I've driven past this Burger King so many times but finally decided to stop after seeing people recommend this location on Facebook. They were right! I went through the drive-thru, and everything was quick and easy. The employees were friendly, and I had my order in less than five minutes. I ordered a Double Whopper with bacon and cheese, a large Coke, and a large order with half fries and half onion rings. The burger was really good! It was hot, fresh, and bigger than I expected. Definitely one of the better fast food burgers I've had lately. The fries were fresh too. The onion rings were just okay--not bad, but nothing special. My only complaint was the Coke. It tasted like it needed a little more syrup. The whole meal was around $15, which I thought was fair. Overall, this was a great experience, and I'd definitely come back. If you're craving Burger King, I'd recommend this location over some of the others nearby. read more

Ordered a 10 piece nugget and a Whopper combo i did not have the money on my card, so I told the cashier, Andrew, to cancel the order. He never cancelled my order and still charged me 10 dollars and 53 cents. This is at the Burger King in Edgewater #9633 i had to get home and check to see if the transaction was cancelled. and the saga continues...today we drove to Burger King sat in the Drive Thru line to find out that they did NOT have sausage or croissants which of course we wanted since it was 8 AM. Last trip a few weeks ago no French Fries during the lunch period. I ask myself why I even waste my gas pulling into this facility knowing deep down there are always disappointments. This particular Burger King needs the franchise to pull their license and find new ownership who has the knowledge to preorder and have their stock ready for customers. It is SAD that we have to travel up the road to McDonald's or Wendy's when Burger King is so close to our home. I came here because I haven't been to a Burger King in over 15 years I felt rushed with the older woman taking the order she was very grumpy and not as accommodating. This was a flame grilled have it my way experience - I exited US 1 and pulled into the drive-through and was greeted by a friendly voice, placed my order the young lady repeated it back to my and I pulled up to the window I had my order in under a minute and it was correct. I got a have a good day and I was on my way. I've been coming to Burger King all my life, much less frequently now-a-days but that likely because the location closest to me was closed and demolished to allow for a new Chipotle to go in. I like the flame grilled flavor over the flat top options others offer if I'm gonna do a fast-food burger from one of the big 3 burger chains and I like having it my way. Today's double whopper with cheese minus the tomato was served piping hot on a fresh seeded bun and that is definitely the way I like it, add in the small fry and small Coca-Cola I paid $10.64 out the window. The staff here today were very friendly and efficient and the whopper was delicious surely that isn't by luck or accident so maybe all the negative reviewers might want to give them another try certainly they originally stopped in because they loved the BK brand at some point, it's likely I'll drop in again... read more

I've given this BK a good review in the past, even when others were trashing it, but today's visit (Nov 4) was a real disappointment! The sandwich was cold, french fries were under cooked. Drink machine was out of any Coke except regular (example- no cherry coke, no vanilla etc. ). Not sure why they hide the napkins from customers. The cashier had a bit of an attitude and maybe a hearing problem. She had a very hard time understanding our simple order to the point we just took and paid for not exactly what we wanted just to get on with our lives! read more

I tried this BK in Edgewater again because I live nearby. Sorry to say they are still really bad. Ordered a M coke , M fries, double cheeseburger and pickle fries. Was charged$16.68. No receipt, he told me to pull up. What I got was the tiniest hamburger with no bacon, picled fries with 4 tiny skinny picled fries and a piece of slimy, moldy piece of something. The ff and coke was ok. Still no receipt. I wasted my money again. Dont take a gamble with this place. They just cant get it right. read more

Haven't been to this location in years, new management but worse than before. the worst employees ever. Went there yesterday and a sign on the doir said no lettuce, no tomatoes, no onions, no cheese and no buns for Whopper JR. what are these people doing running a restaurant? Absolutely unbelievable. I go for the breakfast sandwich the most and if you hit it at the right time everything is fresh. The shake machine is always broken and you got to yell your order the speaker has been a task. You have to ask for ketchup and salt or you won't get any. The Manger there iignored us when we asked about the speaker and the shake machine. I'm giving them a 3 stars because they actually got the order correct. How, we went through the drive thru not because we wanted to but because we had to. The sign outside said the lobby was open, but all the doors were locked. We went through the drive thru, we placed our order and after we received our food, I asked the young man if I could use the restroom. I explained that the sign outside advertised that the lobby was opened. He said he would try....... he looked like he didn't know what I was talking about or comprehended that I need to use the restroom. We were on a road trip and I need to use the restroom. I didn't bother staying because I didn't think I was gonna get much results considering the blank expression on his face. After leaving, we realised that they failed to include our receipt. I drove back and requested it so, that I could fill out the survey and write a review. It's sad that the customer is not taken into consideration and if you have a sign outside that says your lobby is open your lobby should be open, that's false advertising and I'm not positive but I am guessing that this is a franchise and it's being run very poorly and the Burger King corporation should be aware. I am a fan of Burger King because they provide the Impossible Whopper. Last week stopped serving breakfast at 10:30. Today got in line at drive thru at 9:05. No answer at order box. Thought it may be out, drove to window and not an employee in sight. My husband and I are from out of town and stopped here May 5th and 6th in the afternoon. On the 5th we went in and the restaurant was clean and the employees were nice. Our only gripe is that they can NOT get a simple order right! on the 5th I ordered 2 whopper jrs and asked for NO onions and mayo to go. Got it to the house and they were loaded with mayo and onions. So, I of course had to scrape it off. We went back the next day and the only thing that was ordered was a whopper plain and only cheese on it. We went through the dri through this time. Stopped after working late, biggest mistake of my life. The employees using four letter words at the drive thru window blew my mind then not asking if I needed ketchup or napkin's and did not look at me just handed the bag out of the window. who ever the owner of this place is, is not paying attention to the lack if professionalism of the children they are hiring, also the food was cold and gave me massive diarrhea the next day. I've been to this BK numerous times and it has always been a decent experience. The restaurant is clean, prompt, and courteous service. I've only been one time where they were out of what I intended to order. That happens at 5 star places too. Sadly, some of the times their dine-in is closed due to people not showing up for work. Yes I Am giving them 5 stars! I was hesitant to go after recently hearing negative things but was craving a Whopper so....completely shocked at everything being excellent. Ordered 2 whopper juniors, 2 fries, 2 sodas. All available, correct order served and excellent. Staff was efficient and friendly. AND the dining room was CLEAN - cleaner than any Burger King I've EVER been in! AND the staff was cleaning during slow times. One guy was cleaning the inside windows. I have been going to this location for about nine years since I moved to this area and have mainly kept going because of its convenient location. I am at the point where if I would like something from burger king, I will just go to the one in NSB. These are the things I have noticed over the years. In the morning, food is consistently burnt, orders are wrong, food missing, and items (forks, knives, butter, syrup) are missing. In the afternoon and evenings, food missing, fries are cold and tasteless, and orders are consistently wrong. If you order something slightly different, expect that order to be made incorrectly. The food is usually cold when I get home (I live roughly 5 minutes away), there is never any napkins in the bag, and they're always out of stuff. They were once out of Whoppers for 3 days! Nasty ass food, always dirty. I used to go here often I'm from around the area and it's always a mess. They have workers standing around sometimes doing nothing when they could be taking orders or cleaning.
