There was only one car ahead of us in the drive-thru, yet we waited 12 minutes for them to order and receive their food. Once in line, there's no way to exit, so going inside to grab your order isn't an option. There are designated parking spots for mobile orders at the end of the drive-thru, and the staff could've easily asked the car ahead to pull into one to avoid holding up the line--but they didn't. Poor system design, lack of urgency, and based on other reviews, likely understaffing. Won't be returning.

Greasy fast food but tasty…read more Heading through Pennsylvania, had a few stops along the path and this place happens to be in route. We order online and I pull up to pick up our meal. Inside has a lot of cars everywhere, so it was very similar to pizza shop in my area. Very neat, but not in there for too long. We got cheese curds and wings. We were able to select all flats which is an awesome choice to make. The cheese curds were not traditional, where they are pressed into solid shapes and are "squeaky". Instead they don't press it and leave it loose. Which lead to a kinda airy cheese curds with a ton of cheesy flavor. Those were wonderful. The wings were perfectly cooked and the sauces had some heat but not too crazy. Good flavor, and ample portions. As a greasy spoon pit stop, it hits all the right notes. It's not glamorous eats, but they are good eats while on the road. Get wet naps, and give this place a try if you can.

We visited on a Friday evening and, upon arriving, were greeted promptly and given the choice of…read moreeither bar. We prefer dining at the bar and chose the front bar because it was quiet and featured live acoustic music, which created a nice atmosphere. Unfortunately, the service did not match the setting. While the bartender was polite, she seemed disengaged throughout the evening, and the pace of service was surprisingly slow considering how uncrowded the restaurant was. Our first beers arrived in glasses that had an unpleasant odor, similar to a damp towel, suggesting they may not have been properly cleaned or that the draft lines needed attention. We also waited about 30 minutes to place our food order and another 30 minutes for it to arrive. We weren't in a hurry, but the wait seemed excessive given the light crowd. On the positive side, the food arrived hot, and the wings were well prepared. They were cooked properly, generously coated in sauce, and tasted very good. We've dined here before and had much better experiences, which made this visit especially disappointing. In hindsight, the unusually empty front and back bars on a Friday night may have been an indication that something was off. Overall, the wings were good, but the service fell well below expectations. At the current price point, there are several local establishments offering wings of similar quality with noticeably better service. We're willing to give this restaurant another chance because of our previous positive experiences, but this visit left us underwhelmed.
