At 6:15 I placed an order through the drive thru that I realized was incorrect after I had paid. I paid for more food and they told me to pull forward to wait for my food. After 13 minutes and no one coming out, I drove through the drive thru for a second time. The employee said my food had been placed in the wrong area and please pull around the receive it. I asked the employee at the window to please speak with a manager about the now melting ice cream that's been waiting on my floor while I waited for my food. The manager then came to the window to speak with me. I again explained my frustrations and he advised me that "I would clean it off your floor."
