Used to enjoy the food here. Our family liked the Whoppers, nuggets, shakes, fries. But the last few times we have ordered food here, the burgers have been cold and taste old. Went through drive thru today, simple order. 3 burgers and 3 orders of nuggets. All 3 burgers were cold. Shorted a order of nuggets after waiting in line for quite awhile. Got to order menu and was asked to wait. Doesn't look like lobby is open and, why is that? If you aren't interested in taking order's and fulling them just close your store. I hit the drive thru here with my dog after a veternarian visit to get her some ice cream and me a shake. The kid working the speaker was having a bit of a hard time hearing but I was trying not to get too annoyed by it. Sometimes those things are hard to understand what comes out of them! So I order Daisy Dog a small cup of ice cream and myself a small strawberry shake. Get to the window and we get a very generous portion of ice cream and a vanilla shake. Sigh. I didn't realize my strawberry shake was vanilla til I was long gone. The kid was very polite and I'm sure it was an honest mistake. Everything else was good. Service was fast, which shouldn't be a factor but I've had shakes take 10 minutes before! He giggled and said it was awesome when he said let me get you a spoon for the ice cream and I told him not necessary, it's for the dog. Daisy was happy so it's good. Burger King is becoming so good by adding "The Impossible Whopper" to their menu. The Impossible Whopper is a yummy plant based burger (no meat). So if you are vegetarian or you do not like eating beef this will be the best option to get. Also Burger King Whoppers are also still extremely good as they always have been. It is something about the crunchy pickles and the cheese on the whopper and how the tastes blend together on the sesame seed bun that make it so good. read more

Don't understand the negatives on this place. Never had issues here going on now for about a year or so. I usually go right before closing and prefer using the BK mobile app..which BTW is great. Works like a charm every time. The key to these fast food places is the people working the shift and the person running the shift. Breakfast is usually pretty good here. Late night too. Daytime, earlier eveningis sometime hit and miss. I usually use a coupon and I usually order something simple so no problems. At least for now this place is A ok but who knows..staff turnover is kind of a fact of life in fast food. The BK app is simpler than Mickey Dee's you just order and push a button in it when you get there. I tend to go here a lot because it's real close to where I live. read more

This is a very nice Burger King location. The french fries are always very fresh and contain just the right amount of salt. The hamburgers are always cooked to order, which allows for a great taste when eaten right away. The Coca Cola machines are correctly mixed and the Gold Peak tea is a nicer perk. Service can be hit and miss, but overall is very decent service for a fast food location. The lobby needs a bit of updating as well. read more

I visited this store after work for dinner using the drive-thru​. I ordered an #1 with cheese, added bacon, large fries, coke, ​and a Hersey​ pie. The only item(s) worth eating was the pie and then drinking the coke. The fries were cold, like ice cold and the cheese wasn't​ melted. My mom had a terrible experience today at this Burger King, as did the other 18 people in line. She waited 39 minutes to PLACE her order. Then when she got to the window, she complained, to which the girl only said "I know, can you believe it? There's only 4 employees who work here"... then to top it off, they left my mom's French fries out of the bag. The company needs to get it together and hire more people! read more

This place is the reason i downloaded yelp! It is atrocious! Its no wonder there is never a line here, this place will be out of business in no time with the disgusting food served here! I worked at burger king for several years as a kid, and i know the way the food is made and this place is just really gross. Every time i have come here its different management, and they barely speak english! I ordered food through the drive through, for my kids and i today for lunch. The fries were so salty even my kids woukdnt eat them without puckering their face, the chicken fries so dry, they were like jerky, and the burgers were smashed and leathery. The one star is for getting the correct change back. Waste of money and im sad because i used to love burger king. Now i know why there isnt many left. The one in lake stevens is good quality, and the workers are young and smart, and they speak english and the food is always fresh there. Goes to show, live in the ghetto, get ghetto service. Yuck. I hate to say this about my used to be favorite, but I ate here tonight and it was the worst experience I have had. My wife and I ate inside, we ordered 2 whoppers 2 fries and 2 large drinks. The food was in front of me before I could put my wallet away. I sat down the tray at a nearby table and filled up our drinks, best part of the meal, then sat to eat. Normally I eat my fries first while they are steaming hot, they were cold and nasty. I left them for the burger..... as I opened the wrapper I noticed an old piece of something, that could have dropped off the bun warmer, stuck to the bun. I have really no idea what it was but I was hungry. After getting the wrapper half off i saw this sad looking hamburger that had a bit if a grayish coloring mixed with dark around the burgers edge and the bun was flatter then a pancake. I looked up at my wife and she had this crease between her eyes that meant only one thing, she's pissed off. I ate what I could smothering some fries in catchup then we both quietly picked up our trash and walked out. I told her I was going to talk with the manager, she said forget it, if the manager let's this happen then s/he would not care about your complaint, we just will never return here again. read more

Words do not express the full details of how gross it truly was. My shoes were so stuck to the floor that it took effort to walk, The kids play room was COVERED in ick, looked like it hadn't been cleaned in at least a month. The entire store was just disgusting. When brought it up to the manager, who seemed to be a little too HIGHper for her own good, she told us we couldn't have any info on how to contact anyone else. Her employees decided to stare us down and one even gestured like he wanted to fight (jutting out chest while waving arms a little) as i walked out the door. This is the BK that gets most of the dealer traffic in the silver lake area. It didn't used to be this bad but it's increasingly horrible. Do yourself a favor and keep your kids far away from there. This is a fast food restaurant, so I didn't really have my standards high. However, the quality of the food and service here were beyond lower than the lowest standard expectation. I just got home from this Burger King and was amazed at the customer service skills of this staff . I placed my order to go and the young girl called my number and place my food on the counter on a tray . I informed her politely that the order was to go and " oh ya .. it was " she then turned and around and took the food off the tray and placed it in the bag ... leaving a large amount of the French fries I ordered on the Tray and giving me the bag . I then asked her if she was gong to replace all the fries that were still on the tray and she gave me a nasty look and blew out her breath and snatched the bag up from the counter and went over and started putting more fries in the bag . I asked her why the attitude , I think I deserve all the food I ordered ? She ignored me and went and started the milk shake she also forgot . I looked at another customer and she just shook her head in disbelief of this young girls poor attitude. She finally finished the shake and placed on the counter not even looking at me or saying ".thank you " I was tempted to say something to her manager who was standing 5 feet away ... but thought it was pointless as she didn't correct her behavior as she watched , so what was the point . Customer service is definitely hit or miss (as you can see from other reviews). I'd say 3/4 trips I get bad service but the other 1/4 are actually really good. The food was standard (do we really expect to be blown away by bk food?) but the girl who was working the register was so sweet. When I first pulled up it seemed as if your staff is trying to have less customers come to get food because the sign out front that says the drive thru is open 24 hours was not on which made me confused when I pulled up and I almost had to ask if it was open and this is not the first time that has happened, I then pull up and I am not sure if it was someone trying to be funny and make a voice and talk saying "welcome to Burger King home of the whopper order when you are ready" because it changes when I went through the second time because my order was wrong, the lady on the mic took a long time to respond when I was ready to take my order as if there was a long line of customers when there clearly was nobody there because they didn't turn the sign on, I then wanted to try the lucky charms shake and there is no ice cream what so ever, like what do you think this is? A McDonalds? That's some bullshit that they always try to pull. So I ordered two whoppers using a coupon and a small French fry, I pull up and the lady took a while to grab my card and coupon but it was not a huge deal it's not called fast food for a reason right? It's just a random name that people started calling it. So I get my food from a young male and I ask is everything here and he said yes so I drove off and had my passenger check the bag and glad I did because they could not even figure out how to count to the simple number of two! Now I know that they work at a fast food establishment for a reason but TWO! I don't do fast-food that often and rarely go to Burger King, but as it was on my way home and I needed something to take to hubby for lunch I thought I'd give it a try again. Boy was that a mistake. I had to repeat my order 4 times. When I get home I just threw my husband's lunch at him as I was in a hurry. I later find out they gave him the wrong order. I asked for a Double Whopper with cheese combo w/no mayo and no tomato (hubby's allergic) or ketchup. He got reg. Whopper with everything. When I tried to call I couldn't give order# as the receipt was all faded and 1/2 the words weren't even printed out as the machine needed new tape. Bought two whoppers and an onion rings. Received two cheese burgers and fries. Realised it was fries and made a turn to changed the fries, the cashier took the receipt. Driving in the free way and noticed it was cheese burger. Called and Maria, claimed to be the supervisor, said she needs to look at the receipt.
