Haven't done a review in this place in over 10 years when it really sucked. It's gotten better. It would be my choice over McDonald's for sure. They have some pretty good value deals. Like their five dollar duel for the seven dollar trio. They also have coupons to mail out to you so you can get some pretty decent meal deals. They've improved their french fries a lot. 10 years ago they put some goofy coating on them that gave a bad aftertaste. They're just regular french fries now. I'd still stay away from their onion rings because they are still little bits of onion glued together with a crappy coating on them. I did not order them this time. Had to whopper Juniors, which are my favorite. They were made right and had all the proper toppings on them like lettuce, tomato, onion, mayonnaise, and pickle. Your soft drink machine is stupid. It's one of those where you have to touch screens in. They don't recognize your fingers and imagine how many people have touched these screens so that they could dispense their drinks. Burger King needs to change that as it's unsanitary, and for some people very confusing. Reason why I gave it three stars is because the service is really good and for Burger King, the food wasn't bad if you stay away from the crappy stuff. read more

I haven't gone here in years because he used to be a really bad Burger King. Apparently nothing has changed actually yes somethings have changed it's gotten worse. Went here today and purchase to impossible whopper meals. I asked for one of the whoppers not to have mayonnaise, and that was the only alteration to the order. The one whopper that had the mayonnaise crossed out on the paper, they had put mayonnaise on it and scraped it off. There was still mayonnaise on it. The impossible whopper patties, were still frozen in the middle. Before the edges of the patty they were really mushy and soupy, and they were cold. French fries, even though we waited 10 minutes to get our order, were old and hard. I don't know when they cooked them... but it wasn't in the past hour. And the soda was flat. I don't expect much going to Burger King. But these two meals cost me slightly over $20, and we could not eat them. I ended up giving a burger to each one of my dogs. It was a waste of money. I will not make the mistake of going back. I'm a bit upset with myself for giving them another try. read more

Really 0 stars. Shut this place down. Ordered through DoorDash & driver even told wrong. I called. Ordered 2 Kids meals purposely with milk. Ordered shake. I got 2 Hershey pies substituted for Oreo shake. Don't want pies. Don't like that much chocolate. Substituted 2 apple juice for milk in 2 kids meals. Did not want Juice for kids! & no BQ sauce for the pathetic chicken nuggets Told they don't have milk anymore and ran out of ice cream. Haven't ordered from this burger in probably over year. Just drove to the BK in Elkhorn, Wi. to get my son dinner. It was 7 pm. Their door says they are open until 9 pm drive-thru. Person inside working. No one comes to the drive-thru window. Awful - the rating should be "0" stars. Walked into front door at 4:00pm afternoon on a 6-hour bomb-run drive to ~Chippewa Falls, employee hid in back, peering out at us. When we caught a glimpse of her we called to her. She did not come to the counter, but yelled from the back of the kitchen that the "Dining Room is CLOSED." This place opens at 9, but we went today at 9:45 and there was no one in the building, the drive through was empty, signs were posted everywhere saying they open at 9. I go here at least every 2-4 weeks, and the food is generally on par w/ Burger King in general, but today was just a service/ attention to detail miss. After a long wait, I got my drink, 2 sandwiches (really heavy on the mustard), a 3/4 full order of non-fresh onion rings... and another, unordered medium fry container filled with what I can best describe as what was cleaned out of the fryer vat - a mix of fossilized fries, onion rings and hash rounds. read more

My wife, son and I stopped in after a doctor appointment on Sunday. Positive #1 - wait staff was courteous. Positive #2 - the food was actual comfortably edible. Negative # 1 - the temp inside was 66 degrees. Too cold to be comfortable. Negative # 2 - the seats are hard flat plastic. Literally, a pain in the a##. Negative # 3 - the place is not clean at all! This is the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to in my entire life!! It has been this way for as long as I can remember. Went there today and couldn't even order a salad. Was told "we don't have any". I said " you don't?" Reply was just "no". Nothing else, no sorry about that or anything. So had to rethink my order and was told " pull around for your total". No "thank you". Went to window, paid, still no thank you. Not a word to me. Asked for a receipt and was told "we're out of paper". Was never told my total, so who knows what I was charged. Used to come here every morning, until the new management. In the past month, uve gotten stale burritos about 5 times now. The coffee is never right. Either there's no sweetener in it or there's waaaay too much. This last time my burrito was stale, I called 4 times until someones actually answered, and I get told that I'm a liar and that my burrito is not hard as a rock. The soda has been flat & syrupy for 10yrs!! Food is ALWAYS lukewarm & tastes like it came out of the microwave! They put 1 crumbled piece of bacon on your burger if you ask for bacon, the tomatoes are so old they are pink and granulated, and good lord why would any sane human being put that much ketchup & mayo' on a burger!?!? I've never had such horrible customer service than from here. Everyone is so rude, even the manager. They get my order wrong EVERY time or forget part of my order. Last time I brought my food back without even having any of it. There was a piece of long dark hair on my sandwich and they didn't give me my fries. I asked for a refund and the manager said that wasn't an option because the food had already left the store. I told her I wasn't leaving until I got my money back. I waited at the counter for a long time before anyone took notice (taking care of the drive up cars first) then when I complained about the service and the ladies room the manager told me she wasn't waiting on me.
