Though I ordered a Whopper menu with onion rings and no pickles, however it came without onion rings and with pickles, and without ketchup. I've been here a few times and have always found the food well prepared and served quickly. Never been through the drive-through. The restaurant is very clean and the restroom is very clean. The last time I visited there was a hispanic teen working the register who had no idea how to make change on a cash payment, but the manager took care of it quickly. FOOD POISENING, I order a burger and chocolate shake for my daughter and the shake came out first before the food. The chocolate shake has all the chocolate syrup mostly unmixed at the bottom, its totally obvious through the transparent cup. The customer service is TRASH and every order I've gotten was wrong and poorly made. The receipts I always get are so messed up from the printer running out of ink that I can't read any of it. Always get old dry meat, always missing half the amount of fries I pay for, my drink lids always fall off, and the employees are super pushy, rude, and obviously either don't know what they're doing or don't care.
