It's sad to say because this actually was one of my absolute favorite, fast food, chains growing up. And for the longest time it seemed like the service was amazing. They were attentive and on the money and just really cared about your order. Now every time we go in there, it feels like something is changed. It does not feel like it is the same our orders take forever to get people don't respond when we talk to them, and it just does not seem as welcoming as it did before. The food is still good as far as fast food goes and you can tell that they are trying as an organization to keep up with the Joneses as they say as far as food quality. The ambience is OK. It's a fast food restaurant so it's not a place to go out for a date unless it's just a quick date, it's not like a fine dining establishment but it's nice overall. I would say if there's one thing that you as a manager would need to work on it's your crew and getting them to respond better to their customers. Ordered via app and picked up at restaurants drive thru. Was charged twice. Manager refused to refund me at store and he could not tell me how to request a refund via the app. He said I had to call customer service and figure it out. As for the ordered food, I Ordered frappe and it was watery, made horrible and tasted aweful. ( threw away after waiting for 5 minutes at the drive thru for it to be made). Will not return, do not reccomend based on bad taste, bad service and unfriendly/unhelpful managerial staff. read more

Cold food, took 20 minutes, got half eaten wrap horrid place. Flies crawling around. Put cheese on my burger when I asked not to. Ran out of ketchup and gave me warm packets instead. Coke was watershed down. Sprite tastes like Sierra mist. read more

This is the nicest, cleanest Burger King I have ever seen in the United States. Not kidding. Menu is the same as everywhere else. Usually I would give BK a solid 2 stars for food. The excellent service and the clean building (inside & out) earned it an extra one. This is worth a stop if you need a quick bite before heading to the airport in Syracuse. read more

I have been visiting the Burger King In Central Square, NY for over a decade. I have never had a bad experience. I was a Burger King Manager back in the '80s, so I know good service and quality food when I see it. I also was a vegetarian for 5 years and when they started serving the veggie burger, I was thrilled. That's when I started going there more often. I'm back on meat now, and the burgers are still as good as I remember. I still have the veggie burger once in a while, because it's that good. The manager of this restaurant should be proud of the good job he/she does. I am one grateful customer. read more

Two stars for the normal quality of the food. It's good and clean, but the management is absolutely horrid. Went in with my fiancé for a quick dinner after his work. Now, in the past, the manager I am about to go on about has caused problems. It was about 30 minutes before closing in that instance-- My fiancé placed a mobile order and they refused to serve him, and they still put the order through. He had to pay for an order they wouldn't even serve him when the restaurant was OPEN. Luckily, the daytime shift the next day happily fixed it. The employees are very nice, but there is one manager there who is obviously on something. She's incoherent and very mean. This time, we went in about 40 before closing. The manager LIED to us and said that she didn't have what we ordered AT ALL and that she didn't put it through, so it wouldn't charge us. She then told us to go to a different BK even though by that time they would have been closed before we got there. Checked the banking app and we were charged. Went back through the drive through and she gave us more strife, not listening and acting like she knew nothing about running a restaurant. We asked to at least get something to replace what we got. She then proceeded to throw her head back exasperatedly and then GAVE US WHAT WE ORIGINALLY ORDERED. It was ready made, and I can't understand why she would lie about not having what we ordered when it was already paid for. The poor person running the drive through got stressed out and I made sure to inform her that it was that drug-addled joke of a manager that was upsetting us. This manager constantly causes problems, and I honestly can't believe the lack of ability she has as a manager. I have worked in fast food for years in the past, and never have I seen such horrible mismanagement and straight up LYING to customers and attempting to charge them for things they did not receive (she did not even offer to give us part of our order or replace it, and when I suggested that, she argued with me for eons. She obviously did not have the cognition to understand the situation, so I'm sure drugs are mostly to blame for this. ) not once, but TWICE. The day shift is wonderful, though, and honestly I've never had any problems other than with this manager. The staff is very nice other than that, and genuinely seems to care about the work they do. The food is usually very well made, and the place is clean. Do NOT go here at night, though. I cannot stress that enough. read more

I don't go to Burger King often, but after the experience I just had at the Rt 49 Central Square, NY Burger King I won't ever go back to BK again. I was screamed at and rudely talked to by a cashier at the drive thru. Then another employee asked what was wrong and she was rudely talking about me in a loud voice right in front of me and other customers.
