Soda machine "not working since yesterday" :( I had a chicken burger which was available immediately (as it had obviously been sitting around). The bun top was cold and the bun bottom was warm and soggy --- I don't know how many hours previously it had been made. The chicken piece seemed like it could have cooked yesterday and reheated -- it was REALLY well done. The only reason for the second star is the lettuce and tomato were decent amounts. BK continues to disappointment. read more

I picked up my order and they ask for My name. It was great service. The food was hot when I got it. The place was clean today. read more

Have it your way? Not really. The continued decline of BK is obvious. A gross breakfast and lunch. Corporate seems to be sending inferior food products, and I don't wonder why some are going out of business. The employees hands are tied, and the Whopper has been whooped. As for the location, thank you to the men and women working. All were polite and efficient. They get the concept of fast food. Also this is a clean one. I've been to other BK's, and they look like war zones. This one doesn't, and maybe the chain should follow their lead. read more

visited late at night, ordered a medium #3 meal and got a paper cup with- I'm not kidding- 13 fries in it. It wasn't even close to 1/2 the way full. These people are brainless read more

Upon entering this Burger King, I surprised to see the trash containers were overflowing with trash. The condiment area was dirty as well. The Burger King staff member did accurately take down my order. The Burger King menu items were great. I observed that after I completed my meal, a Burger King employee began emptying out the trash containers. I do not recall entering a Burger King location, and the trash was overflowing from the trash bins. I was not impressed with this Burger King location. Please do better Burger King!! read more

RUDE-I visited this establishment this morning, I get in line via drive through at 10:26am the person in front of me was taking a while to order, I pull up to order at 10:28 as I review the breakfast menu the attendant comes on and say give me a minute please, I said no problem. The menu then changed from breakfast to lunch, the attendant comes on and says may I take your order. I said are you not serving breakfast, he said no not anymore. Excuse me, that is just RUDE! I was clearly in line to order breakfast! I drove away! read more

Minimum 12 minute drive thru time. Sometimes they will pull you to the side and forget part of your order after 25 minutes. Why can't they take an order and make food at the same time? Yikes read more

Waited for about 15 minutes at the window! only ordered a chocolate shake and a Dr. pepper, shake was vanilla no chocolate at all and the soda tasted like straight up chemicals. Horrible service. read more

One day they'll put your food in your bag. One would hope. Shame that Corporate won't do anything because it's a franchise, and GPS Hospitality (the franchisee) won't make it right because they can just continue to steal everybody's money. Yay for them. No more BK, Popeyes or Pizza Hut for us. read more

Fast food? Nah. This place struggled due to covid like every other place did but they never bounced back. Somehow the "fast" part of fast food mysteriously disappeared. I only ever go to the drive-through when I'm desperate because it sucks. For the past three years, they make ONE ORDER AT A TIME start to finish. When you actually make it to the speaker, the person tells you to wait, which takes forever. THEN they let you order and tell you to sit there until they're ready for you. It defeats the entire purpose of fast food! When they're making the order for the person in front of me they SHOULD be taking my order to get started on it. You know, like a drive through is supposed to operate. If there's more than one car already at the drive-through waiting, you're fucked. It's gonna take you anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes to get a sack of cold garbage. I don't know if it's all the Burger Kings operating this way or just this piece of shit location. Somebody else said it best... go to the Taco Bell next-door. You barely have to touch your brakes they have your food so fast. Eat a dick, BK. read more

Place isnt packed and you will wait forever for food better off going to the taco bell next door they are faster

So last night, my husband picked up Burger King from the breinigsville/fogelsville location, and when we he got home, they used the small hamburger rolls, not whopper rolls for their meat. I was really pissed off and called them! They told me they ran out of buns for the whopper and used the small ones. I was really more pissed off as they should have told customers the situation and not charged them for a meal they weren't going to receive. I'm so done with this place. Wasted $14 on a meal we trashed. DO BETTER BURGER KING!!!!!! read more

Fast friendly service, clean bathrooms, parking lot was free of debris and well maintained landscaping. Fries were crispy and piping hot, , ingredients on my burger were fresh. I would have given a better review but my burger looked just thrown together. read more

I find it hard to find the words to describe this location outside for him to get out. I arrived at the drive-through to see the type to note that stated this speaker didn't work into drive to the second window to place my order. I got to the second window to place my order, pay for my food, and receive my food and the person who created meatless professional and jovial I have first. I Pay for my food and waited to receive it. Even started singing in conversing with others inside the location which made me think he was having a good day. But I guess I was looking for a few more seconds of customer service, instead he handed the food to me I'll still engrossed in conversation with his coworkers and didn't give me a backward glance two confirm I didn't need anything else. Very strange interaction very strange location. The food was fine. I ordered veggie burger meal, nothing to write home about. read more

I will go out of my way to order here from now on. All the staff are friendly, food came out quick and hot. The manager on shift was very kind. Props to this location and its staff. At the lowest baseline, this burger king is actually FULLY STAFFED and open late on weekdays. read more

Pretty good burgers. Nice char grille taste to them if you like that. There fries are fresh most of the time, but sometimes there a little warm. Overall pretty good read more

No changing table!! The trash cans were overflowing, tables and highchairs were filthy. My fries looked like there was snow on them there was so much salt. This is not my first time at this Burger King over the course of a year and it is no better than the first time. Will absolutely not be coming back. read more

Very dirty restrooms & dining area. Ketchup & trash all over condiment counter. Ordered food it came out wrong. Went back up to counter & staff walks by without even acknowledging you. Will not be back. read more

I haven't eaten here in awhile simply because my order is virtually never right whether I eat in or drive thru. This BK carries the same attitude most small town fast food joints carry in this area. They there isn't another of their counterparts for several miles. It is either take their poor service in exchange for the Whopper you're craving or drive to a better BK and burn a ton of gas to get that Whopper. Since I value my money and customer service. I just pass this BK unless the wife want's to stop. read more

Good enough place for a quick bite. Restrooms were pretty clean for a fast food place.

I personally found the place to be clean and the food quite reasonable. The service was prompt and workers were pleasant.

Food is what you'd expect. Not a super clean or updated facility. No changing station for a baby and a partially clean restroom. Not my favorite Burger King location, but if you are starving, I guess it's fine. read more

Stopped on Saturday, 3/18/17. Terrible! The place was a filthy mess. Trash on floor. Tables not clean. The self-serve area was disgusting! Food and drink spills all over the place. Trash containers filled. Temperature of the dining area was cold. Understaffed. Employees (what few there were) were arguing with each other. The girl taking our order was not friendly. Long wait for food, and when we did get it, it was hardly warm. Never again! If a health inspector would have walked in, the restaurant would have been shut down. read more
