i would much rather give business too. (I usually order a 6 inch because with everything i get on it on a regular day I order subway, I get full pretty quick, however today she skimped everything where it felt like I was eating more bread then what i actually had inside)
